I am disgusted by the treatment in this store. My boyfriend and I went in to purchase some rotors and brake pads for my bmw and we were given the wrong rotors which is understandable, mistakes happen. What was upsetting was the experience we had returning them. The man who rang us up was very kind and helpful which is the sole reason I am giving one star. After returning the rotors my boyfriend was browsing for tools and such and a small man came up to us and said someone had said that my boyfriend tucked something into his pants. After my boyfriend emptied his pockets and showed him that he clearly wasn't a thief the little man just walked away. This situation definitely warranted an apology. Apart from that when we were leaving the store manager with red hair was smirking at us and consulting with the little man that had come up to us. read more

This place is the most unorganized store that I have ever been in, they have a bunch of old people working there that move slower than snails, I ordered a hitch three different times and three different times they ordered the wrong part and then it takes weeks to get the right part and a bunch of my time was wasted, to make it worse when I went to go pick up the hitch. It was in a box that was halfway torn apart, and the incompetent people working there, which were all men by the way didn't even offer to help carry it out to the car for me. This is the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced in my life. read more

I called ahead of time to see about getting a battery checked. Andrew explained the process and it sounded easy. I went in the next day and was assisted by Sociomo (manager). He not only checked the battery charge, he uninstalled it, charged it and checked the alternator. The whole process took about 45 minutes, under the 1 1/2 he'd quoted me. He gave me some sound advice and sent me on my way. I recommend this location to anyone with zero car knowledge like me. They were extremely patient, helpful and professional. This morning the battery on my truck would not work so when it finally started we took it to buy a new battery hoping it would not leave us stranded. We went into the store with 3 (visible) employees and two other customers. We were going to purchase a battery for my truck. When we asked the long-haired, younger clerk if they could install the battery, he stated that they were short-handed. I asked my b/f if there was another place where they could install my battery? The clerk responded O'Reilly down the street. So we went to O'Reilly and purchased a $200 battery which Jared gladly installed and offered to clean the terminals. I bought that I actually paid for some crappy small size sunshades , I misplaced my receipt and went back for a refund . I told them i don't have the receipt . Ok they ask me for my ID as well the took the product back. The guy in the counter all he gave me was small receipt but NEVER told me that I have to use it the same day. So week later I wanted to purchase a part and that's when they get me that I needed to purchase on the same day of the refund!! This store return policy is stupid no disrespect. That's why I proud to purchase next door at O'Reilly Auto Parts. They have way better customer service and return policies that they explain. read more

Ordered a car battery they said would be shipped to the store the next day from Rialto. It wasn't. Kept getting times that didn't come true and called the times to check if it came in. It did come a day and 6 hours later than expected, but it was the wrong battery. I don't mind the wait too much as I was just happy to get it to install. Person behind the counter already seems annoyed that a customer needs a thing when I come to pick it up. I see it's the wrong battery, but she says it's equivalent and the mystery people that sent it said so. It was a Duralast ETX14 versus the AUX14 I ordered. I take it, but am unsure, so I start looking if it truly is a replacement, but find nothing saying it will work in my wife's van, so I bring it back in after a few minutes. It is a motorcycle battery and I don't want to install something I didn't order. I tell the same person behind the counter that I'm uncertain about installing this battery and I want the one I ordered, even if I need to wait, but she tells me that even though I ordered and paid for the AUX14, the ETX14 is the one they sent, so there. She repeats this twice to imply that I don't understand and need to take the wrong battery because that is what they sent. I'm shocked that this person does not comprehend she is telling me to shut up and take the wrong product because they sent the wrong product in the first place. The whole time she is treating me like I'm the idiot because I want the product I paid for. She was simply terrible in demeanor and attitude. I tell her she is being awful trying to force me to take the wrong battery and she says she doesn't like that I'm taking down to her, but what could I do beside talk slowly when someone is saying such a stupid thing repeatedly. She tried to call the hub to find another battery to no avail. I got a refund instead and she told me to go to Advanced Autoparts or O'Reilly. I agreed and purchased it from the O. I'll never shop here again. This is why people are buying things online. What a ridiculous experience and person. The other people I've interacted with there were just fine, but she totally ruined this location for me. I'm getting my core refund for the main battery I bought and never going back unless the warranty kicks in. Looks like Rock Auto is getting a new customer. read more

I came in today, looking for chains for the snow or cable wires for the snow and this man helped us. Of course we are girls we know nothing about cars last min trip to the snow. We told him we had a Ford Flex and I asked if we need all four tires he said yes when in reality it was just 2 first he didn't check that these chains were for the right car and it messed up my break fluid it ripped it. Because the auto repair said these chains are not for this kind of car. I would have expected this person to know what he is talking about we were suck in the middle of no where for 5 hours waiting to get towed. Today my husband went to purchase a tool, Troy was no help at all. He was clueless of what tool my husband was asking for, finally after a long time he finally found a tool that might work not the right one. My husband proceeded to purchase the tool and the pine tree car fresheners, as my husband is walking out the alarms go off and Troy yells out saying "I didn't charge you for those pine tree air fresheners!" My husband said "yes you did, check my receipt" Troy checked the receipt and there was the charge for the pine tree car fresheners. Don't excuse my husband for stealing when you clearly charged him for it! My husband was able to find the right tool he purchased for a better price at O'Reillys, he went back to Autozone to return it. As he was walking out of Autozone, he noticed that Troy gave him the wrong change back. My husband walked back in and said "hey you gave me the wrong change back", Troy said " yeah I did I gave the right change back" but he said rudely to my husband. My husband asked him to check his cash because Troy gave him the wrong change back. Troy said " I have to go get someone for that", my husband said " ok well go get someone", Troy said "well I can just it myself", Troy then finally gave him the change he owed my husband.
