I will post this review even thought I didn't get my car yet and still waiting for it. First we were patient and made a 1000 deposit for the car and was told we should get it next week. I was very excited . That week came and the sales guy said in couple days and maybe friday but when WE call to follow up. It was postpone to monday. And monday came. The sales guy call and said he had an emergency. And no follow up. Tuesday came (thats 2weeks) no call from the sale guy. My husband called and He was off. So he spoke with the manager "Seth" and hes the one I beleive replying to every negative comments in here. So he tells my husband around 4pm-5pm that he will do the homework because he has no clue what is going on and told my husband HE WILL CALL BACK . Well my husband waited 2 hours nothing. And waited until 9pm and nothing. What kind of customer service is this? They don't want our business? Is it hard just to take 1 minute of your time and simply say "I'm sorry but youll have to wait for such and such to call you with the info". Beleive it or not. We dont have the car YET! imagine after sale? I really wish and hope we don't get this deal. Very exhausting and deceiving experience. They could simply say" sorry we made a mistake your car is not available". The excitement is gone and I'm totally not emotionally thingking about the car anymore. read more

Where do I begin. The conversation I had with Audi Natick was interesting to say the least. I called to make an offer on a used Volkswagen Audi Natick had listed on Cars.com. My first call was with a salesman. I inquired about the car, he said it was available and would I like to come in and test drive the car. I explained that I didn't live in the area but I would come in if we could agree on a price. He then stopped me and said that we can't sell you the car. We only sell cars to people within a 200 mile radius of our store. I was taken a back by the comment. I asked what does it matter where I'm from, if I have the money why can't I buy the car. He said that's our policy. I said that's a weird policy, thats kind of discrimination. I asked to speak to a manager. After being on hold I hung up and called back, I was told all the managers were in a meeting and someone would call me back. 45 minutes later the sales manager called me back. He actually knew about my situation before I could explain. He told me that I was speaking to the online depart and we don't like them handling out of state purchases. I gave him the benefit of doubt and asked him a few questions. So now they were willing to sell me the car. I started to ask questions. In the ad it says the car comes with a 5 YEAR 100 K MILE WARRANTY INCLUDED. Come to find out it's just a powertrain warranty that doesn't cover the whole car and its only valid at their dealership. So you can't take it anywhere else to have it fixed. Second red flag, he said there was a doc fee of $399 and an out of state tax of $325. I asked him what was the out of state tax for. He said any car we sell out of state we charge a tax. I asked well who does the tax go to, the state? He said no to the dealership, I then said well that's not a tax, that's a fee. You can't say it's a tax, a tax is something the state would collect. He then backed track and said yes it's a fee, sorry. I then asked if the price was negotiable, of course he said no because they didn't want to sell me the car in the first place. He then says we price our cars good here, we can tell by all the phone calls we get, if it wasn't priced good we wouldn't receive any calls. They had already dropped the price once and the car has been sitting for 30 days so they must not be pricing as good as they think. I had pretty much made up my mind from the first call that I wouldn't be buying a car from this dealership. They seem to try and lure you in with extras like car comes with 5 YEAR 100 K MILE WARRANTY INCLUDED, and the fact that they advertise the car on a nationwide website but only want to sell within a 200 mile radius and on top of that they want to charge someone from out of state a tax, oh I mean a fee, ridiculous. I also combed their website to see this no out of state sales policy, but of course it's not there. Buyer beware!!! Stay Clear of this place!!! UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE Had a conversation with the GM Seth, he explained that some of the things that I was told were wrong and he apologized for the miscommunication. I find it admirable that he would take the time to try and rectify a situation. Even though we didn't come to an agreement on the car I'm changing my rating from 1 to 4 because at least he showed he wanted to be straight with a potential customer. read more

