I'm taking the time to do a review for these guys cus they took more than asked time to make my dreams come true. Stephanie was reeeeally helpful and pushed all she could to get me the car i wanted. Not to mention Angel's hospitality and politeness. Nothing but great people working there! Nothing but outstanding customer service! I'm a first time buyer and if so are you, you should know all the countless time you have to spend on looking, negotiating, and even getting approved for the car you want! Not to mention all the scams and rip offs you fear the most. Well look no further! These guys made sure to keep me comfortable and settle me with something within my expectactions. There was NO loop hole with them nor did they try sneaking me into one. From start to finish i was just as satisfied as i was when i first browsed the car i wanted on their site. Screw your plan B and C. Go with A. Go with Auto Reblic!! Thanks again guys ! read more

I cant rave enough about this dealership and its staff. Our sales rep, Bill, was exceptional and really went above and beyond to help make our purchase of a 2017 Kia Sportage the best car buying experience yet! We were already approved for an auto loan through our credit union, but due to his experience and persistence (in an honest and fair manner), we were able to get a better rate from Auto Republic (even after going back to our credit union to see if they would match and they couldn't!) Needless to say, everyone in the office was friendly and beyond helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend The Auto Republic - Cypress and they will definitely be the first place we go when it's time to buy a new(er) truck for my husband. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP, GUYS!! We appreciate more that you know! PS: We love the car too!! read more

Highly recommend! Javier and Junior were extremely helpful and patient, and I LOVED the low-key, no-pressure atmosphere. They clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and I walked away with a great deal on the car I'd been searching for for ages! Thanks again Javier and Junior! Oh, also, to the 1-star reviews about the added costs: it says everywhere on the websites and on the car itself that lo-Jack and clear coat are pre-installed and lists the additional cost clearly. Even adding in that cost my car was a bargain! read more

I cannot say enough about Ernie, Auto Republic and their high level of service. First off the previously owned cars on their lot are varied and pristine. The cars seriously look new. Ernie helped me test drive two different cars. I left to do some thinking. When I returned later in the week, I wanted take a ride in the same two cars-no problem. In the process of purchasing the car I chose, the transaction was very straight forward (I paid to cash). Ernie commented they pride themselves in their level of customer service. Coming from many years in the service industry, my ears perked up. I had the opportunity to put their service to the test and they passed with flying colors. I hadn't noticed before but the rear view mirror wouldn't stay adjusted. It was kind of wobbly. I contacted Ernie, he arranged for me to take the car to their location in Fullerton where their cars are serviced. I just returned from Fullerton. They were welcoming, professional and quickly fixed the mirror. I would not hesitate to refer friends, family and others to Auto Republic. read more

For awhile now I've been in the market for a BMW and went to various places like Carmax, BMW of Long Beach, even to the Jeep and Ford dealerships in Huntington Beach. Auto Republic excels them all by a pretty big margin. My parents bought cars from Auto Republic before so I thought I'd look at their inventory and see if anything catches my eyes. I am so glad I did. Don't let the small plot fool you, they have quality inventory and let the cars sell themselves - not once did I feel like I was pushed or forced into signing those papers. Noe was great and always let me know the options I had, even if it involved me not walking away with the car. He made sure numbers were transparent so I knew what and why every dollar was on the purchase. I have no other words to say other than he was great. Don't let the fancy cars shun you away, Auto Republic works with you and is very flexible. I originally applied for an auto loan with my credit union and got declined but I was determined on getting this BMW. Brian worked his black magic and somehow managed to not only get me financed but also have a very reasonable monthly payment (that's with added Gap insurance and 5-year bumper to bumper extended warranty) while having a single digit interest rate - all with subpar credit. The interest rate they gave me is actually way better than when I financed a Mini Cooper through BMW of Long Beach and I had a near perfect credit score at the time. If you see a car here, do not hesitate - they will make sure you walk out with a new car. Brian and Noe you guys were great and thank you for working with me! I will always recommend the Auto Republic in Cypress. read more

