I have had fabulous service so far. It's easy to schedule an appointment online. Once you arrive, you are greeted promptly and offered a nice waiting area with a full coffee and snack bar. I love that Audi offers a carwash when you drive in as well. Weekdays they have a nice bagel spread and Saturdays they have Chic Fil A. The cleanliness of the waiting room and restrooms are very impressive. I will continue to bring my car here and recommend Grapevine Audi to all my friends and family. read more

I inquired about a vehicle through the Costco auto program, and was told the vehicle was available and scheduled a test drive. Upon arriving, they did not have the model year I requested and would not honor the price that Costco stated they would beat (for reference, check out the program for details on how this works). So, the usual dealer bait and switch, but they were friendly enough, and I didn't take too much offense to usual lies, misdirection, and tired sales tactics that have likely work on less informed consumers. I am rating two starts because they did provide something valuable, and for only an hour or so of my time. As a professor that teaches data-driven decision making, I like to use these kinds of experiences in the classroom to demonstrate how businesses and people take advantage of others. ** Review #300 ! *** Exemplary used car buying experience After meticulously shopping online for several weeks, I determined that a certified preowned A4 is the car for me. The car's tremendous heritage and value-packed features were well known to me. But how would the actual buying process go ? Audi of Grapevine (formerly "DFW Audi") impressed me in spades. My experience started with a fair online price listing for the A4 that had the color and features I needed. I spoke with Sales manager Alex who answered my questions about the car and told me about its history. Because I live out of state, Alex was helpful in arranging my father to view /drive the car. Father was referred to salesman Shane R. Shane called me on the day of the drive, just to make sure they were prepared for my father to test drive. The car looked great, drove great, exactly as advertised. Following more discussion with Alex, I booked my one-way flight into Love Field. Shane was all too kind to offer me a ride from the airport. Shane explained their forthcoming move to their tremendous new dealership location in Grapevine. We had a pleasant time talking on the 30 minute drive back to the dealership. He suggested that I drive my A4 before I sat down to do any paperwork. Following that, he and finance manager Curtis got me in an out in about an hour. They answered all my questions; they politely (but without pressure) explained add-on warranty and extended protection options. I purchased a new car last month. Recently, the warning light came on indicating a tire was low in air. I discovered it was significantly lower than the other tires. From past experience, I knew it must be a nail or something. I made an appointment to get the tire checked the next morning. Once I arrived, I told my suspicions about a nail because of the slow leak. Half hour later, I was told there was nothing wrong with the tire. No nail, etc. I questioned the employee how a tire would be significantly lower than the other three tires for no apparent reason. Rather than get a technician to have a second look, I was told it happens. Tires just happen to get low for no apparent reason. It has not been a month since I drove the car out of the lot. Right then, I made the decision to replace the Pirellis with Michelins when the treads wear out. Well, three days later the warning indicator states the same tire is low. When I arrived at the dealership, the employee wondered why I was not happy. I told him that I should not had to waste another morning being here when I was just here three days ago. This time, the technician did find a nail in the tire. The dealership does not patch, so I had to buy a new tire. I was then told they may not have one in stock. Fortunately, there was one; otherwise, I would have gone to my "go to" tire store to get it patched. When I purchased my last car, I would drive 20 miles near Love Field because of the superb experience with that dealership. Other than tires, I went to them for everything because they earned my trust from the first time I had a problem with my car. They listened to me and took my concerns seriously. Unfortunately, I do not feel this dealership feels the same way. While I was waiting, I sent an email to the service manager stating my displeasure. Poor customer service - I inquired about a specific Q3 model and they said I could come in to see one with similar specs (that Audi Dallas had a "6 month waitlist" and I could get it with them in 1). I showed up and was paired with the worst car salesman I have ever met in my life; pretty sure my 4 year old cousin knew more about the car than he did. After all was said and done, I was pressured into buying the car I test drove which was nowhere near what I came in looking for - the soonest they could get me the car I wanted was 2 months. Drove over an hour for no reason when I live 2 minutes from Audi Dallas. The next