Deep scratches on rear bumper... Make sure take pictures before you send your car to service! In fact, DO NOT do service there!!! 2 spots of scratches showing black on rear bumper after we got the car back... They denied it of course. But after 3 managers, they finally agreed to fill in the black gap with some paint. But how frustrating!!! Three years we had this car, not a scratch on her, but 2 hrs with this dealership such thing happened.. only lucky thing was that we remembered to check her before taking her back, otherwise they would never have repaired it for us.. Even so, the repair was ugly and uneven. They argued all along that they would never touch the rear during service but we were pretty sure our baby car has no scratch beforehand. Shame we did't have pictures to prove that and they tried to accuse us for the scratch but the spot is impossible to scratch during parking, driving or unloading/uploading stuff. (and all we carry in the back were groceries). (the spots are deep but no other drag marks that may suggest a drag motion from inside the van, but residue, looking like black rubber or machine oil, presented besides the spots) We demanded to see the security tape to prove whether they touched our rear bumper or to show whether the scratches were presented beforehand, but the service manager said the ONLY manager who had access to security tapes so happened to be not at work because his wife was sick at the hospital..... What a convenient excuse! Further more, they agreed to lend us a loaner when we made the appointment but failed to do so because they said if we didn't do the alignment, they can return the car in 1 hour, but in fact we waited for 2+ hours in the waiting room without a loaner... Don't know what they were doing with our car by taking so long that led to this. And how rude they were to ruin my day schedule. What a bad service experience we had!!! read more

Very clean and pleasant experience to relax while awaiting routine maintenance at Audi Natick.

just a word of caution about risk of excessive service charges when having cars repairs done by this dealer. For major items I would strongly suggest receiving a second opinion. I would also be sure to have the charges authorized before they are performed. read more

Don't give them a deposit for anything unless you want them to keep it. They will never give it back, they will tell you they will, they did, but good luck. Don't trust them, any of them, the manager is as bad as the salesman. read more

I really wanted to buy an Audi....but then I had to deal with the shady, dishonest, manipulative and disrespectful audi sales teams...and I just lost all interest in making the purchase. Just because I am a female doesn't mean I can't understand math. In fact, I am a finance analyst. What I can afford as my monthly payment amount is of no concern to you...the bottom line interest rate and total purchase cost is what I am interested in negotiating. How demeaning and annoying when the dealer tries to play the four corner shell game with the customer! Why must a car salesman be exasperating and dishonest? With every aspect of the negotiation, the sales team tries to manipulate and take my money...through additional fees, by taking a cut from my excellent credit rating and pocketing the difference, to not mentioning dealer incentives that apply to the car I am interested in so that they benefit. But worst of all, is insisting on a $1,000 deposit for a car that they do not even have on the lot and then making you wait and wait until you are finally told, they can not secure the car. All that waiting time has taken you out of the market because you are bound with the deposit to them until they release you. Audi take note that when you treat a customer with dignity and respect, you will sell more cars. Until then, you can keep your car, I 'm taking my business elsewhere...in fact i'ld rather walk. ************in response to your remarks SETH*********** to add the "missing information" the reason why is because it is sooo long...but here goes more details since you asked: 1) i first made a deal for a new car that was more than 3K over what my male friend negotiated for a new car...that is why i had to get a male friend to help me (you were going to over charge me). that first new car that you said you would secure, you were not able to do so (you said it got sold, the very next day)...so i was reluctant to leave a $1,000 deposit after that deal did not work out. i learned that you should only make a deal with a real car that exists on the lot. 2) my next attempt to secure the new car was with a dealer who tried to secure the car WITHOUT REQUIRING the $1000 deposit that your dealership said was policy. they too were unsuccessful in acquiring the car but at least they did not tie up my money or my search. 3) the second car i tried to secure from your dealership was used and you only lowered the price by $500...and you failed to tell me that the car needed new brakes. but you did share that information with my male friend who was helping me with the purchase. read more

Disappointing! Spotted a car on the lot while driving by that I am in the market for. Called and had one salesman who didn't know much about the car, that's ok, it wasn't an Audi but another high end SUV. He passed me off to a "sales Manager" and I made an appointment to see the car. He called me that morning to confirm my arrival but I called back because I could not make the time commitment that we agreed on, had was busy so I left the message with the receptionist that answered the phone (actually, the phone system is not great either, it took a couple of calls to get a live person that particular morning, it was a Friday about 10:00am) I never heard back, no big deal, I called the following week to check if the SUV was still available, left him a vmail and he phoned back. He said it was and asked what time I would be in, I let him know I could not make it that day but the following day. He said, ok, what time so I can have the vehicle pulled out for you. I told him between 11 am and noon. I arrived at 11:45 and saw the SUV out front with a sold tag on it. I walked in to the showroom which is very clean and open. I had to approach a desk full of employees (they did not try to come toward me to greet me) and I asked for the gentleman I had been communicating with. They went to get him and came back and said, "I guess I will be helping you, what can I do got you?" I told him why I was there and that I noticed the sold tag on the Vehicle I made an appointment to see. He said, it may be sold, we were busy yesterday and went to check, when he returned he said yes, it's sold and asked if there was anything else had could go for me. I replied no and left by saying thank you and shaking his hand. Not sure why I thanked him, just courteous habit I guess. I drove 50 miles to an appointment that I didn't have to. They were very eager in making the initial calls but didn't bother to try to reach me to tell me the vehicle had been sold. Not even an apology when I was there. I gave 2 stars because all the initial phone calls were great, courteous and what seemed like was going to be a great experience. They just fell short after that. Good thing I'm not interested in an Audi. I am not sure the follow through on buying a car of theirs would meet anyone's expectations after investing in a higher end vehicle. read more

