Service was excellent. The job took a few days and since I was out of town (nearly 2 hr drive each way), they provided a loaner vehicle at no cost. The price was competitive, and there is a warrantee and 500 mile follow-up service visit also. I will be a repeat customer and I hope they have as much business as they want. The service department was promising as they heard my concern and said they would reach back out but haven't. I have not asked for anything . No deductions for the truck damage , nothing. They don't care enough about you. You are just another paycheck.

They saw me ahead of time and took no time in doing the state inspection. They explained what needed to be done etc, that it would take up to 45 minutes. They were done in less time than that and for whatever reason gave me a discount. Four wheel drive should be $99, but they charged me $69. Receptionist was friendly and chatty. I asked if it was a family business due to the level of service. She replied that it's two families that feel like one big family. It certainly feels like that, and they seem to endeavor to treat customers like family. That's going to make me a regular here. Well a regular when it suits me. The new heavy set guy that works the front desk has really price gauged me the last two times. The gentleman with the ear piercings was always much more reasonable. I will no longer be going to this location and they will lose my business to another local mechanic. Hope they train this new guy a little better. Very dishonest.