day I was contacted by the same sales rep "Audrey" that catfished me saying they could get me the model I wanted sooner; I replied to ask when and they just never replied. Long story short, I went to Audi Dallas the next day and received excellent customer service; very knowledgeable and transparent with me. If you've ever owned a car bought at a Sewell dealers don't even think for a second about buying a car from this dealership. It has been one horrible experience after another since we bought both of our Audi's. They ran my husband and my credit 9 times. We were pre approved on our own but insisted on running credit to beat ours. 9 times! First red flag should've gone off when they couldn't find the keys to my brand new car so I bought it and couldn't even drive it home the same day. They offered me a loaner to take home until they found them. It was SO filthy I didn't even want to touch the steering wheel. You couldn't see out the front window because of how dirty the inside was. When they did finally find the keys I had to go back to the dealership to pick it up. The door was open to the drivers side when I got there and when I got home I'm fairly certain there was a large dent in the door because I never heard a rock hit it on my 10 min. drive home and when I shut the door I immediately noticed the dent. We bought the warranties that are supposed to cover door dings and such however when I called to schedule the service I wasn't able to do so through the dealership. Getting anyone to give me a straight answer on who to call was near impossible. I couldn't get our salesman to call me back. I called and got him on the phone during his lunch and he said he would call me back but never did. I've still got text's in my phone where I asked him to call me or send me the manager's information and he never bothered to respond. I finally got a phone number and called the place who was going to fix it and they told me they didn't go to homes anymore even though we were told they will come to your home, business or wherever want. I went round and round and in the end I told them I was going to call Audi to see why they told me different and magically they said they'd come to our house. I wouldn't have had a problem going to them but it was an hour away and I work full time so that wasn't going to work for me during the week. They came to the house and told me because of where the dent was it wasn't under the warranty and I would have to bring it to a body shop! I tried calling Audi several times to understand why this wasn't covered and was just given the run around. I wanted to return this vehicle within two weeks of owning it and wished I'd never bought it. The service department is by far the WORST! I had a BMW before this and the service department was so great. They treated you like family, knew your name before you even opened the car door. It didn't matter what you had on when you got their they still treated you like you were the best customer they had. Audi grapevine treats you like you don't matter. They aren't willing to do anything for you. Good luck getting a loaner! Not going to happen. Oh and they told us we can come whenever we want for a free car wash. Well if you have two hours or longer to sit and wait you may get one but they are literally running it through, it doesn't get wiped down or anything. It's a joke, and if it is a Monday don't even bother! I reached out to the general manager a few month's ago to let him know about our horrible experience and he apologized but didn't offer any compensation for anything. So no wonder every department is horrible. I just scheduled my first oil change and requested a loaner when I called, the lady gave me my service guys name and said when I get here to just let him know I needed one. So I did and he said we don't do loaners for oil changes. Then he asked me if Iwas going to be waiting for it?!?! I told him well I don't have any other form of transportation so I guess so! So as I sit here for the next two hours I'm finally making time to review this dealership. You've been warned, don't purchase a car from this place you will be severely disappointed each time you have to interact with it! Incompotent mechanics. Was told after 1 full day that the mechanic that started looking at my car did not have the expertise to diagnose the issue. Car sat for a full day without further attention. Disrespectful Service Representative (Juan). Took car in one month prior, paid $1500, and was given a clean bill of health on my car. I wish I could rate this dealership lower than 1 star. It's a joke. I purchased a new car here and the sales process was ok, not good just eh. A couple of weeks after getting this car it began to have issues with the screen and check engine light. My wife brought it in for service and spoke with Bill who in NO way should be a customer facing employee. He was rude and short with me and treated me like a second class citizen. He talked down to her, I think because she is a female. He said that they would order the computer board that should fix the problem and it would be at the dealership in about three days and that he would call me. Guess what. No call. She went back