It took me awhile to find Roy, aka Matthew, but when I did I hit the jackpot. He helped me over the phone one afternoon while he was working, then again at night by text when I hadn't expected to hear back until the following day or who knows... perhaps never. With his help I bought a clamp but he was concerned about the photo I sent fearing with good reason the clamp would only be a temporary fix. So he came the next afternoon, put the clamp on and then crawled under the house to ascertain the extent of my problem. When he emerged he told me exactly what needed to be done and that he would return to fix it as soon as his schedule allowed. He returned six days later and did exactly as he described in record time! Then he even put all the dirt back into the enormous hole. Matthew, aka Roy, is an honest, reliable and reasonably priced plumber and to top it off, he's an all around great guy!!! I am a seventy-nine year old gal who has never in my life been treated so well by any person I have ever hired. Thank you Matthew! May your kindness return to you a thousand times!!!

When a tech came out after 3 days of waiting (it was 30 degrees outside) he claimed he fixed the system and it was "fully operable". It lasted 5 days and went out again. Again they took their time coming out even though we were again within heat or hot water - for going on 10 days. We are in our 80's and this was unacceptable at best. A tech came out but could not fix the heating system - he was not sure what was wrong. My impression was that Barron should be able to repair a system they installed! Long story short - called a different company - they came out - diagnosed a bad heat pump and had the system up and running in 2 days!! Not happy about this kind of service.

I expected the water heater to be installed to Washington's code, upon inspection for sale of mobile home we were advised no drain pipe was connected to allow overflow water to drain under mobile home. As you can see in the picture a drip pan with a outlet that goes on mobile home floor was left unfinished. When we contacted owner he became defensive and claimed he noted on final invoice there was an additional charge to complete the job. I hired him to perform a service and expected the quote he provided and I paid would reflect all that is required to meet code. I was sadly disappointed and intend on contacting Washington's licensing board to report job not done to code requirements.

Lawrence at Kingdom Electric arrived the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem and had it all fixed in short order. He glanced out our kitchen window and noticed Christmas lights on the porch and asked if there was a plug-in outlet outside on the porch. There was and the recent rain was dripping down the cord and setting off the GFCI, just like it is supposed to do. Lawrence wrapped all the exposed plug connections outside to avoid further problems. I so appreciated his quick response to a household without all kitchen power for Christmas.