This was my first time financing a vehicle & auto republic cypress was probably the right place for me. Juan who was my designated sales person was the one who helped me out with the whole process. He was kind, patient, and helped me out with questions I had while on the process. One thing to keep in mind is the LoJack price, which bumps up a little the price but I'm sure you will find benefit from having it on your vehicle. Overall I am happy with how they treated me and my car purchase! It did have some cosmetic wear that I did not see on the pictures online, but overall it is a great fit for me. One thing to keep in mind is that - when I got there one of my vehicle's tires was marked at low pressure at my dashboard. Juan fixed it & put some air on it. However, a couple days later it was low again so I took it to a tire shop and there was a small screw on it. Overall advice: just check all these small details before you walk out with the vehicle! Thanks auto republic for my new Mercedes! read more

Steph set me up in the car I wanted for a great price. When we came and introduced ourselves they recognized our names from talking over the phone. Steph was very sweet and had the Ford C-Max I wanted to look at pulled right up. She made us feel comfortable through the whole process. The test drive was hassle free, and the administration and paperwork was pretty simple. After leaving the shop I noticed the car didn't come with the standard wall outlet charging cable so we contacted AR and Steph actually ordered one for us, free of cost. I've put 5k miles on the C-Max so far and everything is working great. Thanks a bunch Steph. read more

I visited the Santa Ana store and dealt with Bill. Bill was amazing. He wasn't pushy at all and when I told him I want to check out another car before I made my final purchase, he encouraged me to find the best deal for me and was confident that I would return. Well I did and I bought a 2014 ford fusion. I love my car. The experience was great. Bill was very inviting, answered all of my questions, had a positive attitude, and found me a better interest rate than my bank was providing. I waited a few days before my post because I wanted to put a few miles on my car to see if anything changed from when I bought it. It's been a little over a week and it is still running strong. If I find myself in need of a new vehicle again in the future, I will deffinelty be comming back here and looking for Bill again. read more

This place will rip you off! I just purchased a vehicle from them and was not clearly given the terms of the agreement and ended up paying for things I did not want!! I was deliberately deceived as I even asked why my monthly payment was higher and Junior just stated "I don't know" and shrugged. Stay Far Away! I went in again the next day and was able to resolve some of the issues I had with them. They refunded me a portion of what was not properly disclosed to me when signing the contract initially with Junior. Albert was very helpful and seemed to actually care if the customer had a good experience or not. The GM I spoke with today was very understanding and met me in the middle. read more

