The whole team from general manager Seth to the Service Manager Steve and my Service Writer Parker are every personable and accommodating. I've worked at a GM dealership and been to a lot of dealerships so I've seen both sides of the car world... Audi of natick is not your old school Sleazeball dealership they do truly care about the customer experience they are top notch. The dealership is beautiful and clean! New to New England first time here. Just have to say your service writer Ben Appleby is a stand up guy! Customer service for the service department is top notch. Not all Audi dealerships are created equal. This one is by far the best one I've been to and I've been to about 6 others in 4 different states. The building they're in is very impressive and really cool. Looks like the buildings they have in Germany. Nice touch. I had a headlight bulb that burnt out on my 2013 S4. Called them up Ben answered and was more than accommodating, couldn't believe how fast they got me in. I called the day before and got in the next day for a 25k service, headlight and a few other things. I'll always go back to Ben. He took care of me, got me a shuttle ride to work. He also offered me a loaner car if it took longer than expected. Also called me promptly at noon to tell me it was completed. They even washed and vacuumed out my car! If management reads this please tell Ben he's doing a great job! Thank you Ben and Audi Natick! Btw haven't bought a car here yet... Just had my A4 in for its 20K maintenance. Audi Natick was terrific to work with. The car was serviced quickly and there were no surprises. The loaner I requested was ready to go when I dropped off the car. And when I came back to pick it up, it was washed and vacuumed - a welcome sight after all this crappy weather! I recently got a new 2017 A4 from Audi Natick. After doing a lot of research I called them. Charlie Sectish dealt with me via e-mail ( I hate the endless phone calls). He gave me a better deal than Herb Chambers and also took care of the lease of my previous 2014 VW Tiguan. He dealt with VW to have the car inspected and returned. It was the easiest car purchasing/Leasing experience I ever had. Kevin Schuster was the sales person who helped me. First thing different was the test drive. He let me go by myself in order to try the car out. After that he answered all my questions and we signed the papers. I picked up the car a couple of days latter and he gave me a full demonstration of the systems. I'll definitely get another Audi from Audi Natick in the future. read more

My Experience with Audi of Natick has been great! I've been taking my previous car -an A5- and now my A7 to this place for service and other mechanical or technical issues. Ben Bonzey is exceptional, he is very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He makes every service a breeze. I can always make an informed decision based on the information he provides to me. He also takes the time to make sure my concerns are met and he goes above and beyond to make sure I'm completely satisfied with everything, every time. The customer service and the quality of the services are just outstanding! My workplace is literally 2 mins away from Audi of Brookline, but I travel 30 mins or more each way to this place, since i know I'll be taken care of and my car issues will be resolved. We bought our minivan at Bernardi Honda, years ago and where impressed with how easy the company was to deal with and the great service we got for that care. We sold it a few years as little kids and carpools to soccer games fell away from our lives -- and we have been downsizing our cars ever since. So, when looking for a new Audi it was an automatic that we'd try Bernardi Audi. We weren't disappointed. We're driving a just-delivered 2014 vehicle. Acquired a TTRS from these folks - they know their cars, their finance process is exceptionally simple and not the pushy nightmare the cynics among us consider par for the course, and they make efforts to remedy process issues. Individually folks are on point, but there seem to be some rough edges in handoff when someone's out of office/has other buyers on their plate - Audi might do well to implement their world-famous production line efficiency to the final delivery process for their cars. Technicians speak with confidence and (based on my research to date) technical proficiency. Finance people are of the pleasant and technically informed kind, not the catbert on comission kind. Overall, buying from them is a breeze, delivery a bit rough, and we'll see how lifecycle evolves. At least i'm waiting out delivery of the TTRS in an s-line a4 - not likely to get me killed in the inclement weather, and worlds better than a rental (and they came up with it in a pinch given they're pretty booked out on loaners for service). read more

