Honestly, I didn't actually think I was going to buy an Audi. I went to Audi in Natick mostly looking to rule out the Audi A4 as an option, but when I got to the dealership and started working with Peter, everything changed. He was really helpful, listening to what I was looking for and what my concerns were and talking about each of them with me. He ended up showing me a car, talking me through the CarFax and what I could expect in terms of owning and caring for the vehicle. We set one additional meeting to test drive the car and talk through any final questions and concerns and I was sold. I have had the car now for a couple of weeks and am thrilled with it. Had it not been for Peter, I would not be driving an Audi today...which is now hard for me to imagine. read more

I am once again SO disappointed by another Audi dealer in Massachusetts. I came in to have my rear tire checked because there was a nail in it and I had the low air pressure light. I drove my car in and told them there's a nail and let me know if you can patch it up or what needs to be done. The total amount of hours I spent there was 3 hours for literally terrible service. They also said to wait an extra 30 minutes so they can wash my car. So our service consultant comes up at around the 3rd hour saying I need to have my rear tire replaced with a new one. He told me the nail is too close to the shoulder and that they can't patch it. I asked how much it was going to cost and told them okay, I'll let you know if I want you to replace my tire. He said with the new tire and labor fee, it'll be a little over $220. I wanted to get quotes from other tire shops as well because I know dealerships sometimes lie or mark up the price. 10 minutes later, another service consultant comes in and told me my cars all ready to go. He informed me that my tire has been replaced. And I asked, what do you mean? I didn't authorize you to replace my tires. I'm thinking about going to a different tire shop. I told him the first service consultant informed us that we needed a new tire and he didn't tell me that it was already done. The second service consult apologizes and said he'll remove the labor fee. At that point, I had no choice because they already did the work. They claimed that it's a liability for a customer to drive with a bad tire. However, they still need my authorization to do the actual work. I ended up paying and complained to another consultant saying you had no authorization from me and now are charging me. You are not allowed to do that ever again. And then they pulled my car to the front and said it's all washed. A fucking joke. My car hasn't been washed in months and is covered in dust. My car had no sign of it being washed. We swiped our hands and it was covered in dust still. Dirt and bird poop still there. This place is shady, a scam.. I will never do business here again. Thanks for robbing me 3 hours of my weekend, not cleaning my car and claiming you did, and making me pay for a service I did not authorize you to do. read more

