The initial dropoff was a bit confusing as there is limited parking space however we found an unmarked area in the middle of the street for dropoffs. Once we got inside the shop, the rest was easy. The shop had a lowkey vibe and theres a separate waiting room. We were surprised when we received an email confirmation that they were done as we had just sat down for lunch nearby. The entire inspection took under 40 minutes. Very happy with the service and glad we chose this place! Highly recommend if you need a safety inspection.

I hadn't visited his shop for over three years since I bought a brand-new Toyota Corolla, but recently someone hit the passenger-side mirror on my car. I needed the mirror fixed in order to drive, and as always, Boris came through in a timely manner. He ordered a new mirror and even installed a temporary mirror so I could drive home safely. Boris is honest, and his team is excellent. I've never had any issues with the front desk or his mechanics.

We were immediately greeted by a woman who was able to pull up our service records (which is awesome, because I had no clue my car had been there before) and get us all set up. Then the man who helped us truly went above and beyond in the customer service department (I regret not getting his name, but he has long hair - definitely try to get him). He offered beverages, then offered my son a lollipop after getting permission. He brought every color of the rainbow for lollipop flavors. Top notch. My son asked if we can go back for an oil change every week. Honestly not the mother-son bonding I ever envisioned, but it was a pretty great time. So convenient, so friendly, so easy to recommend. I enjoyed it so much that next time I won't be two months late and two thousand miles overdue.

They're an amazing crew. They were genuinely happy people, enjoying their work and working well as a true team... way rarer than it should be. It was an oil change, but my spirits were way higher leaving. I just enjoyed being around them. The oil change was quick, and Marvin gave my car some extra tlc. It was a quick 10-15 minute stop. arauto and ronaldo were highly recommended by a friend as an honest, capable shop - which is what i…read moreneeded! i was in the health care "system" for almost a year being shuffled from hospitals to physical rehab centers and back. meanwhile, my suv 4runner sat in the driveway with the results being: 1.) needed new battery 2.) no highbeams/drl-1 disconnected, other busted - (wouldn't turn off-last year, before i went to hospital) 3.) outlets not getting power with power switch/engine on 4.) power windows were acting up and wouldn't operate from driver's door controls 5.) needed oil change, tires rotated, lubrication, etc. 6.) truck in desperate need of detailing due to pollen outside...and cigar smoke inside in less than a week, most of these problems were fixed (plug in outlets still not working, but usb port gets power) the detailing on the job was so good i wouldn't have recognized my 4runner if it weren't for the decals in the rear windows. i would highly recommend this business if your car needs some major attention.

I dropped my vehicle off and immediately received a text with a list of "issues" that needed to be fixed. I agreed for them to do the work although my main concern was the check engine light. I left my vehicle at the shop for 2 days. When I picked my vehicle up, I paid over $2.5K and was assured that in addition to the other "issues", the check engine light issue was resolved. A week later, the check engine light came back on. I took the vehicle back and left it for a day. I was again assured that the issue was resolved and was "only" charged for a part that was replaced, but not labor. Great! Today, the check engine light is back on. Unfortunately , I will not be contacting this shop to "fix" it for a THIRD time. The staff is fairly friendly so they'd likely be willing to look at it again; however, I cannot trust that they will finally fix the issue nor can I continue to spend my time and $ there. I have gotten the vehicle scanned elsewhere and it is giving the SAME CODE as the original and that the shop claimed they fixed TWICE. I was also told by another mechanic that this should have been a fairly easy and minor fix had it been diagnosed properly the first time around. Very unfortunate that I can no longer recommend this shop due to lack of reliability and/or expertise.

In addition to the oil change, they performed an overall inspection. Kris was my tech and he was the best! He was friendly and informative. He informed me of the repairs that I should consider given my car's mileage. I appreciated that he took the time to talk me through the repairs and explain the importance behind it. Found a coupon on the website and got a few dollars off. They also gave me a voucher for a free car wash for the Germantown location. Overall had a great experience and will be coming back next time!
