We trust this company so much. They will give you the most appropriate advice for your needs and use, not the expensive ultimate fix, unless that's what you need or want. He discouraged us from buying a new laptop when the keyboard was malfunctioning after a DIY battery replacement. He advised us to get a new keyboard. He doesn't sell them, so it did not benefit him. We highly recommend them. read more

I am so grateful to have found AZ laptop pros! I'm not computer savvy, so when my internet driver didn't work, I didn't know what to do. I contacted AZ Laptop Pros and got a call back AND an appointment that day. Jonathan assured me it would be a quick fix, and A.G. fixed it quickly. The price was totally reasonable. I will use them for all my laptop needs read more

I was referred to AZ Laptop Pros after making multiple calls to find someone still doing repairs during the COVID-19 pandemic. I needed assistance repairing my mouse pad and keyboard connections. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me out! The cost of the repair was affordable. They also have a decent inventory of equipment which is also very affordable. I ended up purchasing an external hard drive and an iPad. Thank you for taking the time to repair my device the same day! read more

No pro in my case. Took my laptop in for software issues and ended up paying for nothing to be fixed after two days. The guy told me he ran malware scans and uninstalled google chrome and reloaded it - for half of 85$... But I wasn't digging the price and so he agreed that he didn't really do much and charged me 20$ but I still don't know what I paid for.... Still have the same issues and constant updates as soon as I power on. Unfortunately I'm disappointed ;( 2 stars for him being honest enough to lower his service fee. read more

I will NOT bring any of my laptops here for any screen repairs, or any other repairs for that matter. I now have a chromebook, which only had a a cracked screen, but was otherwise working just fine. I was assured that this place could replace touch screens, but such is not the case. Not only did they not return my phone calls to give me updates on the status of my laptop, but I was told by Jonathan that my only recourse at this point is to buy a new laptop. When the screen was replaced the first time, I took it home only to discover that it was no longer a touch screen. I called them up and was asked to bring it back in. A second screen was ordered and replaced, but now it won't even turn on at all. So bottom line is that I'm out the repair fees and a chromebook. My charger was lost in the midst of all this chaos, but Jonathan did order me a replacement from a 3rd party vendor, which I appreciate. However, I now have a 1 year old chromebook that I'll probably use for spare parts when I took it in for a screen replacement. read more

Recommended. They had the part, the price was competitive and they fixed it the same day!

Awesome service, quick and beyond helpful! We brought in an old laptop that we needed working to get an iTunes backup off of and we walked out with a replacement laptop, all the data and for an excellent price! He even stayed late to finish the transfer of data that night! read more

I contacted AZ Laptop Pros the other day because my wife and I were in need of buying a new personal laptop. I thought to myself, what better person to ask about laptop recommendations than the experts who repair them all the time. The owner answered the phone and spent 10-15 minutes giving us all of his professional advice about what to look for and what to avoid. Anyone who takes this much time to provide this kind of service for free is definitely the type of company I will do business with. I'm not in need of a repair currently but when I am I know who to call. Thank you again for your help Richard!! read more

So these guys were pretty awesome, I lost all my files due to a failure on my hard drive. Clair and Richard helped me out get my computer fixed in 2 days at a fair price after trying to recover data on my old drive they manage to salvage the most important stuff since I was smart enough not to have a backup. I now have all my homework and essays recovered and manage to finish my project in due time due to their fast and efficient work. I have nothing but thanks to this local business that has helped me in my time of need. Will be bringing all my business to them in the future if I ever need help with something. read more

I took my laptop to AZ Laptop Pros thinking I needed to replace a battery charging port that was only accepting a charge intermittently when I plugged in the charger. The technician found a broken solder connection between the female recharge port and the motherboard. He re-soldered the connection and it now works perfectly. I did not have to replace any parts and my computer was ready in one hour at a very reasonable price. I am very happy I found AZ Laptop Pros. Honest service. Good people. read more

