No pro in my case. Took my laptop in for software issues and ended up paying for nothing to be fixed after two days. The guy told me he ran malware scans and uninstalled google chrome and reloaded it - for half of 85$... But I wasn't digging the price and so he agreed that he didn't really do much and charged me 20$ but I still don't know what I paid for.... Still have the same issues and constant updates as soon as I power on. Unfortunately I'm disappointed ;( 2 stars for him being honest enough to lower his service fee. read more

I will NOT bring any of my laptops here for any screen repairs, or any other repairs for that matter. I now have a chromebook, which only had a a cracked screen, but was otherwise working just fine. I was assured that this place could replace touch screens, but such is not the case. Not only did they not return my phone calls to give me updates on the status of my laptop, but I was told by Jonathan that my only recourse at this point is to buy a new laptop. When the screen was replaced the first time, I took it home only to discover that it was no longer a touch screen. I called them up and was asked to bring it back in. A second screen was ordered and replaced, but now it won't even turn on at all. So bottom line is that I'm out the repair fees and a chromebook. My charger was lost in the midst of all this chaos, but Jonathan did order me a replacement from a 3rd party vendor, which I appreciate. However, I now have a 1 year old chromebook that I'll probably use for spare parts when I took it in for a screen replacement. read more

I took my laptop to AZ Laptop Pros thinking I needed to replace a battery charging port that was only accepting a charge intermittently when I plugged in the charger. The technician found a broken solder connection between the female recharge port and the motherboard. He re-soldered the connection and it now works perfectly. So these guys were pretty awesome, I lost all my files due to a failure on my hard drive. Clair and Richard helped me out get my computer fixed in 2 days at a fair price after trying to recover data on my old drive they manage to salvage the most important stuff since I was smart enough not to have a backup. I now have all my homework and essays recovered and manage to finish my project in due time due to their fast and efficient work. My screen broke...I took it around for different price quotes. Everyone seemed sketchy and quoted me pretty high prices. As soon as I walked into AZ Laptop Pros I could tell Richard was honest and there to help. He is wonderful. I was working on a laptop for a friend about 3 years ago and was at a loss as to the issue with the screen. AZ Laptop Pros spent a good 30 minutes troubleshooting with me, trying different screens cables, etc. Unfortunately, they ultimately did not have the part I needed but they did not charge me a dime for the time spent working with me. They suggested another shop down the street for the part. That shop didn't have the part and told me, "As soon as we touch your computer it's a $49 service fee". What a difference! I do most of my work myself, but when I need friendly, expert advice, there's only one place I'm going in the future: Arizona Laptop Pros. Service is absolutely unbeatable and I would have happily paid whatever the price if they'd had the part I needed. Don't take your business to these guys. Find someone who will be straight with you and fix your problem properly the first time. I needed a new cover (top ?) for my laptop and first they said they had to order it from China, and that it was unknown how long it would be for the part but they would call me AND email me when the part comes in and then I could bring my computer back in and leave it for repair. They never called me OR emailed me. I waited a month and then I called them and they said "OH, yeah that part came in" so I took my laptop back to their shop and left it overnight. When I got it back home and began to use it the next day I learned that they had only replaced part of the cover and it is still basically broken. Additionally, they had removed the little mouse antenna, (unnoticed by me when I picked up the computer) and neglected to put it back in to the USB port, so I had to go BACK to their shop the next day and retrieve my mouse antenna. Overall if I had to rate this place I would give them a little less than one star out of five. read more

The absolute best! I accidentally dropped my laptop (it was a short fall, ok?) over the Christmas Holiday weekend and needed urgent repair!