This place was a nightmare. Went there for a "sales event". First they low balled me on my trade in then wanted full MSRP minus a manufacturer's $500 rebate. Felt like that scene from Fargo... He went back to talk to his manager and offered me another $400 on the trade in... They took my keys to inspect my car and didn't give them back! Kept trying to pressure me to buy on the spot. Think I stumbled into a cult of $ worshipers. Avoid. read more

Our car was sideswiped in July and 4 months later we are still waiting for it to be fixed. The car should have been totaled and the auto shop (along with our insurance) passed the hot potato until it landed in our lap. We were misled about the extent of the damages and then asked to take possession of the car again with final costs being conveniently $100 below the value for having it totaled. I would never trust buying another car from this shop again. read more

Worst experience getting my Audi serviced I've had. This was my second time at Bernardi. Dealership is tiny and crowded, waiting area is awkward and there isn't enough seating. I have never had any engine lights go on, and after I got my car serviced there last time.. 2000 miles later my engine light was on and my oil light went on. It has gone on before, but never so soon after service. I dropped my car off today at 8:15am, they called me in the afternoon to tell me I needed a $300 part, they asked when I wanted to be picked up by the shuttle, I told them 5, they were on time which is why they get 2 stars. I got there and my car wasn't ready. After 8 hrs, I had to wait 45 minutes for them to finish- unacceptable.. Also I was told by a service rep last time my tires were too warn and wouldn't pass inspection.. Got it inspected today and it passed fine.. Scumbags! I think I will be sticking to Herb Chambers and Audi Brookline from now on.. I have never reviewed anything on yelp before but today pissed me off so much I felt the need to warn everyone else! read more

This is a review for the 2017 Q5. Audi of Natick is a good company . I had a good experience purchasing this vehicle from them. This will most likely be the last though. The electronics on this vehicle are terrible . You can NOT get a remote starter for this SUV. The Blue tooth phone system works half as well as my company Chevy Equinox, at about half the price. We were going to purchase the Lexus but the looks of this Q5 sold us. Not very happy. read more

This is the worst sales department I have ever dealt with - disorganized, uninterested, and SHADY. The sales people were not informed. The sales managers were rude and full of themselves. They actually did not care about their customers at all. I like the audi car - just make sure you buy it from any other Audi dealer. And, I agree with all the comments on the Service department - Bernardi Audi is clearly looking to make their profits from service. read more

BEWARE! PATTERN OF DECEIT This is the 2nd time I'd almost gotten an oil change that was NOT based on Audi recommendations. I purchased the pre-paid service plan, called at the interval posted on my windshield stick, asked what was required at 20K and was told an oil change. Upon arrival, I mentioned I had the pre-paid service and was informed this wasn't covered because it was not Audi recommended. Huh? They tried this the first time around and I specifically stated to put me on the AUDI RECOMMENDED service schedule, not "what some customers prefer" (a not so cleverly disguised way of getting additional service revenue for the unsuspecting). ALso, when I called to book my REQUIRED OIL CHANGE, I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated. When I arrived today and asked the advisor what AUDI recommended for tire rotation on a quatro, I was told never unless unusual wear. AGAIN, a guise to get someone to agree to something not necessary! Looking back, when I DID have my last AUDI RECOMMENDED INTERVAL oil change, 15 miles later, the check oil light came on. The dealership was still open (Sat) and I tried to speak with someone in service. I mentioned I was very concerned about driving with oil light on, asked to have someone call me back to advise, did not receive a call back so literally had to take time off from work, drive there on Monday morning and be told there was a sensor that was a known problem that had to be reset. Could they not have told me that on Sat with a known problem so I could have had the sensor reset at a convenient time? There seems to be a pattern here that started when I purchased my car and was PROMISED in writing that the trip computer, one of my non-negotiable requirements, was on the model I'd ordered. Needless to say, it was not nor was it able to be added which resulted in a complicated process of returning the vehicle I had already taken ownership of and getting another that met my requirements that wasn't in my color choice. (option was to wait several months and further complicate the "swap".) ARGH! read more