I have brought 2 of my laptops into AZ Laptop pros multiple times for various repairs and upgrades. The owner is incredibly honest and has ALWAYS over delivered on his work. My screen broke...I took it around for different price quotes. Everyone seemed sketchy and quoted me pretty high prices. As soon as I walked into AZ Laptop Pros I could tell Richard was honest and there to help. He is wonderful. He knows his computers, hands down, and won't try to push you, add on extras, or charge you too much. As a student who is not working, I really appreciate that. I will not go anywhere else from now on. He even has his cell phone number on his card and picks up when you call him. Customer service, integrity, and great work! Highly recommend him. Don't go anywhere else. read more

I came into she shop for some data recovery on a hard drive. Richard was very knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly honest! He gave me an estimate and troubleshooted with me to recover my files. I got estimates with other IT service places and AZ laptops was the best price and most helpful. I would definitely return for any future computer problems! read more

I had a HP touch screen laptop whose screen had cracked. I showed this to Richard and he quickly gave me a estimate on cost of part $115/- and labor for $85/- and he got the part ordered from ebay.Fixed it and gave it back to me in a week. Highly recommend him. Very good service. read more

I was working on a laptop for a friend about 3 years ago and was at a loss as to the issue with the screen. AZ Laptop Pros spent a good 30 minutes troubleshooting with me, trying different screens cables, etc. Unfortunately, they ultimately did not have the part I needed but they did not charge me a dime for the time spent working with me. They suggested another shop down the street for the part. That shop didn't have the part and told me, "As soon as we touch your computer it's a $49 service fee". What a difference! I do most of my work myself, but when I need friendly, expert advice, there's only one place I'm going in the future: Arizona Laptop Pros. Service is absolutely unbeatable and I would have happily paid whatever the price if they'd had the part I needed. Richard is amazing. My 1 yr old broke my input jack on my business laptop. I was leaving on a business trip the next day and needed to have a special replacement part sent overnight. Richard spent his time (out of good faith with no charge) trying to help me find a supplier who could ship me the specialized part overnight. I am still amazed by his kind gesture and honesty. read more

Don't take your business to these guys. Find someone who will be straight with you and fix your problem properly the first time. I needed a new cover (top ?) for my laptop and first they said they had to order it from China, and that it was unknown how long it would be for the part but they would call me AND email me when the part comes in and then I could bring my computer back in and leave it for repair. They never called me OR emailed me. I waited a month and then I called them and they said "OH, yeah that part came in" so I took my laptop back to their shop and left it overnight. When I got it back home and began to use it the next day I learned that they had only replaced part of the cover and it is still basically broken. Additionally, they had removed the little mouse antenna, (unnoticed by me when I picked up the computer) and neglected to put it back in to the USB port, so I had to go BACK to their shop the next day and retrieve my mouse antenna. Overall if I had to rate this place I would give them a little less than one star out of five. read more

Mr Richard fixed my busted laptop so quick and charged me a very reasonable price. He ran some tests first for free and asked me if I was okay for him to proceed and informed me of how much would it cost , that I really appreciate so no surprises when you get the bill. Great customer service! Will definitely bring my other laptop that's been broken for years. ;) read more

Very professional, honest service! Recently took two lap tops for repairs, and could not any more happy with the service!

Very impressed with the service! I took my desktop here because it needed a new power supply. He had the part in stock and installed it in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!! read more

I read the ratings on the internet and saw a lot of 5 out of 5 stars so I tried AZ Laptop Pros to fix my screen in my laptop. Met Richard and he said that he could fix it in a day if he had the part in stock., He called later the day and said that he will have if fixed by 5:30 pm. He quoted me a very reasonable price and stuck to it. Hopefully, I will not break my laptop screen again, but if I do, I will certainly go back to AZ laptop pros. Thank you AZ Laptop Pros. read more

The absolute best! I accidentally dropped my laptop (it was a short fall, ok?) over the Christmas Holiday weekend and needed urgent repair! Richard was pleasant from my very first call to him to ensure I could bring it in. He said to come in any time. I brought it in and Richard tried a couple things right in front of me. When the quick fixes didn't work, he said he would diagnose it and call me the next day. He called the next day by 10AM with FABULOUS news. He was able to fix it for a very low and absolutely reasonable price!! Now here I am, writing this review, on my good as new laptop fixed by AZ Laptop Pros! DEFINITELY come here--- honest, friendly, affordable, overall good people/PROS! read more
