Eric is now that guy for me with networking. My home has never had good internet. It was built before internet was much of a thing, it's stone, has radiant barrier, outdated connections, nonstandard shape, etc. I prepped Eric for these challenges among others and told him I had very high standards. He was undeterred and we set up a consultation. Eric had to have really impressed me, as I let him drill through stone which is highly uncharacteristic of me. I now have rock solid WiFi both inside and outside my house ~600Mbps for an extended distance and constant speeds over Ethernet even faster than that. I highly recommend Eric to bring an old home up to modern technological standards.

The job was not particularly large, but I wanted a clean install and the finished product was better than I expected. On top of the basic install part of the job, Eric cleaned up the network cabinet and rack leaving it looking better than I could have expected. The guys showed up on time, wore protective coverings on their shoes, and cleaned up afterwards. These sound normal, but in my experience fairly rare in this industry. Eric is a true professional.

They left me with audio not syncing to lips and I had to spend a considerable amount of time playing with the marantz amp, Gemini AI and tv to 'fix it'. My Bravío 9 tv picture and adjustments might have been configured. Or not. Who knows? I don't use this space a lot so was looking for a turn key solution. I had suggested another amp and they said you get this one without telling me why I wanted it. I ended up researching and overall the wattage is better and the receiver is better for my system but no one took the time to communicate the why on equipment. I felt like they were a better option then Best Buy install but ultimately left lacking. If I have a question today about the system i wouldn't feel comfortable reaching out with questions. This install was right before the Super Bowl.

The initial sales call went super well, they got out to replace our vivint system within a week which is where the problems started. It took them no less than EIGHT TRIPS to finally get the initial install finished, and each tech they sent badmouthed the work done by the other techs, and management was utterly clueless and absolutely incompetent. The install work was incredibly sloppy, and we had to have painters out to repair all teh damage they did to our walls. They used a weird hodge podge of equipment and software, and we remain deeply unsatisfied. AVOID like the plague.

That being said, I had a serious framerate issue with my gaming desktop, and was doing troubleshooting on it for two weeks. I consulted Reddit, I wiped everything besides the BIOS, ran plenty of diagnostics, gave it a good dusting, but nothing fixed the issue. I finally decided to take it in and have someone look at the hardware, realizing most likely I had a busted chord or fan somewhere that would need to be replaced. I gave Scott a rundown, and he told me he would call me when he figured it out. He called me ten minutes later, so quickly I did not see the call until they had already closed. I then worked the rest of the week with Alicia who did all the replacements for my cooling system, graphics card and power core. Just got it home and have my computer running better than when I first bought it due to the new upgrades. I cannot recommend them enough, they are very knowledgeable and Alicia is a saint.
