I purchased my car battery at this location Feb 2025. (They offered but did not install the battery here) The past winter animals made a nest on a freezing day in my engine and had a snack on a few wires This led to my car not starting so to be safe I figured Id start small before I had it towed since it was about time anyway for that. It ended up being wiring that I had replaced but it still hasn't been completely fixed. The mechanics couldn't figure it out. Fast forward to now December 4, 2025. My car since the weather has turned colder barely starts. I have to literally will it to start lol (which sounds weird to the unknowing but actually works). Note at bottom for how to do this :) I did this in order to get it to start so I could drive to this Autozone before the mechanics. - My friend had checked my battery and it came back low for a newer purchase. I was greeted by Evan who immediately pulled up my account and warranty for my battery, asked if I wanted to replace it. He then said he could run tests to make sure it wasn't the alternator or something else causing the battery to drain. Upon his inspection, and my car then not starting for him, he found that the battery connection was actually loose around the (two circle things? haha) He explained that this needs to be flush in order for a smooth electrical connection. He adjusted it and suddenly it started smoothly. He then suggested adding a small component that makes this circuit more snug so I wouldn't have to worry about it coming loose again. Less than five dollars spent, great conversation with a great person and my car fixed. Thank you so much again Evan! I probably could've said this in shorter review however, anyone who might have a problem starting their car or lights on, it could just be a simple wiring issue or this, so don't panic and assume the worst. If we trust the universe (in advance) to give us what we need and not put more on our plate than we can handle, then thats what we will get. I promise its all about believing then knowing once you see the magic of our minds and the universe. This is what im learning. Xx This location the people are usually very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area. Get in the zone, AUTOZONE!!! I used to get a bunch of basic auto supplies (windshield wipers, light bulbs, etc.) at this AutoZone and the service was always decent and it was well-stocked. If something wasn't at Pep Boys, it was probably at this Autozone and they had all the books and manuals easily accessible so that you could match up the correct bulb number with your car. It's a little tricky to get into the parking lot because it's on a pseudo rotary with stoplights, but it's a decent, run of the mill, retail auto shop (no tire installation though). read more

No need to read your owners manual. Just walk in to AutoZone and a nice employee will look up your car in their computer, figure out what part you need, then walk over to the shelf and grab the item for you. You just have to stand there and pay. Oh - and then you have to install the part your self. I am becoming (rather my boyfriend is becoming) more involved in figuring out issues or preventative work on my civic. With that said, we did some research when my fun 'check engine' light came on. I freaked out and immediately called Honda of Natick for service and they right away would charge $60 to just tell me the code. Then who knows what the charge would be. The woman at Honda said it could be "thousands of things wrong with the car" when the check engine light is purely emissions based (which she didn't tell me). So, I almost went to the dealer, then instead held off, went to Autozone, they right away told me what the problem was and helped me get the part (or find out how to get the part because unfortunately it's not available or in stock). They gave AMAZING advice (which would cost $100 at a dealer just for the advice and looking at the car). They're not intimidating either--some car places can feel like it but these guys, especially Eric and Shane were sooo helpful and I will keep coming back here for more work on my little civic. Promote this staff please! They work so hard! Really for anything at all, any of the guys (or gal) that works there is sweet and goes above and beyond the norm. No hassles, nothing flashy either--just good honest advice and help. read more

Last night, me and two friends were at autozone, as we were checking out, this stupid manager lady, accuses us of stealing a neon light tube. Of course, she accused us of doing this as we were paying for something else... Telling us not to leave, my friends and I were laughing our asses off, because she has no authority to do that since, she didn't see us take anything. But since we wanted to make her feel like an idiot, we stuck around and told her to call the police. In short, we stayed there for an hour until the police came, patted us down, looked angry at the lady for calling them, and told us we could leave. Frankly, I'm just really pissed off that I was accused of stealing something, We were three clean cut guys in nice collared Nautica and Polo shirts and I was driving my 2006 Mitsubishi montero, and my friend was driving his Porche Carrera, not exact the types of cars you would expect to be robbing an autozone of a ten dollar light tube... Needless to say, corporate is getting three very angry calls on monday. And hopefully, miss Kathy East of the 120 Worcester RD Autozone, in Natick MA will be getting a nice talking to, or better yet fired (though I doubt it). Watch out for Autozone, this isn't the first time this has happened. I mean this is ridiculous.... Don't go to this autozone, or you might just be accused of stealing a piece of gum.... read more

