I was glad that they could fix my car quickly on Saturday. Extra points for customer service, quick turnaround, and free 12 month roadside assistance. The only downside is the part seemed expensive -marked up a higher than I was expecting. I was charged $250 for a part that cost $145 (72% markup) when the industry average is 35% markup.