Definitive "stealership". I brought my A4 in for a Check Engine light and was quickly told that I had a defective Turbocharger requiring a $2400 replacement. Brought it to a local mechanic who did a full engine diagnostic ($100) and discovered that it was a faulty PCV Valve ($60) which is the #2 most common issue with this year model. No issue, at all, with the Turbo. Got it fixed for $200. This dealership must thrive on the wealthy surrounding towns and vehicle owners having deep pockets and a quick trigger on having unnecessary work done. I ordered a loaded 2015 Audi S3 and the whole experience thus far has been unbelievable. I'm a car guy and have owned many cars and dealt with many dealers and auto manufacturers. I walked in, after dealing with the general manager, Seth,by email. I handed over exactly the configuration that I wanted and the price had already been negotiated. It couldn't have been easier. Audi of Natick and Audi of North America have been a huge let down. I have not been given the Audi experience that is so prevalent in Audi forums. I did not receive the special treatment that is described by Audi and the forms that was to come with ordering my vehicle. My salesperson (Cal) only responded to me and never offered new information as my car was being built. He even had the nerve to call me shortly after receiving my car and yell at me...yes, yell at me. He was upset that I had called out his disappointing service. I did not receive any...any paperwork on my translation / loan until demanding it over two months later. I was told that the office would send it out...never happened. I paid many thousands of dollars to protect my vehicle's paint, wheels and tires, sheet metal from dents, and cover service through 45k. I made an investment here! The first curb rash claim presented a repair that was sub par. I had to demand it be repaired like new. This was necessary as the service, deemed repaired, didn't match up with other areas of the wheel (smoothness and detail). Next, my upholstery had an issue with the stitching. Audi of Natick and Audi of North America refused to assist me in any way. It was visible that white areas were showing though where the stitching between the red leather panels. As they wouldn't even try to resolve this, I took the car to a professional upholsterer. He quickly assessed the leather and resolved the issue. The stitching is extra tight and debris had collected (prior to delivery). This debris being white was of high contrast. He removed the debris to reveal seats free of white specs. Audi of Natick and Audi of North America attempted nothing and offered no insight. I resolved it. More recently, I had a detailer show me that the paint protection (Simoniz) that I paid $1000 for was only covering the hood, front end, front fenders and up the A pillar. He told me that this is a common practice at dealers and as he had worked for several before, he had been told to apply the protection in this manner. I took my car and this information to the Service Manager where I presented the facts that I paid for this protection, was told it was fully applied and had been lied to. The application, outside of this dealer would cost your $300 - $350 by a professional detailer. I had the detailer explain the exact process for stripping the old Simoniz off the car and proper application. I sent this to the service manager (Daniel Bolton) and required that this be followed or to not touch my car. He assured me that the car would be protected and the application would be in the manner that assures protection. I shared that I would be taking the car to a professional for assessment after completion. Doing just this, I was very unhappy to learn that as much of the car had been covered, the doors from the tornado line (high detail line) down was not applied properly. Mr Bolton refused to make another attempt to rectify this and really, I didn't trust him to do so. I asked to be compensated $350 to have a professional fully cover my car. He declined. I reached out to Audi of American and they declined to assist me in any way. The rep (Mike) initially offered to have this resolved at another Boston area Audi dealer. Today, I was told that Audi of America would not be offering that or compensation to have a correct application performed independently. I love the car...an awesome car! I'm happy that I have this car. I have been terribly disappointed with the disrespect and poor treatment of a new car owner to the Audi Brand. I will not recommend, or buy from Audi of Natick or the Audi brand or associated brands in the future. I had very high expectations of what the Audi experience would be. It will not be what you expect. I did extensive research and ended up being treated this way...watch out!!! Now I must deal with this dealer / manufacturer in the relationship that is car ownership until I replace the car. I feel that it will be much sooner than I would have planned and can only hope that my interaction with either of them is extremely limited. I will now spend an extra $350 beyond the $1000 that I paid Audi of Natick to ensure that my car's paint is fully protected. If you are in the market for an Audi DO NOT go here. If I could give them 1/32 of a star I would. First of all, they are rude. Secondly, the service is terrible. What do I mean by this? Well, I used to bring my Audi there and they never were able to fix the issues I had. THe service manager would "forget" to order parts for me (and the car is new), he would tell me I did not have an appnt. when I actually did. I even contacted the owner, Jim Carney, and he did absolutely nada for me. Those ads that say, "Bernardi for now .. . . Bernardi for life" are complete bullshiat. This dealership cares only about making $ and most certainly does not want to lure customers back. Now a days, I go to Clair in Westwood. The service there is awesome. Ask for Bill Gillis or the other Bill Mello. These guys treat me well and fix the issue at hand the first time. Bottom line? Avoid Bernardi Audi at all costs. Go to Clair. read more

