Stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon for the first time since this location opened. Were pleasantly surprised to find a band setting up to play outside! We found a table in the shade and had a great late day meal. Started with the spinach/artichoke dip which was hot and tasty and then shared a white pizza. With the live entertainment it was busy inside and out but the service was great! At one point someone came out and passed around garlic knots to everyone which was a nice surprise! This place is so cool. Very small but cool. We sat at the bar. The pizza was its normal great and the meatballs were stellar. The staff could not have been any happier and fun. This is an update to my initial review of the new Harmony location. As I suspected, they have corrected all of their "new location growing pains" and even adjusted their menu a bit. Specifically, they now offer chicken Parmesan as an entree (and are willing to sell it as a sandwich with a side)! I had it and it is awesome - just like the Wexford location! The Parmesan fries now have Parmesan on them and the bread for their sandwiches is now higher quality bakery-style bread, not cheap grocery-style bread. Each of the 3 or 4 times I've ordered from here, the service has been great. The food is done when they say it will be and the people are friendly, professional, and polite. I definitely recommend getting food from here! (Again, all of my experience has been take-out because I live nearby) read more

This is a new location that officially opened 2 days ago although I believe they had a soft open a week earlier. Based on the recent opening, it is understandable that opening a new location will have its challenges. We were the only customers when we first sat down. Several tables were then seated within the next 15-20 minutes. There is VERY limited seating inside and not much outside only having a few picnic tables. The menu I feel is a bit pricey for what is a very ordinary Italian selection. We started off with drinks and I had a beer that was labeled as an Apple Pie Ale, which had no relationship to apple pie. I also tried 2 separate IPA drafts. I can say that I am an extremely avid Craft Beer person with an affinity for IPA's. These beers very underwhelming and the hops and flavor profiles outlined on the menu did not translate to the beer that was served. These were all from a single Brewery that was over an hour away. I ordered a Stromboli my wife ordered a pizza, our friends ordered a meatball hoagie and an order of french fries. The wait for our food order was longer than I feel is acceptable and I feel that as a result of this delay all of our food was not Hot at all. In addition, my Stromboli was actually burnt (see photo) and much smaller than what I expected for the price charged. Our friend that ordered the meatball hoagie which had 3 meatballs even though the menu states it would include 4 meatballs. I am a person that WILL NOT return food that is not correct and in this instance I should not have had to since it was clearly overcooked and should not have been served. I believe one of the owners were there and talked at length to the table next to us but never talked to us to ask our opinions. We all agreed that even though the restaurant was very new, we would not return based on our overall experience, the food quality, pricing and service. read more

Having never been to their Warrendale location , but always have heard rave reviews, we decided to try the new pizza place addition to Zelienople. We decided on take out and placed the order for a Buffalo Chicken Pizza and an order of the meatballs. I will say the meatballs and sauce were done perfectly. On the other hand the pizza was far from it! I agree with Alan M that the toppings were lacking and being one of the more expensive pizzas on the menu, (18.95) it should be spot on. I also agree that it needed more brick oven time. Not sure if they use wood or not. You usually can tell from the smell. There are plenty of places in Zelie that I can get far better. However I'll probably try them again, maybe something else on the menu. read more

Driving home after a long day flying into Pittsburgh, my wife and I decided to stop at Aviva for dinner. It was later at night and approaching closing time. We made sure it was going to be okay that close to closing time, and everyone was very nice about it. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer, and I am not kidding when I say, it was probably the best we have ever had. The bread for the dip was made in the brick oven and was absolutely delicious. We split a pizza which was great. Throughout the entire dinner, we were speaking with two of the workers and when we stated we have 4 kids, they said, would you like to sample our meatballs that we make up daily? We accepted, and did end up walking out with two dozen. The meatballs were as amazing as the service. 4 happy kids and two parents that didn't have to make dinners from scratch for 4 meals. This was a very thoughtful recommendation by the two ladies who were very attentive. Thank you for the suggestion, and I have already discussed with my wife, and we will be changing our normal airport from Buffalo, NY, to Pittsburgh, PA just so I can stop in and get meatballs when I drive through. The pizza is at best a 5 out of 10. The cheese is ok but pretty standard. The best part is the dough. The sauce literally tastes like canned tomatoes. (Not the good ones). However 18.00 for a Stromboli that doesn't even qualify as half a sandwich is a poor value at best and a rip off at worst. Then to top it off they wouldn't accept the gift cards we got from friends. We live less than a mile from the new location. They bought it there and said that it was only usable in warrendale. Not happy. read more

We ate here last Saturday night and had a great meal and wonderful service. Our server, Sue was funny, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Then I left my phone at the restaurant but didn't realize it until it was too late on Saturday. Although both locations are usually closed on Sunday, the Warrendale location happened to be open for Mother's Day. The manager, Jay, went well over and above to help me get my phone back. He was so kind. We are from the Baltimore area but have family near Harmony and we will definitely be back. We recommended Aviva to all our family in the area. read more

I love Aviva Brick Oven! The pizza is amazing. I've eaten most of the pizzas on the menu and haven't had one I didn't like. My go to favorite is the Bianca with hot crumbled sausage added to it. I regularly went to the Warrendale location but we moved to Zelie a few years ago so we were only going rarely. When I heard they were taking over the old Union Bro's location up here, I was thrilled. We stopped in last night to check them out and was thrilled. The space is smaller but the food was just as spectacular. I love that it is closer now. I'll be coming in regularly. read more

Aviva Brick Oven provided a fantastic catering for my Christmas Party. The food, delivery and service were exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Susan and she was kind and knowledgeable. The server and bartender worked extremely hard and were quite professional. My guests were very impressed with the plentiful food. I highly recommend Aviva for catering events. We love Aviva in Warrendale but decided to try the Harmony location near our home, first nobody asked about seating us so we just went to the bar, perhaps you just seat yourself but somebody could have told us that if that was the case, after sitting a few minutes I said to ky husband the 2 servers that were in front of us could have at least said someone will be with you in a minute ( it wasn't overcrowded) when we did place our order for a pizza there were burnt areas on the top but the dough was raw, very disappointing we so looked forward to a nearby location read more