My previous post, praising this dealership with respect to the service I received on one of our Audi cars purchased at the Natick store, was a 5+ star rating. I recently returned to Natick with another Audi (a Cert. Pre-Owned bought at an out-of-stae Audi dealer) for service. I received immediate recognition, assistance and appreciation for my chosing Audi Natick, and a substantial repair was done excellently [a little "massage" by Serv. Mngr. Jon Eric got everything wrapped up promptly]. In my opinion, it would be a total abberation for anyone to have a less-than-stellar experience at this dealership. You can surely trust these people, but like dealing with your doctor, lawyer or other professional, ask questions, and have all of your concerns considered and answered when dropping off your car. There should be no surprises when your car is done, other than a phone call to tell you that "we completed care on your car early." read more

I was interested in purchasing a 2018 Audi A6 3.0 premium plus. Audi had a promo going on where buyers could get 8-10 thousand off a new A6. I spoke with Paula, a sales manager. Paula told me she would sell me a blue A6 sport with 12,000 off. She expected me to drop everything and fly to natick and sign the papers before the end of the month which was that particular day. I informed her I couldn't go that evening and I wanted to discuss it with my spouse. The next day after talking to my spouse, I called Paula and left a message on her voice mail at 10am. I did not hear from her until 6 pm in an email. She informed me that the price had changed because it was the beginning of the month. I had asked her if she would honor the 12,000 off and even offered to put a deposit down if they would honor the 12,000 off promo after the end of the month and she told me yes. When I called her to ask why the price changed and why she waited all day to get back to me, she proceeded to raise her voice. Yelling at me and accusing me of being indecisive. I'm sorry but I'm not making a decision without my spouse and signing on a car. I was promised a minimum for my trade and was low balled and insulted by Wunna, another manager at Audi natick. This place tells you one thing and then changes their story. A potential buyer should not be treated like this, let alone screamed at on the phone. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere for a car. I can not recommend this dealership and these two sales managers should not be working in the customer sales/service field. They are both obviously stressed out and take their anger out on customers.this dealership cannot be trusted as are very sneaky. They reneged on an offer price they gave me. read more

Although the management at this dealership needs some help, if you're looking to buy an Audi go here and meet with Youssef. We weren't even CLOSE to buying a car (I had 8 months left on my lease and my fiance had 15 months left on his). We weren't thrilled with our cars and we're looking around to see what we'd want to get next. My fiance wanted me to test drive an Audi for fun and see if I like it. So we're looking around, seeing a few we like and then along came Youssef. He convinced us to sit down with him after we test drove the car and promised he wouldn't waste our time if it wasn't a deal that could happen. So we sat, told him what we would have wanted in the car, and the max we'd be willing to pay. What do ya know, a few minutes later we had a deal!! After consulting with his managers back and forth for about 20 minutes, Youssef told us the car we wanted was totally do-able in our price range and they could take our leases no questions asked. They were more concerned with having us as new customers than making a large profit for the dealership. That works for me! Youssef was absolutely amazing in the process. Best car salesman I've ever met with. We had a small issue with the exact car we want (color scheme and such) not being available, but Youssef did everything in his power to make sure we got something else we wanted (in our case, something even better for only $6 more a month). Youssef even drove to CT to get our car for us and worked an extra 3 hours the night we came to sign the paperwork. He's an extremely dedicated guy and will do anything to make you happy as a customer. That being said, the sales manager needs some people skills. We heard him huffing and puffing about things around the office, saying it was more like a nut house than a dealership. Who acts that way in front of customers? I understand your job is stressful but take out your frustrations outside the office. That part really turned me off, especially since we are paying up the you know what for a nice car. I would expect that kind of behavior from a cheaper car dealership, not a luxury dealership. Other than that, Youssef was the man and we will forever be grateful to him for getting us such a great deal and out of leases early. If you're thinking about getting an Audi, call and make an appt with Youssef!! read more

Don't buy from Audi Natick!! I bought a certified pre owned Audi A6 prestige with innovation package 2012 in January 2015. I had a few issues and the service people seemed to be completely incompetent in addressing them. They just blamed it back and forth between the sales, finance and service department. Doesn't look like they really care about the customers. I don't know if this is how Audi runs their business (hope not) or it's just the dealership. read more