I don't know that I could recommend this place, but I admit my experience is based upon one visit. I had been in the market for a Q7 and had been to various dealers, including a really good one in Audi Warwick that just didn't have as much inventory as Natick. I went to Audi Natick with a friend on a Sunday (it was Father's Day, actually.) The building itself is nice... and they have a decent inventory. Maybe it was just the way I was dressed (jeans and a t-shirt) but it doesn't seem anyone there was really interested in my business. We looked around for about 20 minutes with no one approaching us (don't get me wrong - this part was great and I wish more dealerships did it.) I went up to a girl at the desk and asked if we could speak to a salesperson. Within a few minutes, a young guy came over to us with some water and asked what model we were interested in. He brought a Q7 into the garage and said he would get a "brand specialist" for us. We sat in the car a few minutes when Steve approached us. I gave him the background and told him how I had a new Yukon XL Denali that was killing my back and I wanted to have it appraised for a trade in on a Q7. He said that was fine and asked if we wanted to take the Q7 for a test drive. A test drive, alone, sounded great, so we did. They appraised the Denali while we were gone, which was a good use of time. We came back about 20 minutes later, and that's when things really went south. I expected that since Steve has been assigned as our salesperson, he would be available to answer questions, talk prices, inventory, etc... But in fact, he was busy at his desk with another customer. He saw us many times as he walked from his desk to the manager's desk area, but didn't acknowledge that we were back. We waited around, sitting in various vehicles. Eventually, as he walked by, he said, "Did you like it?" I said, "Yes... I'd like to talk to you about it." "Okay," he said, "I'll be done shortly." Now, about half an hour after we returned from our test drive, I managed to catch the attention of the guy that appraised the Denali. He gave me a low figure, and I said that that seemed low (much lower than the KBB dealer trade in figure) but that maybe it could work out through making it up on a discount on the Q7. "We don't negotiate," he said. "Well, I said, I get that, but you know, there must be something we could do to make this work." "Nope," he replied, "We're under strict orders from corporate not to negotiate on Q7's because we can sell them all day long at the MSRP." Well, that attitude didn't exactly warm the cockles of my heart (like I said, it's as if they didn't take me seriously.) Another half hour went by, an hour went by, and finally after an hour and a half went by, and Steve was still busy. As they were getting close to closing, we finally went over to the manager's desk area and waited until someone noticed us. "What's up?" a manager asked. "Well, I'm just wondering how much longer Steve will be? We've been waiting an hour and a half." I said. "What you do want?" he asked. "I'd like to get some pricing on the Q7 we drove over there." (by this point I knew there was no time left to go through inventory.) He ruffled through some papers, found a copy of the window sticker (or some spec sheet) and pointed to the MSRP. "That's the price." he said. "I get that, but I was wondering if Steve and I could sit down and work on some pricing?" I replied. "We're closing. We don't negotiate on Q7's." was his answer. Okay, fine... I got the hint that they just weren't interested. I went back to Audi Warwick a few days later where Mike Jackson is warm and inviting and takes time to figure out what you need. I gave him the VIN of the Q7 in Natick I wanted to buy, and they traded with Natick to make it happen, even giving me a good discount in the process. I'm picking up my Q7 tonight, and didn't have to deal with the guys in Natick to make it happen, which is great after that experience. read more

Worst buying experience I've ever had. My fiancé and I are relatively young but both make good money. We already own an audi but were looking to trade it in for a newer model. The salesman approached us and we ask him the price of a particular model. His response was "it's too expensive". Throughout the entire time talking to him he insinuated multiple times that cars we were looking at may be too expensive for us. He doesn't know us from a hole in the wall and there's no way he could know what we could afford. The experience was so bad that I would never buy or refer anyone to this dealership. We were so insulted that we walked out and returned to the dealership where we originally purchased our audi. They are over 30 miles from where we live but there's no comparison in customer service and respect given to us despite being young buyers. Wish I could give this dealership 0 stars read more

Customer service means nothing to these people, if I could give zero stars I would. I wrote a very detailed review months ago that I see has been taken down, which is unfortunate because people should know what this dealership values. I was in for service related issues, which I've since found out by not one but THREE other AUDI dealerships in Massachusetts alone, that I was overcharged about $1000....$1,000.00!!! I had a feeling of this at the time but chalked it up to my first experience with this car and just sucked it up and paid it. After recovering my car back over 2 weeks later, the FIRST morning I go to start it and it's dead...starter motor blew and here's the best part...the starter went as a result of debris from the previous work done. Now anyone with half a brain would think that would fall on them (a $500 starter blown as a result of a $5500 transmission job), but nope I paid for it 100%. Like seriously? I live less than 2 miles, whole family has been buying cars there for years (albeit BEFORE it was sold to now current owner, under some shady terms I might add, so I've heard) and they can't take care of a minor fix that happened because I paid $5500 OUT OF POCKET for a major one, that's just business/cust service 101. I can't even remember how many voicemails I left for the GM, who I see now responds to Yelp reviews (good for you buddy), and I have yet to speak with the guy. He managed to call my father though, as if I can't discuss matters on MY CAR on my own. This happened almost exactly a year ago and I still cringe when I hear people went to look at a car or have work done there. I have since made a point to reach out to as many people I know personally (as well as all my Audi specific gearhead friends on the Internet, 1000s of people in New England alone with high end audis are well aware of this dealership's lack of customer service and respect for their younger customers). Seth, if you read this understand one thing if you get anything at all from this...myself and people like me WILL BE Audi's top demographic over the next 10-30 years, so I submit to you that you learn how to treat them with at least a little respect. read more