Deceitful and dishonest business practices. I went in to replace my car battery. I was first shown a battery, let's call it battery A that had 5 year warranty but the sales person brought another one, let's call it battery B that had 2 year warranty. Since it had the same brandname and almost same price he thought that I would not notice that he got B. When I asked about this, he replied that B is great, is same as A in performance and had 5 year warranty. I asked him to give me a warranty paperwork after he had fitted the new battery. He fitted the battery, I paid and he gave me the receipt "FOLDED" and said "You are all set!". I unfolded the receipt and noticed 2 year warranty and I showed him that. He went ahead and printed a "item description", which you see on their website, of battery A that mentioned 5 year warranty in it. I was confused as I didn't buy A but B. Secondly, he "attempted" to show me the "5 year" warranty by logging in/out of his system 3 times. He exclaimed "See your name is in the system!". I said that my name being in system does not guarantee 5 year warranty and then I looked into his computer screen and noticed "024" under warranty column. I protested and he said and I quote "Ah, that's just a computer generated number!!! You have 5 year warranty". My IQ dropped 50 points! At this point, he was pissed at me for "not understanding". I spoke with another employee who reprimanded ME for not understanding that the battery had just 2 year warranty and not 5!! My IQ dropped another 25 points. I mentioned to him that his own colleague was saying this and not me. He exclaimed "SIR, YOU ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING WHAT I AM SAYING!" loudly! I requested him to bring employee 1 who had conveniently gone to the back of the store so that we three can have a chat. It fell to deaf ears. A third employee came and said "Actually, you have 2 year warranty on B as A is out of stock! We can remove the newly installed battery and you can shop elsewhere". I was unsure my car battery had the juice left to drive me to another location, so I had to bite the bullet. Please note that this was not a simple misunderstanding and the first employee tried in every way possible to deceit me by providing me with misinformation, and wasting time (by logging in/out of his system, going at the back of the store and disappearing for 5-7 minutes as I waited at the checkout counter) thinking I'd give up. Needless to say none of the employees were helpful. Please be careful when you shop here, preferably avoid it!! Don't fall under the trap of "free battery checkup" and "free battery charging". read more

I read couple of posts here giving not so great evaluation of this store. I usually use yelp to rent for clumpsy services that I get, but this autozone provided me a good service last time when my car needed a new battery: the guy brought out a meter to check the voltage input/output. I hope that their services are consistently good. read more

Like about a month and a half ago, I was having trouble with my car. I did not know what to do, but I knew I needed antifreeze since my car was overheating. I stopped at a gas station, bought the antifreeze. I was unable to open the hood, and didn't know what to do. I drove down a bit more, and I saw Autozone. I was extremely nervous, because I didn't think anybody would be able to help me. Once I made up my mind of going in the Autozone and ask for help, John Weaver made me feel extremely comfortable. John listened to my problem, and he went outside with me and was able to open the hood for me and reassure me that it was the antifreeze. John also helped me fill the antifreeze up, and he made sure to explain everything for me. I am so thankful for his help, John was great! read more

Helpful place, got a new battery for my Honda here. They checked my old battery first to make sure it needed replacement and then installed the new one right in the parking lot. The whole process took about 10 minutes and was pretty pain-free. I'll be coming here for more parts in the future. read more

I appreciate that they give you a cheap/medium/premium option when you're looking for a part. As a lady who likes to do car stuff herself, most places make me feel like they're taking advantage and trying to con me. Not Autozone. Two days ago I stopped by for a new windshield wiper. I've been to some other Autozone locations before. The employee who helped me was fast, helpful, and offered to put it on my car in a huge downpour. He insisted and did it in less than a minute giving me a much easier drive home. I went there today for a new battery for my car key- they said they couldn't help me and I should go to the dealership- for a key battery- I went to another auto store they quickly got me the battery I needed I replaced it in seconds- that easy- they wasted my time at autozone, I won't go back. read more

