Had some issues, but the manager resolved things for me. Great to see they still care about customer service. Updating my rating .

I purchased my car battery at this location Feb 2025. (They offered but did not install the battery…read morehere) The past winter animals made a nest on a freezing day in my engine and had a snack on a few wires This led to my car not starting so to be safe I figured Id start small before I had it towed since it was about time anyway for that. It ended up being wiring that I had replaced but it still hasn't been completely fixed. The mechanics couldn't figure it out. Fast forward to now December 4, 2025. My car since the weather has turned colder barely starts. I have to literally will it to start lol (which sounds weird to the unknowing but actually works). Note at bottom for how to do this :) I did this in order to get it to start so I could drive to this Autozone before the mechanics. - My friend had checked my battery and it came back low for a newer purchase. I was greeted by Evan who immediately pulled up my account and warranty for my battery, asked if I wanted to replace it. He then said he could run tests to make sure it wasn't the alternator or something else causing the battery to drain. Upon his inspection, and my car then not starting for him, he found that the battery connection was actually loose around the (two circle things? haha) He explained that this needs to be flush in order for a smooth electrical connection. He adjusted it and suddenly it started smoothly. He then suggested adding a small component that makes this circuit more snug so I wouldn't have to worry about it coming loose again. Less than five dollars spent, great conversation with a great person and my car fixed. Thank you so much again Evan! I probably could've said this in shorter review however, anyone who might have a problem starting their car or lights on, it could just be a simple wiring issue or this, so don't panic and assume the worst. If we trust the universe (in advance) to give us what we need and not put more on our plate than we can handle, then thats what we will get. I promise its all about believing then knowing once you see the magic of our minds and the universe. This is what im learning. Xx This location the people are usually very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area. Note: How to get your car to start using your mind and influencing energy: Picture golden white light energy moving front to back through the entire engine "clearing out dense / dark energy" and the rest of the car / tires etc. I do this before I leave my house as well to protect my car and myself while driving. -- If you are into obscure research topics look up the car that was invented that was able to be started/ controlled via the mind/ energy similar to "UFOs".

Needed a battery for an active key. I bought the last one which was triple the price, $8.49. When…read moreasked why it was so much I was told you need it. Shame on me, going shopping on Amazon. Cheers.

I went to lease a new car at the dealership. I am not a normal customer in that I research every…read moredeal/every coupon. I black Friday order $2k laptops from lenovo that I've never seen because their prices that week are dramatically lower than even lower end brands. I'd never done a lease before, having bought 4 used cars for 2 drivers over the last 12 years so I had to come up to speed quickly (if you don't know the terms money factor, residual %, the change in monthly payments per additional $500, for adding extra miles or money factor markup or how using a security deposit can affect money factor... neither did I until this month). Used car shopping is relatively easy, find best deal by comparing cars online, ensure no hidden fees and the honesty in the price, line up outside financing and have the dealer match/beat your outside financing rate. Given the market changes with Covid, I decided I would rather have a new car as the promos made this car less expensive than the 2019 CPOs of the same specification in the region. I had done my research into a corporate discount and lease special on a very rare (1 in state, 2 in all of new england, 30 in the country) model of a car. I'd ran the numbers into two calculators and came out with a best base price and payment. In my process, I'd gone to 3 national used car chains and 1 local dealer to price my trade-in so I could, if needed to, sell my old car, take the proceeds and put towards the car lease signing separately. I had them run the numbers excluding the trade and they came out $800 higher (on a $55k sticker car/17k trade-in estimate). For most customers, getting to within, what would be $25/month of the price you want to pay would make for a quick deal. Not me. I stepped away, called 3 out of state sources (1 car broker in NJ was $1,200 better but didn't sell to MA-based customers because the MA RMV is very difficult for handling out of state leases, the CT based dealer sold the only other car in NE but said they could try to transfer another from a few hundred miles away and offered the additional target price on the car and the third was a thousand miles away but offset a better price by an money factor markup of ~.0018 which turned a deal seemingly $3k better into one $2k worse I went back to Bernardi and they worked to improve the deal for both of us through adding the trade-in, but still coming in a few hundred over my target accounting for financing. What the manager told me (and I later verified separately) was that Volvo Corporate had cancelled the $1,100 incentive (I knew of the incentive but not it's cancellation from my research) they gave to the dealership for discounting the car in the weeks before and made a discount discretionary. That sealed the deal and my high opinion of the dealership as, by my calculations, they were making a deal worse for them than what I thought I was asking them for, and within a small amount of the best deal I could theoretically do if I crossed state lines to buy a car (that wasn't yet there) and then sold my car separately. This was in May 2021, a time where other dealerships in the same town were putting stickers in their showroom about "market price adjustments" where they felt like MSRP wasn't high enough. Next is the customer service side. The salesperson, Silvano, insisted that he do a formal delivery and that I set aside time for him to show me the car. I'd never had such a thing (being both a techie and buying used Acuras from off-brand dealers dozens of miles away, its foreign for a salesman to know more about the car than I knew myself and for a dealership to do longer term relationship building). He showed his expertise and showed me things I hadn't considered. The sales manager Kevin also greeted me and I met another person who was introduced to me as the husband of my daughter's preschool teacher. That was attention to detail as I'd mentioned where my daughter went to preschool once. I am very happy with the experience. They offered a deal that was better than fair and a experience that felt more like the beginning of a relationship.

I said "No that's the one I am targeting.". They then told me that one was already sold. First impression, horrible idea to pull that. Will tell everyone I know to look elsewhere!