Their service manager Anthony lacks in professionalism and people skills. While their sales people seem nice and professional their SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I took my Audi there for a faulty headlight (the whole thing burnt out, literally) but because I had different brands headlights in the left and right they said my warranty was voided. I had bought the Audi from VW Wellsley used, apparently the previous owner had replaced a bulb from Auto-zone - yikes. Audi Burlington could have easily worked with me to resolve this, with or without warranty coverage, but to be flat out accused of "tampering" with my car is NOT the "Audi for life" way. I was told these are very hard to get and they don't discount. I did point out that they had a dozen CPOs and just as many new. Recommendation to the sales manager, if you want to earn business call yourself don't outsource, it's not that high of a volume business. Most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. I'm 25, but I have already bought two new cars and 3 used cars, so I'm not new to the car buying process. Clearly they saw a young guy walk-in and thought they had a sucker. I attempted to trade-in my 2013 nissan versa 1.6s with around 8K miles, this car easily trade-ins for 10K for a used Jetta they had on the lot. After going out to evaluate my car (they literally walked around in for 2 seconds and sat down in it for another couple) they came back in with an offer of 7k. When I told the salesman Steve that it was a ridiculous offer, he did the whole well lets get my manager involved to see if we can make a deal. That's when I met Kevin McCarthy, tried to convince me the car was worth 7.5K max, when I informed him I have already been given better quotes by other dealerships he acted shocked like there was no way it was possible. At the point I could tell they were jerking me around so I asked for my keys back and got up to leave, but not before Kevin handed me his card in case I had any questions. A couple days later I attempted to follow up with Kevin when I got one of those generic emails about how my visit went. Put all my concerns in the email, and was assured by Steve that he would have Kevin contact me. Couple weeks later and still haven't heard back. Ended up going next door and buying a new Dart a couple days later. Sleezy, unresponsive dealership. A shame because I have heard good things about other Bernardi dealerships. bought a car from here 4 years ago and since then ive had no issues until recently with my tires. Every time I go there is a series of hidden charges. I had 3 of my 4 tires replaced in the fall and I paid close to $850. I picked up another nail in my tire recently and was told my tire warranty doesn't cover leaks (blow outs only). I get a phone call today and I have to pay about 66$ to have a brand new tire repaired. The service team there does a great job keeping my car in working order, but there are too many fees and theres a lack of communication regarding the specifics of coverage when it comes to having various parts replaced. UPDATE: Thank you Seth for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, aiming to be transparent vs being transparent are two different things and I've already had to undergo with the costs since I rely on my car to commute. I've been doing business with bernardi for almost ten years. I needed to lower my monthly payments, so I decided to turn in my 2009 A4 and lease an A3. My trade was worth more than I owed, so I thought I could use the equity as a deposit and not have to put anything down. After a bit of negotiating, they let me walk away from a deal because the best they could do was 1000 down. When I bought my certified, preowned car 3 years ago, it was delivered to me IN THE POURING RAIN, so I didn't see the split in the leather on the drivers seat or the scratches on the rear bumper that were painted over instead of buffed out and repainted. I don't think that salesman works there any more, but now I'm 2 for 2 with audi natick. Too bad.......I love their service department! P.s. After some thoughtful and genuine interest from the G.M., i will try them again if I am ever in a position to drive another audi. Had a wonderful experience purchasing my first Audi at Audi Natick. Mohammed was a pleasure to work with - he made us feel at ease and my wife and I both felt like we were in excellent hands right away. He took us through the car and did an excellent job teaching us about the many conveniences of the A6. The purchase experience went smoothly and everyone we met throughout the process was extremely accommodating and friendly. It's also a beautiful facility - Mo gave us a complete tour of the Service Center and introduced us to the Services Team. Sales team that i dealt with including a recently hired salesman and sales manager are from a used car lot . You know, the car lots that most of us try and avoid. I was corresponding with the salesman and agreed on a deal. Told him i would give him a deposit by credit card over the phone. He said come over before the end of the day and we can honor the price we negotiated yesterday in person. I arrived to the salesman telling me that someone else was buying the car. And that i never left a deposit so they sold the car. I'm willing to bet to someone that paid more for the vehicle and had to finance the car rather than pay cash. Otherwise why sell a car that someone else had agreed to buy. The sales manager couldn't even look me in the eyes when he was telling me this. That tells one what kind of person i was dealing with today. My question to someone reading this , if they'll sell a vehicle after someone else agrees to buy it for a few extra dollars, what else would they do to their customers to make a buck. Bottom line. There are other dealerships that sell Audi within 20 miles of this dealership. Why take a chance. Caveat Emptor.... read more