to the dealership a week later and again was forced to deal with Bill. She asked why she was never called and he made up a lame excuse. At this point she was very frustrated and upset. Another person, Joel came up to try to help out. He said that he would get the part in and call her the following Monday and would also have Bill call her to apologize. Bill did call and have a very sad apology which upset her even MORE. Joel never called. To add to all of this, when she purchased the car, she was told that if there were issues that required the car to need to be in the shop for a prolonged period of time, they would give her a loaner to use while the repairs took place. Another lie. They said they couldn't do that. So which is it?! I would absolutely tell anyone to STAY AWAY from this bunch of liars. Go to a different dealer. Because of this, I will never buy an Audi again. Thank you Benson for hearing us out. The time you spent with us o. The phone was amazing. When buying the vehicle we were informed we would be treated properly if we had any issues with our vehicle and we could even bring our vehicle for maintenance if needed. We called this week with a check engine light issue and were informed we would be able to bring our vehicle in to be checked however we could not get a rental because the rentals are for "Audi customers." Pulled into this dealership after our check engine light came on, on a 2021 vehicle. The app told us to go to our nearest dealership because it was a potentially large issue with the engine, powertrain, transmission system. We had a 5 hour drive home and simply asked them to pull the codes and advise us whether we could make it home or not. They told us they were too busy, and couldn't be bothered. Asked a manager who told us the same. So they sent us on our way with a car that may be unsafe with my five and two year old in the car without even as much as an apology. What an amazing experience my son and I had at Audi Grapevine three weeks ago. Thanks to Kenny Nguyen, Manager. By amazing, I mean, we were in and out in no time. I dread buying a car because of how long it takes to purchase one. I've purchased two cars in the last three years and both times, we did not leave until the sun signed out. I expressed this to Kenny on the outset and he made sure that I would not experience a repeat at Audi. In addition to Kenny changing my car buying experience, I secretly loved the way he treated and continues to treat my 23-year-old son. Kenny addressed my son's questions and needs beginning from one week prior to the purchase of the car; and so far, three weeks after the purchase. My son had a slight issue with the car after the purchase and Kenny didn't skip a beat. I appreciate Kenny's pride in customer satisfaction. I have never left a review for a dealership other than Sewell cause quite frankly none deserved it at least until now. I tried out a couple of other Audi dealerships and I might as well have been talking to a rock. No one wanted to take the time and work with me and I am a cash buyer! Seriously? Called Grapevine Audi and initially talked to the internet manager Audrey. Much to my amazement we came up with an initial deal on a new 2023 Audi after some negotiation. I was then passed off to a sales lady named Aspen who was very knowledgeable and actually acted like she wanted to sell me a vehicle. After a few exchanged phone calls a deal was struck and here is my favorite part. We did the deal and I live in a different state and I got to keep my truck until the vehicle arrived. No other dealership even considered this! Needless to say I arrived there and was taken care of by Aspen like I actually mattered. Hats off to Audi Grapevine. It was as good as my Sewell experiences were. Sewell in Dallas is known for their excellent customer care. I bought three Hummers from those guys and Grapevine Audi on this experience is their equal. Set up an appointment to test drive a used 2011 Subaru Outback that Audi had on their dealership website. I was told that I could come by at 9am to test drive. When I got there, I was greeted which was nice. Minutes later the manager told me that the car sold over the weekend and asked if there was anything else they could interest me in. I said no. Then another salesperson said that they had a few other options in my price range. I asked if any of them were Subaru Outbacks or Foresters--she said no and apologized. No interest regarding the trade-in form I filled out and took pictures of. No regard that I drove 2 hours to come see this car. Pointing me to a sister dealership or looking for some other options on the spot might have been nice too. If a car sells over the weekend, maybe don't allow your system to let me set up a test drive the day before? Just a possible solution and headache saver. That's why this is "could've been better." It was a waste of my time and communication could've happened this morning--phone call perhaps to let me know that the car wasn't available, rather than waiting on me to try and sell me something else. read more