Don't ever give these people your cell phone number! They have sold mine around the world and now I get soliciting phone calls weekly from multiple companies peddling 3rd party warranties. On top of the selection I worked with Chetty who was great! She was very helpful and patient in walking through the vehicles. The vehicle I chose is awesome, the process of paperwork was quick and very professional. Taking receipt of the vehicle Chetty spent time with me explaining some of the great features I didn't know about. I followed up a few days later with more questions which everyone was still eager to engage and be helpful. Was looking for the 2017 A4. had a very specific set of things I wanted. Approached 3 dealers with a straightforward request explaining what I wanted including a "best offer" quote itemized clearly. As Natick was my first stop, I did the test drive with them which went fine. Surprisingly, they came up with a very compelling offer from the get go. The other 2 dealers in the area...one was pretty old-school (haggling, low trade-in value on my Lexus) and the other was not sufficiently responsive on my tight time line to purchase. Went back to Natick to get the final appraisal on my trade-in and close the deal. The trade-in value was right where they estimated and the close was smooth. Ed (my rep) kept in touch throughout the process (they had to source the car from another dealer) and was very knowledgeable about the car. All in all, a very pleasant buying experience. read more

We were shopping for AudiQ5 couple of weeks ago and chose to go Bernardi Audi ( being close to home). We did not spend much time in deciding what we want. The salesperson found the match we wanted and said the car is being shipped and arriving at the port in 2-3 days. We paid $1000 deposit and walked out hoping to pick up our new car in week days time. My husband called in the middle of the week, just to check if our new car is on the way. The salesperson ( Mr.Donald) said " it is all set" and we can come on Saturday to do the paper work. On Saturday, we reach there around 11:00AM and the salesperson took us to the parking lot and showed us the wrong car. The VIN does not match and the car has some features we did not want. The salesperson, said the car for which we paid deposit got swapped and we cannot get the same car. The salesperson's demeanor was not acceptable as soon as we suspected the fowl play. We asked him "why you have not informed us earlier about the swap , so that we could have looked into other options". We have waited for one whole week , just to be told that the car we picked is not there. Then he started to raise his voice and said he is ready to give our deposit back. This kind of behavior is not customer friendly and not acceptable. The salesperson knew well before we went on Saturday morning that our car was not there. He does not have courtesy to call us and let us know about the mishap. He is not apologetic and irresponsible salesperson ever that we have met. He just wasted our one week of time. I highly recommend that if you have a choice, please do not go to Bernardi Audi. read more

Buyer beware! Was sold a lemon. Certified Pre-owned and was part of a large recall. Had to go back to the dealership many times just to have the OK the class action lawsuit recalled issue. They finally complete the process. 2 years later my engine died and they refused to repair. I had all services done with the dealership as well. When they sell you a lemon, they steal your money and time for a few years until car dies and then they want you to trade in an buy a new one! Don't Buy an Audi! read more

I can only comment on the sales side. I had a mixed experience and I did not find the car I wanted through them so I can't comment on all parts of a sale. The good: -I worked with Daniel Haigh who really cares about making his customers happy. He will go the extra mile to find you the car you want. -Their pre-owned/used Audis seem better priced than other Audi dealerships in the area. Unlike other dealerships they will negotiate on the price of a certified pre-owned car. I just did not find what I wanted in their inventory. -The manager showed me the invoice on the car and was willing to be transparent about dealer costs. -They offered me a number on my trade in that was similar to other starting offers from other dealerships. -As a single, minority female, I did not feel intimidated, talked down to, or disrespected. The not so good: -The numbers they were offering me on a lease made no sense. They seemed very inflated. My phone was dead so that I could not show them their competitors' numbers. But, I quickly decided that leasing was not the right thing for me so that I never went back to them to negotiate or to try to get a better deal elsewhere. I never made a counter offer because my gut told me that there was something very wrong with the numbers presented to me. -If they have to do a dealer swap to get you the car you want, you lose out on discounts. -The showroom did not seem very busy on a snowy mid-month weekend yet there were long wait times to get answers on questions from the manager. It was not clear to me why that was the case. Overall: If this place is convenient for you, it seems to be a reasonable place to get a car. Just go in knowing what you want, how you want to pay for it, and what the right numbers are. But then again, that is true for any negotiation. read more

I needed a new tire badly after hitting a pothole in NY and just getting two patches in my tire. My mom passed away and I called them after the service department had closed. They got me in right away and put a new tire on, and balanced the wheel for me so I could go back down to NY the next morning to be with my family. They were kind helpful fast and sympathetic. The only downside is that I know they were more costly than say Town Fair Tire but I knew I would get excellent service and fast from them and so they were spot on and worth the price premium that I paid. read more

