SERVICE When you come in for a repair, you check-in your device on their portal. Doing so, you get updates in your email on their progress with the repair. I really appreciate always knowing what's going on. They always do a great job with a very fast turnaround time. They always give a very fair quote--they don't nitpick or add stupid upcharges like other places do. LOCATION I love their location. They are tucked in a quiet industrial area right by Tempe Marketplace. There is always ample parking and it's like a 40-foot walk to their door (hey, this totally matters in this Arizona heat lol). They are not in a crowded shopping plaza or mall where you have to lug your stuff half a mile to the store. Thanks ABC!!

I finally got tired of treating my laptop like something out of Jurassic Park, so I decided to have a professional take a look. It took the gentleman at the counter about two minutes to figure out what was wrong with my computer, explain it to me, and get a solution started! Turns out I need an original Toshiba charger, and they could order one for me right then. (Don't buy replacement chargers, it's not worth it!) I can finally use my laptop like a regular person, and it charges great. They were friendly, fast and solved my problem perfectly!

Gave my son back his computer in pieces (see pic) and in completely unworkable condition just prior to flying internationally. He told my son he bent the fans he took out. Big problem. No fix, just a suggestion to use bubble wrap. Seriously. Don't bring your computer here. I repeat. Don't bring your computer here. My son thought having fans replaced would be quick and easy. I was led to believe the replacement part would be OEM, but later learned the parts come through Amazon, not Apple. After the repair, the trackpad no longer worked, even though it worked before. When I asked about it, I didn't receive a clear explanation or solution. Just B.S. and blaming it on us. In my opinion, this business is not equipped to handle Apple repairs, and I would not recommend bringing a MacBook or anything Apple here. We ended up making an appointment to take the computer to Apple directly to resolve the issue, which we wish we had done in the first place. The issue was getting an appointment for repair before I left town. Which is the case now, but it's handled.