Watch out if you take a loaner car. They have a new system and it does not favor the customer. First the agreement is all electronic so you can't read what you are being asked to sign. Second they've instituted a charge for gas use. The gas use is measured by the bars showing on the fuel gauge. Yesterday I drove my loaner 8.6 miles and they charged me for 2 gallons of gas. Crazy. The explanation was that the fuel gauge went down one bar and that is two gallons. While they agreed to refund my money they said they can't refund on the credit card because of accounting reasons so I had to drop by to pick up the six dollars. Or they'd give me a credit on my next service. Again crazy. Finally they said they would write a check and mail it (which is much more expensive for them then refunding my credit card). I've had great experience with the sales at Audi Natick and the mechanics seem good but I've had bad experiences with the service reps. This is just another example of the bad service and it might be the final one. read more

So, I am giving 1 star because of extremely poor and unprofessional customer service I am receiving from Audi Natick since the day I bought the car and handed them the check! 1) I bought a certified 2012 Audi A6 prestige Jan 15 and Also paid for a added service contract and additional warranty approx. $4000. I never received any documentation or contract details for the same as promised while taking the check from me. I trusted Audi Natick! 2) Within a couple of months, I saw rust spots on the rear right fender and I went to Audi Natick. They took pictures of it and told me that they are going to file a claim with Audi and would get back to me soon. After waiting for a month and no call from the dealership, I went back to them on a weekend to ask if there was any update. It felt like the service specialist had no idea about this and so, he called his manager. The manager took a look at the car and said the entire right has been repainted (probably due to an accident) and hence will not be covered by Audi. Then he pretty much started acting as if I was the one who did this and I was trying to hide something!! Since it was winter time, he said "blame it on mother nature!!" I was pretty upset at this point that after paying close to $50K, within a couple of months, the dealership is not even willing to support me. I just got correction paint myself and did the paint job. 3) In September - October15, the dealership told me that I should replace my front brakes including the rotor. I did that and it costed me $1000. I dont think they did a good job as the brakes had excessive play. I first thought it is just me but, even my girlfriend confirmed this. At the same time, there was some issue with the engine start button along with the MMI buttons. Looked like someone had dropped something sticky. I went back to Audi Natick and They only checked and ordered a new engine Start button though I told them to look at the other buttons. They then made me drive my car with their mechanic to understand the brakes play issue and said that the fluid might need to flushed. This didnt solve the problem so, I was back at the dealership. Finally they found that some part had been changed/updated by Audi. They replaced it and it works fine but, I had to go 3 times for the same issue! Not expected when you look at the amount of labor charges the dealership costs. 4) In March 16, I got a warning sign saying oil level low and fill 1Lt of oil. This is around 51K miles, service due at 55K. I called Audi Natick and the service department said that my servicing was overdue. So, I said that my service settings in the car says 4000miles before servicing. That confused the person on the phone. So, rather than trying to help me, they tried to turn it back on me! I am very diligent with servicing and my car in general. Also, according to Audi experts, this oil consumption issue is not a known issue on 3.0 Supercharged engines. 5) I scheduled an appointment and went to the dealership. They topped the oil and did the inspection. I got my car back and started driving back. Suddenly, there was water drops on my head. I looked around and there was water inside which includes the front pillar, all the buttons next to the sun-roof, windows, etc. Looked like during the car wash, someone left the driver-side window open or the sun-roof open. The worst part is that the agents ask for 10 out of 10 on the AUDI USA survey after every service which is not fair! I don't expect this from a luxury brand..pretty disappointing. I think the service can significantly improved and that is why I don't recommend Audi Natick to any of my friends in Boston who are interested in buying an Audi! read more