Had a great experience here with the service department. John-Eric treated me right. Had a stripped license plate light screw that I couldn't get off to get the bulb changed and he pulled my car right into the garage and had it taken care of in minutes at no charge. Any other dealer would have had me make an appointment, had me bring the car in a week later, then tell me it took them 2-3 hours to get the screw off, complain about how hard it was and that's why it took so long, and squeezed as much money out of me as they could. It is little things like this that build customer loyalty. I will be coming back. read more

Buying a CPO vehicle for the first time, I decided on Audi Natick. They seemed to have the best prices in and around the area.I walked in to test drive a car that I saw on Auto Trader. Tony Varone greeted me and my friend warmly as soon as I came through the door. He asked a few questions, took me to see the car, and we were off to test drive. I loved the car, but had another appointment with another dealer so I didn't leave a deposit. That proved to be a mistake as the car got sold less than 24hrs later. I was disappointed but decided to look at a few other cars in their inventory the following weekend. To my surprise and delight, the financing fell through on the car I wanted in the first place. I received a call from Tony letting me know the good news. I left a deposit and the rest is history. Tony treated me like I was a member of his family. I felt like I have known him half of my life. He was more of a friend than a salesperson when it came to sealing the deal. I highly recommend Audi of Natick and especially Tony. John-Eric Flem is the best dealer service manager I have come across, bar none. I had a catastrophic issue with my car (2011 S5) that never should have occurred, and he truly bent over backwards to make things right. My car was towed in for service on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. The issue was catastrophic -- failure of the gearbox. This was a problem that never should have occurred; I am the original owner of the vehicle, and I have brought it in for every scheduled maintenance. John-Eric Flem could not have taken better care of me and my situation. He acknowledged that the problem should not have occurred and really went to bat for me when it came to the repairs and the repair costs. To say I am satisfied with the way Jon-Eric handled the situation would be an extreme understatement. read more

Actually my bad - the scanning software is available but reportedly extremely expensive in relation to other car manufacturers so many independent mechanics can't afford it. Fortunately with a few calls I found a number of local garages that specialize in Audi care who do have it and will turn off the service due indicator for free!! Even a local competitor of Natick Audi will turn it off for a small fee - btw it takes under 30 seconds to do this. So don't feel locked into service at Natick of Audi, even though they make it appear you are - make a few calls, go elsewhere if that's your preference. read more

Where do I begin. The conversation I had with Audi Natick was interesting to say the least. I called to make an offer on a used Volkswagen Audi Natick had listed on Cars.com. My first call was with a salesman. I inquired about the car, he said it was available and would I like to come in and test drive the car. I explained that I didn't live in the area but I would come in if we could agree on a price. He then stopped me and said that we can't sell you the car. We only sell cars to people within a 200 mile radius of our store. I was taken a back by the comment. I asked what does it matter where I'm from, if I have the money why can't I buy the car. He said that's our policy. I said that's a weird policy, thats kind of discrimination. I asked to speak to a manager. After being on hold I hung up and called back, I was told all the managers were in a meeting and someone would call me back. 45 minutes later the sales manager called me back. He actually knew about my situation before I could explain. He told me that I was speaking to the online depart and we don't like them handling out of state purchases. I gave him the benefit of doubt and asked him a few questions. So now they were willing to sell me the car. I started to ask questions. In the ad it says the car comes with a 5 YEAR 100 K MILE WARRANTY INCLUDED. Come to find out it's just a powertrain warranty that doesn't cover the whole car and its only valid at their dealership. So you can't take it anywhere else to have it fixed. Second red flag, he said there was a doc fee of $399 and an out of state tax of $325. I asked him what was the out of state tax for. He said any car we sell out of state we charge a tax. I asked well who does the tax go to, the state? He said no to the dealership, I then said well that's not a tax, that's a fee. You can't say it's a tax, a tax is something the state would collect. He then backed track and said yes it's a fee, sorry. I then asked if the price was negotiable, of course he said no because they didn't want to sell me the car in the first place. He then says we price our cars good here, we can tell by all the phone calls we get, if it wasn't priced good we wouldn't receive any calls. They had already dropped the price once and the car has been sitting for 30 days so they must not be pricing as good as they think. I had pretty much made up my mind from the first call that I wouldn't be buying a car from this dealership. They seem to try and lure you in with extras like car comes with 5 YEAR 100 K MILE WARRANTY INCLUDED, and the fact that they advertise the car on a nationwide website but only want to sell within a 200 mile radius and on top of that they want to charge someone from out of state a tax, oh I mean a fee, ridiculous. I also combed their website to see this no out of state sales policy, but of course it's not there. Buyer beware!!! Stay Clear of this place!!! UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE Had a conversation with the GM Seth, he explained that some of the things that I was told were wrong and he apologized for the miscommunication. I find it admirable that he would take the time to try and rectify a situation. Our car was sideswiped in July and 4 months later we are still waiting for it to be fixed. The car should have been totaled and the auto shop (along with our insurance) passed the hot potato until it landed in our lap. We were misled about the extent of the damages and then asked to take possession of the car again with final costs being conveniently $100 below the value for having it totaled. I would never trust buying another car from this shop again. read more

