Sad thing happened: my computer crashed. Then, a truly good thing happened, I used Yelp to find Jeremy at 2J Tech. What a delightful experience to get my computer repaired. He talked to me, explained what he thought may be the problem and charged me a very reasonable rate. Less than 24 hours later, my computer was fixed. Jeremy has been in business since 2003 and clearly knows what he's doing both from a technical aspect but also excellence in customer service. This is the type of small business that delights its customers. Although I don't look forward to a computer problems, I look forward to working with Jeremy again. read more

My son took his laptop to have fans replaced and had it returned to him unusable and in pieces. Unfortunately the fans my son bought were the wrong size. No problem, not the guy's fault. Gave my son back his computer in pieces (see pic) and in completely unworkable condition just prior to flying internationally. He told my son he bent the fans he took out. Big problem. No fix, just a suggestion to use bubble wrap. Seriously. Don't bring your computer here. I repeat. Don't bring your computer here. My son thought having fans replaced would be quick and easy. Instead he had his computer returned to him in peices. Bring your computer here at your own risk. My suggestion would be to go some place reputable who will guarantee their work. read more

2J Tech - This is how the computer was returned to him. Seriously?!? - IT Services & Computer Repair Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

We have relied on Jeremy for numerous years to help us through managing our personal computers. We found him on a YELP review and never looked back. He is honest, reliable, his advise has always been professional and we have had incredible results from data transfers, computers upgrades, and numerous tips . His fees are very good and we have always had our computers repaired in a very quick turn around: one or 2 days. He has a very nice personality and easy approach to any query and you will be satisficed with his workmanship. read more

Absolutely mind blowing service. I can't recommend Jeremy or his service highly enough. My computer crashed and would not reboot. He recovered all of my data and upgraded me to windows 10. The computer is running better than it did when it was new out of the box. I dropped it off and he completed all the work in 4 hours and only charged me $60. Amazing. He is located in a residence but kudos for keeping overhead down and passing the savings along to customers. I will be recommending him to anyone and everyone who needs any work done on their computer. read more

These guys were spot-on with repair of our Lenovo laptop that had a loose / failing hinge. We went to at least 3-4 different places, and other places either didn't do repairs, never called back (or answered the phone), or were way too expensive. Jeremy at 2J Tech came to the rescue, inspected the laptop that we brought in to their shop (no charge), suggested the exact part that we needed to purchase to fix the laptop - and once we got the part, fixed the laptop very quickly. Highly recommend this repair shop to anyone who is looking to breathe some new life into a laptop to get some more miles out of it. read more

I have a large old HP touchscreen all in one computer. It's about 11 years old and only a dual core, but the screen is fantastic. That's why I have tried to keep it working. I've been successful until recently. It kept going to a dark screen and not responding after an update: I couldn't even reinstall Windows 10 after several attempts. I am pretty good with computers and have even built a few systems myself. Best Buy wouldn't or couldn't fix this issue, but 2J Tech had it fixed and updated Windows successfully, where I could not, in just one day. Thanks 2J. read more

I was making a sales call in the Phoenix metro area when my trusty HP laptop had issues. I needed it fixed ASAP! Without it I could lose my job! First I went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. While I cannot speak to their service, if you are in a hurry, fuggettaboutit. So then I brought up my Yelp app and took a gander. I answered a few questions and my computer quandary was made known to 5-6 of the top rated computer repair boutiques on Yelp. Jeremy was the least expensive, had the quickest repair time, was most flexible with his hours, and overall was just a really nice, honest guy. If you need your computer fixed quickly and affordably, call Jeremy. If you don't care about your computer...call someone else.... read more

After doing some research, I found Jeremy on Yelp. Took my laptop to his place, he fixed our problem within a couple hours and we got our laptop back the same day! He works out of his home and his price is quite reasonable... which is what I need. I have used him several times and referred him to family that has used him as well. We recommend his services and would definitely use him again. Thanks Jeremy! read more

