Second, please believe me when I say that these guys are SUPERSTARS! Not only did Jack find me a great deal on tires (one with a rebate!), but he and his sons addressed several issues (ones that I already knew existed) that needed serious attention. To say that they went above and WAAAAAY beyond to make sure my car was fixed that day is so far understated...they even stayed late to fix these issues! There were parts they did not have in stock and Jack sent one of his sons out several times to different locations to pick up parts needed. I mean, the time, effort, and care they gave my car was amazing! Jack apologized a couple of times that it was taking longer than expected, but they were short-staffed - basically, it was just him and one son doing the mechanics, while the other son was running around town to get parts, but what a team. They close at 6 and I asked them if I could come by 4:45? Sure! Their waiting room is nice and clean with a coffee machine and water cooler. So they started working on the car immediately and told me that my car recommendations are synthetic oil, more expensive than regular. I asked them how much? They said $92 and I could change the oil every 5,000 miles instead of 3,000 if I bought the regular. They also said they can use regular oil which would not really make a difference, that's all they had to do was change the viscosity and that would be $52. I decided to go with my car recommendation and chose the $92. After a half hour it was done. Total price $92. That included oil change oil filter change to off all fluids and put air in all 4 tires because the low tire light was on. They said I didn't need to change my air filter because it was fine. Honesty is very important to me and I was impressed they didn't change the air filter when it didn't need to be changed. I think most other places would have. I will be in 5000 miles for sure!! Completely screwed up the timing chain job for my vehicle. It was knocking loudly afterward and the…read moreshop blamed it on an accessory belt tensioner job from another shop. Meanwhile, I went back for front suspension rework/fix (because they got that wrong too) and complained about the timing job. I asked for them to do it again. They wanted me to pay for warranteed work. They got a 2nd bite at the apple and did the same botched job (what the issue was I'll explain below). I took the vehicle to a 2nd shop and paid for them to do the job properly. No knocking afterward. And the reason for the knocking after AA did the job?? ONE OF THE TWO TIMING CHAIN TENSIONER GUIDE RAILS WAS MISSING THE BOLT THAT HOLDS IT IN AND WAS FLAPPING AROUND AND NOT KEEPING THE CHAIN TIGHT WHICH CAUSED IT TO STRETCH!! I have pictures (and the parts that were p ulled off from the AA job) to prove this. I went back to AA and they told me that the engine would have seized immediately. Further exposing their lack of knowledge and why the bolt was missed not once but twice on the guide (which is what was flapping). So those reading this. They screwed up front suspension. Then screwed up timing chain. I paid partial payment for the timing job, and came back to pay the rest while they continually tried to convince me the problem was the accessory belt tensioner. I got a 2nd shop to do the job and the engine purred like a kitten and NO knocking/rattling. They provided me with the pictures, parts from AA's botched job (which I still have). Stay far away from this shop. The quality of service went way down after 2022
