Two other firm's salesmen proposed much more expensive units with all sort of add ons and all needed electricy to operate or a battery backup that only lasts for 6-8 hours. Pretty useless for me. Sundance Installation was right on time, took about 5 hours, the installer was very professional and left everything clean and neat. The istallation passedEdmonds city inspection which Sundance arranged. I am very happy. I don't inderstand the negative reviews, mine was a great experience. The unit meets my needs perfectly and was $5,000 less than the other two quotes which presured me to buy features I simply don't need for a power outage backup. It is pretty also, with nice logs and colorful flikering flame and a convenient tremote control.

The initial response was quick. They were able to come to the property and check the furnace. They…read morerecommended to replace the furnace after looking at it. So we scheduled for the replacement on the following Thursday/Friday. On Tuesday, they emailed me the contract and asked for the initial payment. Over the phone call, Hailey told me the furnace is already in stock and she asked me to send the contract and check over the mail. I reminded her that they may not receive the mail by Friday due to the delivery time. I even offered to pay over the phone. She confirmed sending via mail is fine. On Friday morning, I sent an email checking when will they come to install the furnace. Greg responded back saying they weren't be able to contact me, they don't have the furnace in stock, and they haven't received the payment and the contract. So they won't be able to install it as we agreed earlier. Later he email again saying the have the furnace in stock and I have to pay the full price over the phone before they can come out for the job. Obviously they don't have communication internally and treated customer very rudely. We are very disappointed with the experience.

They were able to find an AC compressor and replace it for my Mother-in-law during the 100 degree heat last Summer. They went above and beyond on that job. We had another issue where the gas line to a pool was leaking which caused the gas to be shut off to our entire house. Initial installers did not put in a shut of valve. At about 3:00 pm we called Meyers. The owner responded and disconnected the pool supply. Another Meyer employee returned with the need part to plug the meter where the pool supply had been disconnected. He then re-lit the water heaters. We were back in business by 4:30 pm. Amazing service. We highly recommend Meyer Heating.

After an initial diagnosis by Mike (the owner I later learned) determined the issue could be the thermostat. A quote for a replacement was sent the next morning, and scheduled for the next day. When I received the quote, along with it was a story about the company itself. Devon came out to install the thermostat and had it done quickly. I went with a WiFi until and after connecting it to the home network had some more issues. They were back out the next day and after a few hours of troubleshooting between Devon and Mike found there was a simple wiring issue in the crawl space. A few things that set this company apart for me. They are local and a family business, came the next day, met their promises of when they would arrive, checked with me to make sure it was okay to wait for the install and subsequent repairs, and were super friendly and kept me informed. A second technician arrived promptly and installed the new runs under the house quickly and efficiently. Recently, an insulation company informed us that a rodent had chewed through ducting connected to our furnace, ducting I believed had already been replaced (it hadn't; rather, they simply reattached it). I got acquainted with All Phase Heating this year when my furnace went out. This happened last…read moreyear at this time as well, and I called a different large, well-known company. With this larger company, I spent 15 to 20 minutes enduring up-sales from the technician once the furnace was up and running. Then For several days I endured phone calls from their office doing the same. I finally agreed to a "free" home inspection to "improve my energy consumption" (which didn't seem to be particularly high). The final quote and hard sale carried a $2000 price tag. This tactic always puts me off so this year I tried All Phase and----wow----what a difference. Joe came out within 30 minutes of my call and found and fixed the problem quickly. He spent HIS time showing me the cause of the problem, explaining what he'd do to fix it and giving me maintenance recommendations. He also directed me to Lowes for filter replacements saying they would be cheaper than going through a furnace company. He did advise I sign up for routine maintenance every year as that would also cut the repair costs. I so appreciated his time and information, nobody told me these things last year during all the up-sale. On top of that All Phase has great service for a better cost than the well-known, hard-sell company. I will always highly recommend All Phase to anybody in the market for furnace installation or repair.