Stephanie F. and Lilly M. at Auto Republic of Cypress provided us THE BEST auto buying experience we have ever had! The entire process was smooth from the start. Lilly took my initial phone call and handled my detailed questions efficiently. I needed to ensure that Auto Republic could meet my credit union's funding guidelines. Lilly needed to research some of the items with her manager but she returned my call within that hour and confirmed they would work with my CU's requirements so I made an appointment to see the vehicle the next day. The drive from San Diego to Cypress on the evening of Wednesday 07/27/16 was challenging, but once I got to Auto Republic, it was well worth it. Lilly was with another client (closing another deal) but she asked her coworker, Steph to help me out. She took me out to the lot and showed me the vehicle. I knew what I wanted and spent hours researching the vehicle's options and history prior, so I didn't have too many questions. The few that I had, Steph was able to answer with ease because she was extremely knowledgable. She was super friendly and the dealership's no pressure sales style really helped win my business. They completely put me at ease and didn't try to rush me through the sale. In fact, after my thorough test drive and inspection of the vehicle, we sat down to discuss numbers and we went an hour passed their closing time. They, including the manager, Jr. we're very accommodating. My girlfriend and I have been shopping for a 2011 Kia Sorento SX for the last five months, on and off. We wanted the "top of the line" with all the options less the AWD. Auto Republic had it, in the exact exterior and interior color combination we wanted! This SUV only had 57,127 miles and it was just as their online ads described. The CarFax and Auto Checks were both clear as advertised. They even gave me the report that dealers obtain from auto auctions. Auto Republic was very transparent with the vehicle's history. They even go above and beyond by completing and disclosing their own inspection results. Like most used vehicles, we noted a couple of items to discuss such as tire wear but we negotiated a couple of times and ultimately came to a very fair deal. Stephanie worked hard with her manager to help me meet my financial goal with this purchase. I truly appreciate that and in the end, we closed the deal. Steph demonstrated her experience in the business by going through all of the paperwork in a very timely fashion. As I thought of questions while reading through documents, she had answers that helped me understand all of the details. Although hand shakes were done and the docs were signed, I planned to take delivery of my newly purchased vehicle on Saturday 07/30/16. The story of how awesome Steph and Lilly are goes on... This purchase was a surprise birthday present for my girlfriend. She had absolutely no idea what I had been plotting but here's how it went. I told my gf that we should take a look at the SUV at Auto Republic on Saturday since we both had the day off. Steph and Lilly agreed to play along with the plot which made the surprise all the more exciting. They washed and cleaned the SUV on Saturday morning right before we got to the dealership. Once we got there, it was parked front and center, ready for my gf to check it out. We looked it over and Lilly came out to greet us. Steph was working with another customer at the time but these two tag team so well that I was comfortable working with either of them. Lilly allowed us to "test drive" the Sorento and after about 10 minutes, we got back to the lot. My gf was ready to go in to hit the negotiating table then Lilly calls me to the back of the office to confirm the game plan and it's go time. Steph goes into action and apologizes to my gf saying the Sorento has been sold. My gf went from happy and loving the SUV to sad and confused. She couldn't understand why the dealership would allow us to test drive the vehicle if someone else had already purchased it. With perfect timing and execution, Lilly walks up to my gf with key in hand and says "it's yours". "Congratulations, the car is yours." My gf still couldn't figure out what was going on. She loved the Sorento but didn't agree to a price. She wondered why they were giving her the key already. She thought it was some kind of new sales tactic that she wasn't aware of. They told her how hard I worked to get the car for her and then it all made sense. Tears of joy started flowing and everyone hugged one another. We took photos with Steph and Lilly to add to our "scrapbook". Thank you for everything Auto Republic! We will definitely see you next time we're in the market for another vehicle! To the Yelpers that made it to the end of my review, Auto Republic FAR EXCEEDED my auto buying expectations! Steph and Lilly are an awesome team! Their inventory is top notch and their customer service is exceptional!!! We love them! read more

Its now May 2015 & I've dumped $3,500 into the car and it still has issues. This place is a scam! DO NOT GO HERE! Purchased an immaculate Scion xB today at Cypress Motors. When I called Cypress Motors, I knew exactly the model and year I wanted. I found the car on a website called Cargurus. The Scion xB was exactly as advertised. I spoke to Stephanie prior to visiting Cypress Motors and let her know I was going to stop by during my lunch break. I'm probably the most demanding customer ever because I look at the numbers to make sure the deal makes sense financially. Stephanie made a miracle happen that ended up putting my boyfriend in a Scion. Prior to Cypress Motors, we have been to over 20 dealerships in both LA and Orange County. Who would have thought a dealer less than 10 min away from my job had the car we've been eye balling amongst different models of cars for months. The Scion had low-mileage (an absolute plus), highly optioned, excellent interior and exterior condition, and an absolutely beautiful blue color. For Stephanie's extraordinary effort, and genuine desire to see me happy, I'm forever thankful. I wanted to make sure others know about the level of service provided at Cypress Motors and I especially recommend you see Stephanie. She is a great person who will try her absolute best to make your dream come true. I can honestly say my boyfriend and I are happy that we were able to do business and we got an excellent, reliable vehicle out of the deal. I also would like to thank her boss Ish, (you THE MAN). Ish worked out an affordable monthly payment that was duable and within our budget. Stephanie asked me how much we were willing to afford and put down as a downpayment. Ish worked out his magic and got me approved in minutes. Ish negotiated a price and matched our monthly budget with ease. Both Stephanie and Ish were professional and not pushy. Thank you, Stephanie. You were so helpful, attentive and patient (especially during my hour lunch). This was definitely a very pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend Cypress Motors to all my friends. See you soon for my next car! read more
