I felt the service they provided was awful and instead of explaining what I wanted was not possible they simply hung up on me. Again part of it was my fault I own up to it but better to educate your customers than hung up and turn away business. Worse of all is the manager is the one who was rude to me so if he was like that I can't imagine how his peers might be.