They took great care of my car, provided me with a courtesy vehicle (free of charge), performed the repairs in a timely manner, and even had my winter tires delivered to my home after I had my summer tires put on my vehicle (also free of charge). This is a review for the 2017 Q5. Audi of Natick is a good company . I had a good experience purchasing this vehicle from them. This will most likely be the last though. The electronics on this vehicle are terrible . You can NOT get a remote starter for this SUV. The Blue tooth phone system works half as well as my company Chevy Equinox, at about half the price. We were going to purchase the Lexus but the looks of this Q5 sold us. Not very happy. read more

I will post this review even thought I didn't get my car yet and still waiting for it. First we were patient and made a 1000 deposit for the car and was told we should get it next week. I was very excited . That week came and the sales guy said in couple days and maybe friday but when WE call to follow up. It was postpone to monday. And monday came. The sales guy call and said he had an emergency. And no follow up. Tuesday came (thats 2weeks) no call from the sale guy. My husband called and He was off. So he spoke with the manager "Seth" and hes the one I beleive replying to every negative comments in here. So he tells my husband around 4pm-5pm that he will do the homework because he has no clue what is going on and told my husband HE WILL CALL BACK . Well my husband waited 2 hours nothing. And waited until 9pm and nothing. What kind of customer service is this? They don't want our business? Is it hard just to take 1 minute of your time and simply say "I'm sorry but youll have to wait for such and such to call you with the info". Beleive it or not. We dont have the car YET! imagine after sale? I really wish and hope we don't get this deal. Very exhausting and deceiving experience. They could simply say" sorry we made a mistake your car is not available". The excitement is gone and I'm totally not emotionally thingking about the car anymore. read more

Deep scratches on rear bumper... Make sure take pictures before you send your car to service! In fact, DO NOT do service there!!! 2 spots of scratches showing black on rear bumper after we got the car back... They denied it of course. But after 3 managers, they finally agreed to fill in the black gap with some paint. But how frustrating!!! Three years we had this car, not a scratch on her, but 2 hrs with this dealership such thing happened.. only lucky thing was that we remembered to check her before taking her back, otherwise they would never have repaired it for us.. Even so, the repair was ugly and uneven. They argued all along that they would never touch the rear during service but we were pretty sure our baby car has no scratch beforehand. Shame we did't have pictures to prove that and they tried to accuse us for the scratch but the spot is impossible to scratch during parking, driving or unloading/uploading stuff. (and all we carry in the back were groceries). (the spots are deep but no other drag marks that may suggest a drag motion from inside the van, but residue, looking like black rubber or machine oil, presented besides the spots) We demanded to see the security tape to prove whether they touched our rear bumper or to show whether the scratches were presented beforehand, but the service manager said the ONLY manager who had access to security tapes so happened to be not at work because his wife was sick at the hospital..... What a convenient excuse! Further more, they agreed to lend us a loaner when we made the appointment but failed to do so because they said if we didn't do the alignment, they can return the car in 1 hour, but in fact we waited for 2+ hours in the waiting room without a loaner... Don't know what they were doing with our car by taking so long that led to this. And how rude they were to ruin my day schedule. What a bad service experience we had!!! read more
