I stopped by AutoZone so they could check my battery. They were willing to help me right away. It turned out that my battery was still healthy so they offered to charge it for me for free. It took them about 45 minutes to charge it and they even reinstalled it for me. Overall, I would definitely recommend this AutoZone. Ask for David Q to help you out! He was the best! read more

They took the old wipers off my Palisade. Recommended new ones and put them on for me without if asked them to do it. I give them 5 stars!

Jay was fantastic. He helped me with some windshield wipers and even offered to install. Saved me a lot of time, even though it's not the hardest thing in the world read more

I had bought a refurbished alternator at a different AutoZone, a week later I was in Framingham and my car emergency lights started popping up with "check battery charging system". I was fairly certain that the issue was the alternator and not the battery, given I've been driving about a week on the refurbished alternator, and the specific emergency light warning. I drove to this AutoZone as it was closest and requested a battery and alternator check. I was told that my battery was completely toast and I needed to buy a new one. When I asked for a quote on a new battery, they quoted the highest priced battery. I asked for the available options and which they would recommend. The sales person said he would only get the top-of-the-line battery and would recommend nothing else. I didn't entirely trust that they knew what they were talking about. I didn't buy the battery, and instead called AAA and waited for two hours to be towed 15 miles home. The next day I took an Uber to the AutoZone in Waltham, bought a new alternator and came home to replace it. To my "surprise", the battery was in perfect working order and did not need to be replaced. It was the alternator that had failed. Had I not known anything about cars I would've needlessly bought the most expensive battery from AutoZone in Framingham (and still would've needed to replace the alternator). They knew that I had no other option but to call AAA and it appeared they were using that to their advantage. I only went to this AutoZone because of its proximity and the immediate issues I was having with my car. I will actively avoid going to this location if I can help it at all in the future. read more

Auto Zone - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Framingham, Massachusetts

I've been to this autozone in the past and the service was just fine. Today I visited and was greeted by Jamie Francois and she exceeded my expectations. She made sure my car was in great shape by taking her time to help me, inspect all the necessary parts, and explained things I could do to keep my car in that order. The next time I need help with my car, I know where I will take it! read more

What a joke! The employee that was told to assist me - couldn't show me any more how bothered he was to do so. He lacked basic understanding and knowledge - I requested to purchase a back brake light, right side - he showed me the wrong item and showed me on his computer how it said brake light - it actual said Third Back Brake Light and refused to understand why this was not what I requested, he engaged in conversations with others while I was talking to him - just talking over me with no regard at all and really had no idea of the items sold in the store that employed him. Him and other employees are rude and bothered by customers. Definitely a waste of time going to this store to gain help with purchasing items needed for your vehicle. read more

Javier is a treasure. The place was packed, the alarms on the door were broken and going off, and I had lots of questions and made him run around all over the place. He is unflappable and knows his stuff. It was also very refreshing to not be condescended to because I'm a woman. He just answered my questions, sold me my parts and I went out to the lot to fix my stupid wiper fluid hoses. Javier walked by a couple of times and made some conversational remarks but NEVER said anything that he wouldn't have said to a man under the same circumstances. read more

With a dead battery, I showed up to the Framingham location, in the pouring rain this past Monday. In a jam, I needed to replace my battery that was still under warranty. Mark was open about the weather concerns we were experiencing but he was also "reading" me and my body language and quickly surmised that I was jammed up without a new battery. In a matter of minutes he communicated to his staff on what he was doing and to respond to the other customers while he alone chose to "weather" the rain conditions and change out my battery himself.........I helped .....holding the umbrella I had, over him as best I could. (lol) Mark was just OUTSTANDING!!!!! We spoke throughout the 25-30 minutes it took to exchange batteries and with much appreciation I thanked Mark several times for taking on the elements and never complaining once, by the look at the back of his shirt, that my umbrella holding was "fair" at best. Mark turned an ugly scenario into a more than satisfied and future returning customer. Thank you, Mark. Michael Flaherty/Natick read more

Very frustrating experience at this location (again). Years back it was a 24hour location which was awesome. Anyway, now its currently supposed to close at 10 pm daily. I arrived this evening at 940 to grab an ignition switch that failed in the run position for my plow truck. Upon arrival I walked into the first set of doors only to be met at the second set being locked. Two staffers inside said :"we're closed". I responded with "I have 20 minutes". They replied, well there's no one here, where just stocking the shelves. I asked for a manager. Of course, none was available. One of them then proceeded to unlock the door and go home and the second locked the door again and said, "no one's here". The store manager, District Manager, and Regional Managers phone numbers where on the window. So, I called all numbers and left voicemails. of course, no one answered, nor returned the phone calls. I even called the corporate number and was provided another "Regional" Managers number and left a voicemail there. You'll note I mentioned "again" when I started. This location closing early is not completely a surprise I suppose. Some months back I went in at 915 and upon arrival all the lights were off. And a third time I sent one of my employees there at around 830 and again the store was empty. So, it appears, the staff comes and goes as they please despite hours being posted on the doors and online. Since staff seems to have no management team being responsible to have the store manned and allows them to apparently leave whenever they want, I would be warned about showing up after 8pm based upon my experience with this location. read more

Been into this location 3 times this week for supplies. Each time no one was working the register. All 3 times. When someone in line finally went to look for someone they found all 5 employees chatting in the back. Hope they figure it out because I usually love this place read more

Ask for Javier. Dude just helped me with my A/C. Explained how to do it perfectly, it worked. Thanks for you're help Javier.

The folks who were working here were very helpful and service was very quick! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes

Two stars as they have a large selection and inventory but staff completely unhelpful. Checked for 3 parts, all three said in stock online and on their computer. Somehow couldnt find any. Then checked the Natick store for 1/3 items. I still needed the other two. They then check for the second item, which Natick didnt have, but Natick saw the "hub" (this location) had it. I was told again they dont. No help in actually getting me to the part. Wasted travel time and waiting in store. Auto parts stores typically try to help solve problems. This location doesnt seem to want to do that. read more

Had called in a week prior to my visit for info was quoted 2 available batteries. Went in early today(Sat morning) & now the lower price option was not in stock. I paid the rep (I didn't catch his name). He was very soft spoken & kind to a customer who was not happy he had to pay $30 more than expected. He proceeded to carry the battery & install kit out to my car & replaced the old battery with the new one. He was very cordial & by the time I left had me no longer concerned about the $$. He even noticed my hood latch was covered in dirt & gunk making the closing difficult. Without skipping a beat he took it upon himself to grab brake cleaner & WD-40 & proceeded to repair/clean it. At the end there was no posturing for a tip and he just took my old battery and other cans back inside. Overall a great experience & have found my new go to auto parts store! Sometimes you don't expect a young person to have patience but this kid restores my faith a little. read more
