I could never find one so I would always try to save my work for when I travel to Florida because I have such a mechanic there, but now I'm going to Tyrone32 for anything I need done when I'm in NYC. The reason: Orlando. I had a check engine light on. I had been calling around asking different shops if they run complimentary computer scans and general pricing for evap system issues, as I knew that was likely the culprit for my light. A few of the shops I called were kind of rude over the phone and didn't really want to spend any time answering questions. I came across Tyrone32 as I was driving around my new neighborhood and decided to call. I explained my situation to Orlando and he was so nice, listened to my thoughts, asked me some questions, and said just to drop in and he would check it out. He came out and ran a complimentary scan for me, checked out the car, and answered all of my questions. Orlando's customer service was amazing. After I left and arrived home, I noticed that a center button on my Jeep rim had popped out. I called Orlando to see if it had popped out somewhere at the shop and sent him a picture. He said that he couldn't find one that matched at the shop, but that he had a few extras laying around that were slightly different and he would just give me one if I came by--I mean how rare is it that someone just gives you something because they have an extra and you are in need? Super rare. Can't say enough about how great his customer service made me feel and again, I will be exclusively getting maintenance on my car here.

Orlando and Tomas are very honest and knowledgeable mechanics…read more Had multiple problems with my 2002 Honda Civic (check engine light and overheating). They got to the root of the problems very quickly and resolved all the issues. I would highly recommend Tyrone 32!!!

Let's just say Nice guys are really "nice guys". I've come here enough to know that busy days or rainy days they pay attention to the details I drive off without needing to keep a wet rag handy to clean again as I drive off. Trust me you drive off feeling proud of the bargain you got on quality car wash experience. And you'll be back.

Then staff especially the process starter tell me after I told him I couldn't locate the manager, well since he "appears " to be the substitute manager, he informed me " that's nothing he could do to resolve this issue. So I close with saying NICE GUYS CAR WASH isn't a nice place for service, no concerns about customer satisfaction. Perhaps It just my timing for better service. But I've watched other vehicles exiting with dirt still on the surface. They don't even spray the wheel well . I rather have my SUV remaining dirty then go there for a free follow up. Sometimes "THE CUSTOMER ISN'T ALWAYS CORRECT" , BUT THEN WASN'T THAT TIME. FUTURE CUSTOMER WATCH AND SEE IF YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY AND EXPECT. The driver's side is always clean up to a point . A minor inconvenience but the mobile mechanic is really good. Situation: car battery is dead How was it handled: Cameron did a classic check up in battery voltage and informed me of the basics, displayed great empathy and outreach to his customers. He took his time with my case to charge my battery which was really nice, which sort of gives a good implication why he had to reschedule me, since he worked later with another client. Price: $80, I tipped an extra 20, He accepts zelle if you don't have cash on hand. Would hire again: YES, before him, I called Honda for triple A dude to help me, but he said it was an electrical system problem in the car when it was just a low battery voltage. So yeah this guy has a better work ethic

Jared from Crannic Mobile Mechanic was AMAZING! I was able to get a hold of him quickly. Even…read morethough he was busy at the time he listened to the situation I was having with my car and gave me some feedback. He asked me to then text message him the cars information and my name and phone number. Jared was able to get to me the very next day after my phone call. He's really on top of things and that's so important here in the city with alternate side street parking. When we met the next morning he quickly got to work diagnosing the problem. I really didn't have a lot of information for him,one minute the car was working the next it wasn't. My son drove home from work at night with no incidents, noises, no trouble at all with the car. The next morning he went out and the car just wouldn't start. Jared has a mini garage in the back of his truck, he came out with all kinds of devices and computers and hooked them up to the car to find out what the problem was. He was really thorough, he went thru the car from top to bottom. He discussed with me that it was the starter that had gone on the car. He gave me a great price and even went himself to the store and purchased the part. He was super conscientious with costs, for parts and even said his go to first choice has a discount code so he can use the coupon. I thought that was really great! He really seem to go out of his way to try to keep everything reasonably priced. And believe me when it was all said & done the price was better than reasonably price, Jared worked all day and then some on my car. Jared brought a helper with him to work on the car,Manny, also very nice and friendly. They got to work right away. At one point Jared thought something else besides the starter might be wrong with the car. But after further investigation he let me know that everything was fine and it was just the starter. I really thought that was great, it's hard to find a really honest mechanic. When you're someone who has no mechanical knowledge at all you are just at the mercy of the people fixing the car. I thought that showed a lot of honesty on Jared's part, somebody else might've thought this girl doesn't know anything about this car and just told me anything and I would've believed it. After working all day the car was finished. This is a little car, 2008 convertible Mazda Miata. These men had to practically take the car apart to get to the starter, it really was a lot of work. These little cars they pack everything so tight under the hood. If I would've been in the garage paying by the hour they might've charged me double of what Jared did. But OH NO! it wasn't over...lol The car started once and then wouldn't start again. Jared and Manny must've spent an extra hour and a half or more looking into what went wrong. At one point I really felt bad, it was starting to get dark and I do understand sometimes when you fix one thing on a car it can put pressure on other older parts. He told me that he would continue to think about the car and get back to me right away. I told him I totally understood. About 20 minutes later my phone rings and it's Jared, he's got it! I go outside and there is the car running. He said he was just sitting in his truck going over everything in his mind. He just felt like he couldn't leave. And then bingo! I have to say Jared really went the extra mile to fix my car. And again I would've had to pay double of what Jared charged in the garage. And I know for a fact they wouldn't of felt the personal responsibility when something else went wrong. They would've just told me sometimes the new parts break the old parts... Will just have to give it another try tomorrow and charge me for every hour they spent looking. Not only did Jared sit out there for hours going over the car and what it could be he then did my oil while he was thinking... LOL and even gave me the container with the extra oil in it. I have found my permanent mechanic, and that's Crannic! And I will tell every person I know with a car Call Jared! PS... When the car was bought they did not give us the special tool to take the hubcap and tire off the car, they were not regular Lugnuts. Jared went and bought the kit in or did you take these tires off. When we were going over the price I said you forgot the price of the kit. Jared said don't worry about that, I paid for that, and I'm adding it to my tools so if I ever come across tires like that again I'll have them. I really thought that was great. Again a lot of other places/people would've charged you for it and then added it to their tools anyway. I really can't say enough about Jared, he was such a pleasure to deal with. In total we have two cars and a motorcycle and Jared is now our go to mechanic!

So I brought the bike back to brooklyn and to Edgewares. The owner of the shop stopped what he was doing to come take a cursory look. When the battery was fizzing he knew there was a bigger issue so instead of promising a quick turn around he said he wanted to find the real problem but it could take time, and he'd follow up with an estimate. I appreciated the quick review and honest timeline. I got a call later that he had discovered some glitchy wires that may have also been shorting the battery and he had contacted rad wagon and found it. It was under warranty and was able to get me a replacement bike. I was floored! I was happy to pay for set up of the new bike as they had put a lot of time into it. When I realize I had forgotten the key lock for the battery when picking up the new bike they came to my house a mile and a half away to pick it up. It was incredible customer service. I have two ebikes and kid bikes and this place will be my go to for servicing in the future !
