If I could give this company 10 stars I would! We had an issue with our well went from little water running to no water at all. 1 week of barely water to flush our toilet while waiting for one company and then Almost a full week on waiting on another company who was closer to come out, they no showed us and so we called Arcadia at 8 am, they had someone here by 11:30!!!! The same day, and got our water fixed (pulled the entire pump and reinstalled a new one and then fixed some miscellaneous pipes) in just 3 ish hours! I was very impressed with how professional this company is, I'm very thrilled with how fast they got everything fixed and their expertise on what they are doing! You can tell these guys take their job very seriously and as long as I live here they will be my go to for anything they are able to fix! Some hero's don't wear capes and boy I will tell you what they saved the day today! My kids, and my animals are so thankful for their fast service! Arcadia well drilling was amazing... I had an issue with no water on Saturday morning... Left them a voicemail and they got back to me at 7 AM on Monday and I had two of their employees here with their rig and everything they would need for whatever was going on with my well. Shad and Cory did all the checks necessary and then then finally isolated a wiring issue... Wires had burnt out between the control panel and where they hook up to the wires that go down into the sump pump. They were courteous, answered all my questionsand didn't try to make it more than it was, which is always appreciated. I highly recommend Arcadia. They have put in three wells for me and they are exemplary! read more

After our water system failed, we had 3 different companies come run diagnostics and give us estimates for repairs. The 1st company misdiagnosed part of problem and their solution would have involved running a trench through the yard and drilling and new hole through the side of the house. All this would have cost over $10k, and would leave us without water for at least 3 more days. The second company correctly diagnosed the problem, but couldn't fix it until the next day, and it would still cost over $9k. Finally, we called Arcadia Drilling; they came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem in the same day for less than half what the other companies claimed it would cost. Bottom line: call Arcadia Drilling 1st! They had superior customer service, experience, technical skills, and they saved us thousands of dollars. read more

There was a gentleman named FarHad I believe (pronounced far- had) and he was by far the best driller I've ever come across. He was very engaged, penetrated very deep, and just made sure all the holes were nailed. Im interested in the drilling subscription that FarHad talked about. Not a good experience. I have been a customer for over 8 years. I was called to schedule my annual service (which they often attempt frequently to make a 6 month service) and I asked to push it out until the first of February. Mind you the technician always tells me my well is In great shape and I could go longer. This request was met with high pressured sales and I again respectfully declined. The pressure continued to additional phone calls now telling me I would have to pay double if I waited 6 weeks. WOW! Taking my business elsewhere! SMH! read more

If I could, I would give them 10 stars! They drilled our well a couple of years ago and were organized, efficient and best of all, knew what they were doing. They have been maintaining the filtration system regularly and all was going smoothly until we had a fire a couple days ago and lost power to the well. Since I depend on the well water to irrigate three quarters of an acre of garden, I immediately called Jason who shortly came, figured out what to do, and arrived with a crew the following day to fix the problem.
