They also deliver for free which is super nice seeing how busy they can get. It's a family business and you can see the staff are comfortable with each other since they are joking and smiling most of the time. I went to autozone and the staff didn't know what my mechanic was asking for and once they spoke with their manager, he said he couldn't get it for another 2 days. So I called and spoke with Steven, who then proceeded to tell me I had coverage and that someone would contact me for the install. But never at any point did he notify to tell me that he was sending a street mechanic to install & charge me. Street Mechanic Junior called me and when I asked what was fee, I was told there wasn't a fee, little did I know, once the street mechanic came and installed the starter he then told me he was charging me $150.00, which was never agreed on from my initial call with Steven from Advanced Auto which they were the ones that sent the mechanic! This was my first and last time ever doing business with Advanced Auto Parts. They scheme and are scammers. Even the manager Esmeralda was in on it! Then I got the run around and was even yelled at for asking for a receipt for the labor I paid for which I never received!, crazy. BE AWARE PEOPLE!!! Definitely learned a valuable lesson from all of this! NEVER going to Advanced Auto Parts at this location again!