The sales manager negotiated and accepted an offer from me on a car, then would not take a deposit until he showed the car two more times that day. (Quote" BECAUSE THEY WILL MAKE MORE MONEY ON A LOCAL COUSTOMER WHO WILL SERVICE WITH THEM ")They kept on saying they would call me with the details however they were showing the car to try and get a better price. Ended up being towed to Audi Natick late on a Friday afternoon and was very impressed with the service department's customer service. Wish I had of found them sooner and under better conditions but will gladly drive (hopefully not towed again) past other dealerships on my way here for future services! Thanks Jon-Eric and Dave A! This review is only for the service department. The only issue with sales was I think the process took too long (I was there for 4 hours). The service department is a disaster. They are nice people but the place is either over capacity or poorly run. Takes over a week to get in for service and don't bother with a loaner car...that wait is even longer. I tried to set up an appointment today and their next available appointment is next week. I called Audi Peabody and I'm going in Wednesday and I get a loaner. read more

It was haggle free experience with sales team. But when I got to the financing department, it was a lot more haggle than I have ever had. The funky lady was giving all the haggle you could imagine, trying to sell extra stuffs, tires coverage, maintenance with all the craps. She threw out the numbers for how much it would cost if you didn't buy it in advance which wasn't even based on the actual market listed price. When I thought I negotiated at least to add the maintenance program at a lower price than what she offered initially, I realized she played with the numbers and jacked up the final price of the car. I ended up getting the car anyway but I felt pretty bad that they do this kind of sales tricks these days. So folks, watch out and be prepared before going into the back room. read more

I have to say I have mixed reviews on this dealership. I really like the service experience in general. Compared to Brookline Audi, they have better fringe benefits, like a loaner car, better lounge, internet if you are waiting and a guy who runs out to greet you with a smile. However... and this is a big however, I think they are robbers when it comes to service fees. Today, I just picked up my 06 A6 for a "major" 33K service. It cost me almost $900 for sparks, oil, airfilter and pollen filter. I mean.. please.. that price is just out of wack - especially because they called me like 3 hours after I had dropped it off to tell me it was done. And I think for that reason alone, from now on, unless its warranty work, I'm looking for a new local that has better rates. It's a shame, because I would pay slightly more for the peace of mind, but frankly, that is robbery. read more

I'll start off by saying I was a pretty loyal customer at Audi Natick for quite some time, not any longer however. I went in for service on my 2012 A5 for an issue I was having. The service reps were extremely unhelpful and gave me one option which would of cost me a couple of thousand. I ended up going to Herb Chambers in Brookline who laid out a couple of different options and ultimately resolved my issue (quicker and cheaper than what Audi Natick quoted me). Even though Natick is much more convenient, I will go to Herb Chambers for all future service. Not recommended. read more

My Fiancé and I bought a new Audi Q3. We inquired about it online and got a call from the salesman Mohammad. He asked if we would like to come in and drive the vehicle, and we did so that afternoon. When we arrived Mo greeted us, and brought us up into the garage where the car was waiting for us. We loved the car and it was a very easy going process. All the numbers worked and we put down a deposit to hold the car due to it being a Sunday and having a payoff on the trade. Monday afternoon we arrived and the car was cleaned and plated ready to go. Popped into finance and got a good rate, and soon enough was burning gas. No other Audi dealer like it around. Beautiful facility, and great people! read more

I bought a used 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday. I live over an hour away and I had to go to the dealership 4 times. (I got a loan through my bank so I understand) but it seemed like the dealership just sat back while I had to do all the running around to get this car on the road. Every time I showed up I waited at least a half an hour even though I had appointments and showed up on time. I felt like because I wasn't buying a brand new $100,000 Audi I wasn't important. The worst part was yesterday when I went to collect my car. Once again, I told my sales rep I was going to be there at 6:30. I was there at 6:25 and I didn't see her until close to 7. She brings my car up and I look it over. There was minor dents and dings on the car but it's a used car I knew it wasn't going to be perfect. The worst part was I paid extra and requested to get Bruins license plates. Upon delivery, I had regular plates. I asked my rep what happened and she went in to speak with a manager only to come out and say that they ran out of the Bruins license plates. Then she said "you know, these things happen." That was her excuse. Also, there was no owners manuals in the car. On top of all this, my car had a rejection sticker on it. I guess for some reason he battery was unplugged and I have to drive 100 miles then bring it back to get a sticker. Edit: John called my cell phone today. He said he ordered the owner manuals today and they will be set to my house. He offered to take my car back and give me a loaner to get my plates and sticker corrected. John totally saved this experience for me. read more