I had a Netbook that had some totally baffling display problems, and a hijacked browser by the infamous Ask.com courtesy of a Java download (I hate those guys!). I only used my Netbook a small percentage of the time so I did not want to spend the minimum of $100+/- to have a storefront repair business to diagnose and treat it. I knew that using a non-storefront home based business is the least expensive, but along with that advantage is the risk you'll work with someone of specious skills. Jeremy of TJ Tech was as courteous, professional, and knowledgeable as anyone could ask for. Sure he works out of his home, but so what??? Do you want skill and competence at a reasonable rate compared to all the storefronts? I dropped off my unit in person. Jeremy listened to my problems and recreated everything in front of me on my netbook to assure me he understood. It was obvious he understood EVERYTHING I said. I left my little laptop with him and 4 hours later he called me to say ALL FIXED! I must remind you I called 3 other computer repair retailers and the quotes to fix my netbook were all 33% higher than TJ Tech. I give this business and Jeremy my 110% recommendation! read more

Jeremy took good care of my computers and was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Great service reliable and I've been here a couple times I will definitely recommend this place for any computer problems.

We have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that crashed over a year ago. We initially contacted the manufacturer who told us the hard drive needed to be replaced. After that, we took the laptop to Data Doctors, who told us it would cost over $300 to replace the hard drive or they could simply take the laptop and recycle since $300 was the cost of buying a new laptop. We did not feel comfortable with Data Doctors, so we held off on doing anything with the laptop for several months. We eventually came across Jeremy's information on Google. We dropped off the laptop mid-morning and the repairs were completed by the end of the day. Jeremy replaced the hard drive with a larger one and increase the memory for only $120. The laptop works great and is faster than before. Very prompt and courteous service. read more

There is a saying: Price, time to market, quality...pick TWO. Well, Jeremy gave me all three! He did a fantastic job of cleaning up my laptop physically and emotionally - it now speeds along and runs much cooler. His price was very reasonable. And I had my laptop back home in just a few hours! Bonus: Jeremy is a really nice guy. I totally recommend Jeremy. read more

My grandson bought a memory card and needed it installed in his computer. I looked into a couple other places to install it and they all wanted $200 and up. I called 2J computer repair and he said it takes 10 seconds to pop it in and he showed my grandson how to do it for free. He is now my go-to computer repair person. I really appreciate it his honesty and like the other companies he did not try to rip us off. read more

Jeremy is the man, and my computer fix-it guy in Arizona, and California, for that matter! Found him through Yelp, and his great reviews had me calling him to upgrade my old laptop. Met him at his little apartment, which felt kinda odd, but once in his place we got right down to brass tacks and no B.S. I told him what I needed, and he started searching parts right there and gave me a quote, and told me when it'd be ready. Time came, it was ready, and price quoted was paid...I'm a happy customer! I'll continue using Jeremy, and hope for his continued success so I'll always have him in my corner. read more

Jeremy has fixed my PC a couple times! He's reliable, quick and cheap. Would suggest to anyone.

Great work very reasonably priced! Thank you for getting my computer up and running again.

Since Jeremy started fixing my computer it has worked better than when it was new. My computer was just a year old when I lost the hard drive and DVD/RW. It was still under warranty so I got the part and left the rest to him. I am not computer savvy so I am glad I found him!!! He does amazing work, and does not cost near as much as any of the large size computer department stores. read more

Called Jeremy about 4:00pm yesterday because my computer had gone bezerk. To my suprise he said he'd be right out and he came immediately. I was truly suprised. Jeremy had me back on line in minutes and then did a complete check of my computer. For sure this is the guy to go to for computer problems. I hope I never have a problem again with my computers (we have two) but computer problems are not a "if" but a "when" and I'll sure call Jeremy again. read more

I had taken my computer to Jeremy a few times, previously, but both time the problem was discovered during his diagnostic test and he didn't charge me. This time, he had to fidget with my computer for a bit to fix it, which he did within a few hours! I got my computer back the same day and on a Saturday even! Jeremy is very affordable because he works out of his home, so he doesn't charge extra to cover the overhead from having a rental space! I highly recommend 2J Tech! read more