Overall, a very frustrating process-Their sales team reached out to me to swap in my lease early. I only agreed if it was financially beneficial for me. In the end, I ended up being charged twice for the same month: once for a payment for the vehicle I turned in and once for the new vehicle. According to Audi Financial Services, the dealer underpaid them for my vehicle. I was told by the dealership sales team that this was a mistake and I'd be receiving a check from their accounting dept. It's been 6 months and, despite repeated follow-up on my part, I've yet to receive this payment. I wish that I'd let my previous lease expire and gone elsewhere. read more

Pleased yet again by the nice folks at Bernardi Audi. I just got my car dropped off to me from the dealership. It was due for its routine maintenance that was part of my package, and along with it came the signature cleaning job. They noticed that the brakes and rotors (sp?) were due to be replaced, so they called me, let me know the pricing and how long it would take to fix. I said OK, and they did it. They were going to bring my car back last week, but it was taking longer than originally promised and it made me miss a 5:00 appointment. Evidently, a customer had bumped into my rear bumper with their car and scratched it. When learning of this, the manager called me, and offered me a complimentary detailing of the entire car (I think a $170 value?), with a buffing to make sure that the scratch came out. He said they'd paint it if necessary. I give them five stars again - despite a few hiccups - because they handled the situation well and treated me well. I was given a Q5 as a loaner car the other day (which they drove to my house for me), and they just came to pick it up today and give me back my car. No scratch, no dirt, no grime, and all in all, in good shape. They forgot to bring me the receipt for everything, but I'm sure they'll mail it to me when I call. No business is perfect, or without its scatterbrained moments, but I really appreciate it when people treat me well despite their humanity. read more

If I could give no star. I would have given none. This dishonest establishment should be out of business. How could you advertise that your used car comes with warranty and later turnaround and say it no longer does after we had verbal agreement and deposit had been made Saturday and the employee emailed me Monday morning that the car is not included with cars that has warranty. Please don't believe anything posted or say by this dealership. What happened to " Because each of our used vehicles comes with a 5 year or 100.000-mile Powertrain warranty" Are you even sure your double the warranty is true? Would you switch it up after 4 years of ownership? I will not take it past this dealership to do so. I even have screenshot of their advertisement and an email from their employee stating and confirming the vehicle has 5-year warranty and now they are refusing to stand behind their own words. Is this some sales tactic that you play to attract your customers? I chose this dealership because of the positive rating but I am highly disappointed and disgusted by your deceit. For such establishment with your reputation I did not expect such behavior and attitude from a Sales Manager (Chris Morin) for that matter. I was recently in the market for an Audi A5 and came upon on one Audi of Natick's website. I clicked the button for their Eprice and was quickly responded to by Wunna Zeya, one of the sales managers there. He was very willing to work the numbers and provide a fair deal on my trade in. I went there that evening for a test drive and to wrap up the deal. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and accomodating and got the financing together quickly so that we could be on our way. We live about an hour away but were willing to make the drive to get the car we wanted at a fair price. There was an issue at the registry with the paperwork, but Igor was nice enough to drive back the next morning, bright and early to get the car registered for us. There was also an issue with some spots on the paint, which I was super unhappy about. I was so unhappy that I wanted to return the car! But after speaking to Charles on the phone that evening-and then Wunna the next day, both were willing to do whatever they needed to do to make sure that I walked away happy. Even if that meant getting me another car. Fortunately their capable detailing guy was able to get the marks out and I left the dealership happy. But what started out as kind of a disaster was turned around through the efforts of Wunna, Charles and Igor (who walked us through the process and hooked us up with a loaner so we didn't have to wait). I know that things happen, but it's what you do to rectify the situation that really counts. And they made sure that I was fairly compensated for my time and that most importantly, I walked out a happy customer. Great group of people and great pricing and service! read more

My expectations for Audi dealership service had been pretty strongly colored by experiences with ::ahem:: another in-town Audi dealership, so I was leery about dropping my 2005 A4 with a related shop. But I was pleasantly surprised: in earlier experiences, I had to wait while a client services rep made himself available in between phone calls, but at Bernardi, I didn't even have to open doors for myself. Very upfront and solicitous service, with an old-school flair for gestures. Their service manager Steve is very upfront about having been a tech previously - big points - and even offered to take the time to have a ride with me to assess my transmission problems. In the end, my technical trouble was resolved, without even any fuss about my after-market warranty (another surprise given previous experience). Quite recommended - especially in relative dealership terms. read more

