So I went there and spoke to a guy about a brass fitting for a transmission line. He said he has a "BUNCH" and would need to see the part I am talking about, but he believes he has it in stock. That seams fair. I told him I would be back the next day. The morning comes and I speak to a guy and show him the part. He goes to the back and 15 seconds later he says he don't know about this part. ( did you even look?) He said leave the part with my name and number and someone will call me back. Ok, someone did call but I missed it and he left no message. I called them back and the guy answered, rudely. ( based upon the reviews here, that seams to be the trend with these employees.) I told him I dropped of the part with Roger, "hold"... So I guess Roger picked up and said yeah we have it... "ok great" I will be there to pick it up, what do I owe you? $29.99 plus tax..... WTF!!!!! REALLY??? I always try and shop at the local mom and pop places and I know B&B has been around, but really guys??? I bought 4 of the same for HALF the price they were asking!!! What made it even worse was the fact when I went back to get my original part, it looked like they went to Home Depot and took 3 fittings and made an erector set out of it and told me they "ordered this for me". Being in the same business for a long long time it's a great honor for most retail establishments as they pride themselves to say how long they have served the area. NOT THIS BUSINESS. They are GREAT at the practice of deceiving a customer by misrepresenting the truth. How long can you fool someone? Anyway, I can't bring myself to believe that all of their salespeople are not knowledgeable, rude or liers. It must be a management issue. I called today about 8:30am and spoke to the nastiest asshole ever...I simply called to see if they do curbside pick up as it stated online and the guy says no and hangs up...I then called back to advise him I had questions so that I can try to see if they have the ceramic brakes I like to use which I have purchased from them before...my dad was always a customer and recommended I use them....when I called back the guy was rude as hell and said I'm busy hurry..I guess since I'm not a guy he wanted to be tough and rude...don't use this place they are rude and nasty for no reason and I'm trying to give them business. read more

I bought a a/c expansion valve there, part #39426 but could not use it. I paid $40.00 for it. I later found out that Autozone and Advance sell the same part # for about $18.00 when I went to return the part They refused to and said the part was special order, but they had the part in stock. This was on Sunday July 1st. All the manager said to me was (you can't return this part, goodbye) rudest person I ever dealt with. But now I see why the store is so empty of customers. All I can say is the part I tried to return was still in its plastic wrapper. This person who I think was the manager, must of got great pleasure in beating a 73 year old out of $40.00. read more
