    Thanks for taking great care of my sick Tahoe. This is my everyday ride to work and back home, so it is tough to be without it overnight. Thanks for the shuttle ride to work and back to pick up my ride. Not sure the name of who helped me in the morning; but he was an older gentleman - (white hair). He was friendly and gave me a tour of the shop. It was a nice change to finally get good communication from the person working on "Lucy". Yes, I have a name for my Tahoe. Great first experience and I will be back again.

He and his staff know the vehicles and requirements to repair and make his customers happy. He listens to you. We should also listen to his advice. My wife and I have been like "family" to Tom for over 12 years. He keeps our 1998 Dodge Van and 2005 Chevy SUV in pristine condition. Tom has a very faithful way about him. Not to rip-off his customers. He's honest and fair. He will make a great effort to get parts as close to cost as possible with little markup. The cost for labor is a "labor of love" and the bottom line to the customer beats any dealership quote. Ourisman gave me $650 quote on a repair, Germantown Service Center did it for $300! PLEASE respect Tom and his shop. He respects you. If you feel like you experienced a "hiccup" in delivered service from Tom, bring it to his attention with civility and respect. He will remedy your concerns, and will quality-check his staff technicians. Tom is a 5-Star Human Being!

From the time I called on Monday evening until he dropped my car…read moreoff on Tuesday night he provided nothing but the highest level of customer service I have been privy to in a very long time. He answered my seemingly incessant questions about the car and how a lease works. He not only answered my questions i a timely manner, he was willing to text and chat until I was content. When I found a road block he worked with me to get through it. Not only an amicable solution, he found a better car under my required monthly payment with more features than I anticipated. On Tuesday morning he came to pick me up at my store in Falls Church, VA (The Gun Dude) and drove me to Germantown, MD (because they don't sell electric Smart cars in Virginia) 45 minutes later. The conversation on the way to the store was stimulating and his energy was evident. At the car dealer he was very attentive to my every need. He offered coffee and water and served it to me not seconds after I was through the door. We even spent a few minutes learning how to install the panels on one of the model Smart cars. I took my new car (my first new car ever) for a test drive and was more than pleased with the product. Upon return we completed the papers, during which he very patiently answered every question I had about the contracts, and when he did not know the answer he said as much...and then went to find the answer!!!!! I wish this guy worked for me, seriously. Once the lease paperwork was complete he walked me through the features of my new car and plugged it in for a full charge before I left. The charge took longer than expected so he gave me a loaner car to get lunch. While at lunch he realized the charge and detailing would take a bit longer than we anticipated so he gave me the loaner so I could get back to my business. He then drove my car to me (a 45 minute drive) and picked up the lender car at about 7pm. I highly recommend this Smart Center in Germantown and I strongly recommend you ask for Jeff if you want the best car buying experience of your life!!!

However, leasing a brand new Smart car from the manager, Jeff Greben, has been the easiest and most pleasant interaction I have had. Jeff explained every question I had about the car and the whole leasing process in general in an extremely courteous and professional manner. I have never seen a sales person so knowledgeable about what they were selling before in my life. I will most definitely return to Jeff in the future to get another car, whether it's a Smart car and or a Mercedes-Benz. I highly recommend getting a car from Jeff if you want to leave the dealership with a smile, knowing that you made the right decision about your purchase.

    Was quoted $1,100 for a windshield wiper motor replacement. Competitors in the area were around…read more$300. It was the 5th or 6th time taking my car there. They are usually really good. The new heavy set guy that works the front desk has really price gauged me the last two times. The gentleman with the ear piercings was always much more reasonable. I will no longer be going to this location and they will lose my business to another local mechanic. Hope they train this new guy a little better. Very dishonest.

Having been a service manager myself for 2 independent shops and a dealer, I understand what might be justifications to decline a service. None of my visits were out of the ordinary. I understand time is money, but turning away customers is just not right. The most recent visit, was to have a TPMS sensor swapped from one wheel to another (brand new wheel and sensor). I had visited the ship the previous day, and was told it could be done. I even made the effort to take the wheels off the car, so not to take up a lift. Not to mention I scheduled time out of my day , only to be T old work won't be done bc rubber seals on the stem can get damaged. I did inform that the sensor is new, but no luck. TPMS sensors can be removed and reinstalled with no problem, especially when new. I'm just guessing the job wasn't worth their time. But wasting my time was apparently ok. AutoStream website shows a plethora of services thats provided which just doesn't seem to be the case.

    I cannot praise the Lube Center on Middlebrook Rd more!!! Jose the manager has been such a…read moretremendous help to me on two different visits.I have been ripped off by Jiffy Lube on several occasions and this go around I decided to try Lube Centers... Middlebrook Rd being the closest to me by 10 minutes. So, I took my 2021 Wrangler in for an oil change which turned into a full on filter/s replacements as well as air in my tires, lights checked... the works. All fluids changed and have I mentioned the customer service from EVERYONE!!! From start to finish I was given the royal treatment. Explanations of how oils are changed, education on my turbo engine, why I have two batteries instead of just one.... An impressive team for sure. Today ( Feb 2,2026) I came in with a concern about my battery light coming on... the jeep only had 29k miles on it and five years old... so I was a bit concerned. She had less pick up at 70 mph as well but Jose told me to bring her by for a free alternator check!!! When I got there, Enrique hopped right on her and explained everything the team was going to do and why! Come to find out... everything in my jeep remained the same when the unhooked my battery, so I did not need to reset anything. The car continued to run so we knew then the alternator was in good shape. At that point the light was turned off soooo... with the extreme cold temps ( 2-14 degrees last week) technology tends to get wonky. Tires lose a few pounds of air and so on. I was just thrilled my alternator was in good shape. Again, Jose's team did a great job and I can truly say I will definitely recommend Lube Center on Middlebrook Rd for anyone who needs an oil/filter change! I will never go anywhere else! They're an amazing crew. They were genuinely happy people, enjoying their work and working well as a true team... way rarer than it should be. It was an oil change, but my spirits were way higher leaving. I just enjoyed being around them. The oil change was quick, and Marvin gave my car some extra tlc. It was a quick 10-15 minute stop. They also offered a 10% military discount. I know it's an accident I stopped here, but if I can plan a future oil change here, I will. Thanks for the save, Carl, Marvin and team!
