He helped me over the phone one afternoon while he was working, then again at night by text when I hadn't expected to hear back until the following day or who knows... perhaps never. With his help I bought a clamp but he was concerned about the photo I sent fearing with good reason the clamp would only be a temporary fix. So he came the next afternoon, put the clamp on and then crawled under the house to ascertain the extent of my problem. When he emerged he told me exactly what needed to be done and that he would return to fix it as soon as his schedule allowed. He returned six days later and did exactly as he described in record time! Then he even put all the dirt back into the enormous hole. I expected the water heater to be installed to Washington's code, upon inspection for sale of mobile home we were advised no drain pipe was connected to allow overflow water to drain under mobile home. As you can see in the picture a drip pan with a outlet that goes on mobile home floor was left unfinished. When we contacted owner he became defensive and claimed he noted on final invoice there was an additional charge to complete the job. The receptionist said that they would have to tear out the wall and put in a combination single valve, because they didn't want to replace individual single valves. This would require removing tile placed or a wood wall removed on the other side of the tile; obviously creating a huge mess, expense and wall/tile repair. I called another plumber and they took the time to find replacement valves, saving me a this major expense. There are plumbers out there that will do that for customers. What a relief! I had another job from Absolute at a rental property. The plumber arrived and replaced parts that were totally unnecessary raising the bill much higher.
