I've left it here so you can see... when I purchased my car, they gave me a Due Bill (on Jan 9, 2026) for a part that needed to be replaced. Initially they said the part would probably be in the following week. Today is March 24th... after multiple attempts on my part to get the promised repair, it's still not fixed. I have contacted the dealership as well as Ike the owner... I began documenting our communications. At this point they are not acknowledging my attempts to reach them. I had problems getting my temporary tags when the permanent tags were not received. I started by interacting with them via phone because they were great when I bought the car... but they didn't follow through on what they said via phone. Now I insist on all communication being in writing. I suggest you do the same. Yes, I was very happy with the purchase process as I stated below, but after they got my money, their aftercare IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I will NOT recommend them... at all! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am so very, very pleased with Regnum Auto Motors! I found them on line, found a car perfect for me and they made it happen... very easy process... Ana was amazing. We weren't able to get to the dealership before their posted closing time but they stayed late to accommodate us. Very very impressed with the whole team... the owner gave me his personal cell number and said not to hesitate contacting him if I needed anything.. he did however request I not call at 2am LOL I HIGHLY recommend Regnum! They are a car dealership I will not hesitate to refer friends & family to

I had a great experience with the GM Philip, Salesman Ousmane, Finance Alejandro, and the IT audio support at Ourisman Toyota in Fairfax. It was honestly the best car purchase experience I have ever had. It was a seamless process. They were all thoughtful, great customer service and professional. They were like a well oiled machine! I worked with Ousmane to see the car and take it for a test drive. Then I was able to speak to Alejandro in finance and work through my down payment and purchase. He was very clear and did a great job explaining the different packages and how the payment process works. The Audio/IT person was outstanding at explaining each part of the vehicle and all the technology!

Difficult to write a review about the dealership when you can't get sales people to respond…read more I contacted them via their online website about a specific car. While their online attendants were quick (and numerous) to respond, I had requested a detailed sales agreement showing the applicable discounts and a final price. Since their advertised price contains many discounts which I did not qualify for and since the online attendant didn't realize that they offer free nationwide shipping, I wanted a finalized price before we drove the two hours to see the vehicle. Unfortunately, multiple contacts with "Jasmin", including several that were supposedly escalated, were not responded to by the sales staff. This being the case, we are not going to pursue purchasing a vehicle from them. Others have also indicated absent Customer Service responses.