Bernardi Audi in Natick finally brings luxury and customer service back, especially Fady Sidhom! I've just returned to buy my second car from them, a 2012 Q5. I had leased an A4 from Bernardi Audi of Natick. I had the car for 75k miles, and they took care of me every step of the way. When my wife and I were expecting a child and wanted a bigger car, it was a no brainer to return to Bernardi. Not only did they take care of me all along the way, providing me with loaners and maintenance, they went out of their way to make me feel like I was part of something luxurious. Fady Sidhom, in their service department, knew I was going to be upgrading, and always made sure I had a Q5 to have as a loaner. I ended up returning and buying a Q5, and I couldn't be happier. Was compelled to post a review for Audi Natick based on our recent experience. Unfortunately we had a family circumstance that prevented us from completing our deal on what we would categorize as our "dream car," a 2015 A7. We were treated with the utmost respect and sincerity from the Sales Manager Kevin, as well as receiving exemplary service from Jon throughout the entire sales process. How a customer is treated in a situation where a deal falls apart (especially due to circumstances on the buyer's side) speaks volumes of the character of a Sales Manager and his team; we hope to be back in the market for an A7 in the near future and will not hesitate to revisit Jon, Kevin and the Audi Natick team as a thank you for the respect and sincerity they extended to us... read more

I've been a Cadillac guy for years, hence it was difficult for me to even consider an Audi. However my experience with Audi Natick was simply superb. I worked with Mike Pappano whom is an excellent sales representative. He asked the right questions to assess what I liked and did not like about my previous car, and then had two Audi A6s ready for me to try. Each were good matches to my needs, but with different colors and option packages. Mike clearly explained all features and then walked me through operations (including Apple CarPlay) with intuitive explanation. Higher end cars like the A6 are somewhat like running a computer, hence this was very important to me to get the maximum experience from the car. Mike and the sales manager were pleasant, never pushy and remembered all my details and needs on my next two visits. Negotiating the trade in and sale was fair and smooth; I felt both sides were dealing in honesty and we worked a good deal. I absolutely love my A6 three weeks later. I look for reasons to go places so I can just get in it. The entire experience was A+ John read more

I was really happy with Bernardi Audi in terms of sales, especially Jon Miranda. I live in Rhode Island and ended up going with Bernardi after things broke down at Inskip. I cannot speak to their service because Natick just isn't conveniently located to RI, and I've been pleased with the service at Inskip. As noted, we ended up at Bernardi after things went down in flames at Inskip and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jon was incredibly low key and not at all pushy, which we appreciated, particularly since we were coming in with a very set idea of the car we wanted to order and the price we wanted to pay. We purchased a 2011 Q5, which because of the options we wanted (navigation plus, bang and olufsen, and the s line package) required us to order the vehicle. The entire process was smooth sailing, and we received our car in just about 60 days after we ordered it. Jon was fantastic in the handoff of the vehicle, which is a bit of a pain when you buy a vehicle in MA and live in RI, but he made it a lot easier. read more

Donald was great to work with in looking for a used car. He felt like my ally, helping me and never pressuring me. I had my eye on one car in particular and he kept me in the loop with it's availability and pricing over the course of a few weeks. I would absolutely recommend meeting with him whether for a used or new car. Thanks, Donald! read more

Have been going to Audi of Natick for Yeh last 3 years. Excellent service. Always had a loaner ready if the service was going to be more than an hour. read more

My personal experience with Audi Natick has been very positive (knock on wood). Have been servicing two vehicles there, purchased one of them there as well. Good experience both on the buy side and service side. Noticeably better than with my previous Audi dealer. The facility is modern and clean, good waiting area. The service advisors / team exceeded my expectations several times. Yes, to my own surprise, I am giving a car dealer 5 stars. Hope they keep up the good work. read more

Bought my A6 the last week of August, 2016. Great staff, nice inventory. I worked with Mike Pappano (Sales), and Martha (Finance): both get an A+. The facility is beautiful, and everyone I met was very professional and super friendly. Highly recommend. read more

Purchased my Auid last fall came in for my first service. The service was performed but there was stains inside the car and smudges on the doors and hood. Besides the dirt small parts where not put back in place and left in cupholder. One problem /service was not reviewed and I had to schedule another appointment another 3 weeks out. Tried to contact service manager and dealer manager with pictures etc and not a word in over a week. I have never seen so poor service/feedback. read more
