Brent was knowledgeable and efficient, explaining the treatment plan and verifying the price (which was very fair) before he got to work. As he applied the treatment, he also inspected the house for any other potential issues (which luckily we didn't have). While I was looking at a few different companies initially, I heard Magic Pest & Lawn mentioned as a supporter during the recent KUT fund drive, which sealed my decision to roll with them. I'm very glad I did.

Over…read morethe past several visits, Doug G, Carlos R, and Jeffrey R have each come to my home for either quarterly maintenance or targeted treatments, and they've all been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. One thing I really appreciated was that they identified a honey bee colony on my property. Instead of simply treating it, they let me know so I could have the bees safely rehomed before they started producing honey inside my walls. That level of care and attention really stood out. The quarterly exterior treatments have been well worth it for me. Wasps and ants are a recurring issue around my home, so keeping up with regular service has made a big difference. If I have a specific problem between visits, like a wasp nest, they're quick to come out and take care of it. Most of what I need is included in the annual service. Mosquito treatment is an additional charge, but that's separate from the standard plan. I also appreciate that they don't push unnecessary interior treatments when there aren't any issues. Their pricing is competitive, and their payment and scheduling system is excellent. It's easy to manage appointments, and they're very responsive by text whenever I have a question or need service. Overall, I've been very happy with Atex and would definitely recommend them.

Special shoutout to Zane for taking the extra effort to fully clean out so many wasp nests (in hard to reach spots!) for us. Thank you Barefoot, see you again soon!

I suddenly i started getting phone calls and emails, every other month, saying I had past due amounts. I would call, ask what happened & give my verbal permission to charge the card on my account. None of the employees, including the manager I spoke with, were able to give me an answer as to what was causing the issue & they all promised that it wouldn't happen again. I finally lost patience with it at the beginning of Sept 2026. I called, cancelled my account, and asked them to charge my card for the remaining balance. I was told that this had been done. Today Sept 26, I got an email saying it was my third and final notice to pay the balance on my account. I immediately called & asked why I received that email. The employee once again was unable to tell me what happened & said there were no notes on my account explaining the issue I had been having or stating why they were unable to bill the card on file. I hope no one else has had anywhere near the issues I had

Our HVAC system is only one year old. We purchased it through ABC and have kept up with all…read morerecommended maintenance through them. Despite that, the system failed after just one year. When we submitted a service request, a technician came out and determined that a part needed to be replaced. A follow-up appointment was scheduled, but it was canceled the morning of the appointment. No one contacted us to reschedule, and I had to follow up myself. It ultimately took about a month and a half for a technician to return, only for them to determine that an additional component was broken. We were then told that this issue had likely developed because the original problem had gone unresolved for so long. After another delay, they finally returned and completed the repair. I paid the invoice and believed the matter was resolved. The technician specifically told me that no charges would be due until the work was completed, and when I asked whether the payment covered everything, he confirmed that it did. That is why it was so surprising to later be contacted and told that we owed additional money. The most disappointing part of this experience was the management team. Joel, the HVAC manager in particular, was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve the situation. Multiple times I was told that Joel would call me, yet weeks would pass without any follow-up. The last time I was told to expect a call, he never contacted me at all. To make matters worse, everything should have been covered under warranty. Unfortunately, that warranty feels nearly meaningless when the labor charges are so excessive. From the repeated scheduling issues and lengthy delays to the unexpected additional charges and poor customer service, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend ABC HVAC.

We had been finding carpenter ants (started out with 30-50 a day, including winged ants) throughout our house with no obvious trail or idea where they were coming from. He believed the problem was external so he only did a perimeter spray. I was warned that it can take 30 days for the poison to be brought back to nest and wipe them out. It has been nearly 30 days and the problem has continued to get worse. I reached out multiple times and expressed my concern of a satalite nest inside the home somewhere but have just been told to wait 30 days. We were out of town for 36 hours and came home to 90 live ants throughout the house (this was 19 days after treatment). After that, we ended up contacting another pest control service to come out. They were WAY more thorough and seemed more invested in helping solve our problem. They searched inside our home and attic which Aztec did not do.
