Much appreciated! 2026 update - our heat pump stopped working and needed replacement parts. I paid for them to send a tech to diagnose it and they followed through with the work which is under the 10-year warranty. Tech, Hagen was very nice and professional and made sure to answer all of my questions. Kudos to the office staff, Brittny, Erin and everyone who took my calls while I was eagerly waiting for parts & repair. They treated me very kindly and proactively communicated each step of the way. I hope that this fix lasts a long time, or at least until we upgrade to a newer, more environmentally friendly unit.

I had to call them five times before they finally sent someone. Turns out the salesman hadn't secured the door properly, so the safety switch never engaged -- a super easy fix. We had a cold night with small kids in the house and they showed zero urgency fixing a problem they caused. Their quote was also the highest I got. I don't blame the salesman for the mistake, but the company doesn't stand behind their work at all. I'd never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We're very happy with their timing, pricing and especially quality of work. However, the reason for this review is that due to my forgetting the revised system setup (they also added an electronic air cleaner to the house system at the same time) and I had forgotten the change in the proper cleaning of the system. In the meantime we called for service and Josh appeared on time as promised, did some initial diagnostics and soon discovered my problem. Josh met all of our requirements that we like to see with service personnel that enter our home. I'd absolutely recommend R&H (you may want to ask for Josh, but honestly all the technicians from R&H were outstanding, I just can't remember their names!) for any HVAC/Water Heaters, etc. service or purchase/install.

To cut through the chase, they were super unresponsive after the initial visit. I have sent multiple emails to the service person and through the office person. She repeatedly said she would forward them to the person who does the quotes. This has been a super frustrating experience dealing with them. Totally unresponsive, unprofessional, and enough to convince me to stay away from them. This should have been a easy sale for them for a new replacement furnace - $7000 or so but forget them. Look else where as I did and save yourself a lot of frustration. Lots of other good HAVC companies out there and most very competitive.

This has happened more than once over the last few years. They were in contact with me alot when I was buying the system and when they wanted the second half of the payment after the install. But since then they don't seem to care. So I don't recommend that you use this company if you want any after install service. I love the new system but I wish I would have used a different company to buy it. Update: I had a different company come and service my AC. Come to find out there was a really slow leak ever since the installation. A small valve was bad and bent at the top. When the original installation was done they told me there was a small amount of freon missing on the first check up and they would see where it was on the next service. But I have not been able to reach them since. It cost me 450 dollars with a different company to fix it. It should have been a warranty situation but Nordic was not nice enough to return my calls. They were referred to me by Fisher Construction Group so I thought I was making a good choice. But my choice has been a major disappointment!

Again they took their time coming out even though we were again within heat or hot water - for going on 10 days. We are in our 80's and this was unacceptable at best. A tech came out but could not fix the heating system - he was not sure what was wrong. My impression was that Barron should be able to repair a system they installed! Long story short - called a different company - they came out - diagnosed a bad heat pump and had the system up and running in 2 days!! Not happy about this kind of service.

Trouble located, motor removed, part ordered, insurance company contacted and repair complete in under one hour of MY time (two visits under half hour each). While at my home, I found Aaron friendly and conversant, and careful of his impact in my super clean space. He keeps his tools and work vehicle clean and organized. Four Seasons was the second contractor called for my repair, after I learned that my appliance insurance policy uses his service. The first company I called suggested the wrong repair and even suggested the appliance was old enough parts may not be available, and that I might need a whole new furnace! All for a seized up motor. Thank goodness for Aaron's honest expertise!!