I just happened to be driving by and I had bough a headlight at another branch which was the wrong type. I walked in, Bob helped me and took the return with no hassle. Also confirmed that I had the right bulb according to the book but mu car is a unique fog light model which is the same fitting as a headlight. I also told him that I replaced the headlight a few times and he explained the best one to get and how the life of the bulb had to do with the heat created by its intensity. He was very helpful detailed and was multitasking with other clients without lack of attention. Bob is an asset to your organization and example to other employees. read more

HORRIFIED MOTHER! I live in Natick and have been a satisfied customer of this store for a number of years. I was recently shopping with my 2 children and was absolutely shocked at the language of a female employee there. I couldn't get my children out fast enough while she dropped the "N" word multiple times and after speaking with another employee outside, I learned that she was management and deals with repair shops for the commercial? side of the store. I will definitely not go back to this store. I know people get carried away with what they say sometimes but this was very, very inappropriate and unprofessional and from a female? I am Disgusted! There are many families that frequent this store and bring their children with them and to them I say, BEWARE! Autozone...I'm sure you have policies against this kind of thing. read more

I was so disgusted with the way I was treated at this Autozone! I purchased a product that did not work and went back with my receipt and the original packaging for a refund. Needless to say I had to argue with the manager for ten minutes until he gave me my money back! The people in there are nasty and rude and I will never forget the man's name that I spoke to. Sean was his name. They need a complete change in staffing. First off there are so many workers in there, yet NO ONE is eager to help. This Autozone needs to do some lay-offs because the staff is lazy and the people who work there have disgusting attitudes. I left there so angry that I was shaking. The store has everything, but they need better customer service. Just plain old disgusting! I'm currently writing a letter to Autozone Cooperate about how bad the service is in there! They should be nice to their customers, especially since the construction makes it nearly impossible to actually get in to this Autozone! read more

I recently visited the Autozone in Natick, Ma to purchase car wipers for my vehicle. I was assisted by Bill Lopez and he was extremely professional and kind and explained to me the differences between the wipers available. He helped me pick the right wipers and installed them for me while it was pouring rain outside. After he was done installing the wipers he asked me to turn them on to see if they were working correctly and immediately noticed that one of my headlights was not working. He then helped me pick out the right bulb and again went outside and installed it for me. I know its typical for autozone to help with minor installations but Bill Lopez was kind and made me feel comfortable instead of making me feel like a women who was annoying because of not knowing how to install wipers and a headlight. He was thoroughly glad to have discovered and help me get my headlight fixed as it prevented me from getting stopped by the police. Autozone is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee who knows the true meaning of customer service. I will definitely be coming back for all my auto needs and will also refer my friends and family there for their auto parts needs. I cannot say nearly enough great and wonderful things about the Auto Zone in Natick, MA. On separate occasions, I had an associate come out to my car to put on new windshield wipers and on another to come out and check my battery for free (when a dealership wanted to charge $25 for this). Most recently, I noticed on my way to work that the oil light had come on a few times and thought this was unusual, so I stopped at Autozone and purchased a few quarts of synthetic oil for my old Saab. A most helpful person in the store, by the name of Bob Barker, came outside with me to help me check the oil level and then add to the car. As it turns out the reservoir was dry and had I kept driving the engine would probably have seized up. The two quarts of oil helped me make it in for service where the engine will need to be taken apart and the seals replaced. I just want to say thank you so much Bob for your help and patience that day... you are a valuable employee and I hope Autozone knows how fortunate they are to have you in their employ! read more

Owner of NECC construction company was there at 0730 this morning with other customers and employees outside waiting for the girl who has the key. The other employees state that she doesn't show up till about 0800 usually. Owner of NECC called manager (no answer), district manager (answered the phone but had no answers for NECC), regional manager was notified also and never returned one of three phone calls and two text messages. All of these numbers are listed on the front of the store for customer satisfaction. Customer waited till 0820 due to having to get back to the job and no one was there to open the door yet. NECC returned to the store at 0855 and the door was open, lights were not on and the woman Nina with the key to open the store was fixing her hair with a full ice cold ice coffee. This is the kind of business that helps other businesses during their work day. Don't go to this store, the employees obviously have no respect for the working class and are probably hired through a work release program. read more