Slimy We were interested in buying a car from this dealership and had come to an agreement on price. We sent an email asking if we could put a deposit on the car to hold it, as it would be another day until we could get eyes on the car. We did not get a response to that email or a follow up. We also asked for some videos of the car and we were told they would be sent - but they were not. The next day after seeing the car we were ready to finalize the deal ... only to find out that they had taken a deposit the night before from someone else. We were upset as we had asked to put a deposit on it earlier that day and had not been given an opportunity to do so. Then the sales manager who informed us of the situation said that if we agreed to the full price - not the negotiated price -- we could have the car. While we briefly deliberated that option, we asked to speak to the general manager. He informed us that in fact they could not reneg on the pending deal with the customer who had placed the deposit, and only if that client changed their mind and forfeited their deposit could we have the car. Bottom line - don't deal with Audrey Tillemans, the sales manager who did not deal fairly with us and then tried to get us to pay more than agreed to get the car, while also dealing unfairly ( and apparently breaching a contract ) with another client. Maybe it's best to avoid this dealership altogether. read more

The young lady that offered to help said the vehicle was being serviced but would be right out. 30 minutes later she approached us and asked if we had been helped. Had no idea who we were. She once again did not return with the car. I am now a proud owner of a 2024 BMW M4 Competition. Never thought I would see the day I would leave Audi but glad I did. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They have put our life at risk not once, not twice, but 3 times. We purchased our used vehicle on a Thursday and took it straight to texas tires to find out about getting new rims and tires and a leveling kit put on. Scheduled an appointment for Monday morning to have them put on. Come Friday afternoon our vehicle is making a very loud grinding noise and we inspect it not really knowing exactly what we are looking for because we have only ever owned brand new vehicles. Come Saturday night the noise gets worse. Dealership is closed. Sunday they are closed. Monday morning I call the dealership asking if it's okay if we get new rims and tires on and they said yes that's fine brakes and tires/ rims are two completely different things. So we go ahead with everything at texas tire and also ask them to check everything because we were hearing a noise. They come back telling us our rotors are completely shot way past needing to be replaced. I call the dealership explaining to them what is going on and no one is helpful completely dismissing everything I have said and treating me like I'm some fucking retard. I'm livid at this point and so we ask texas tires to fix it for us. It's closing time so they have to wait until Tuesday to do it. I'm calling the dealership to get them to fix it instead since they have obviously sold us a bad vehicle. But they claim the rotor was at a 6 when they sold it to us. They tell me they will call me back I had to wait 4 hours for a call back for them to tell me to bring the vehicle in so they can inspect it. We have texas tires stop what they are doing they had the truck up and everybody getting ready to fix it. We take it to the dealership for them to tell us the brakes are at a 1 and that it will be an up charge on top of the cost to fix it because we put the tires and rims. We tell them no because now we just can't trust them whatsoever. So they tell us we can pick it up. We live an hour away from the dealership so they completely wasted our time and money and we put even more damage on our vehicle. So instead of paying the $450 for new rotors and new brakes now we have a locked caliper because we drove it back and forth to the dealership an hour away and now we have to pay over $1000 to get this fixed. Oh but don't let me forget! They told us our brake pad probably just fell off. WHAT THE FUCK? Brake pads don't just fall off. I'm not stupid. I have contacted an attorney and I will be reporting you to the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. read more

After many months of looking for a car that is no longer produced we dealt with many car lots. This was by far the WORST experience. Due to the Lexus IS250C being hard to find this team decided to work how they could make the most money by baiting customers with having to make an appointment & not taking any negotiating by telling you that was the price & that they could not go off what is shown online. "If you can't pay that price, we will go to the next person who was to arrive in 10 minutes." These were their exact words. We found our car & we drove three hours to have one of the best experiences in all the years we have purchased cars. SHOCKED they want let me test drive the car!! Just turned in my lease. So for my top new selections I have the Audi R8, Porsche 911 turbo, and Mercedes. Number 1 choice being the Audi R8. So I call the nearest Audi dealership in McKinney and they only have a convertible. I want a hardtop. I then went to Audi Plano again only a convertible but the sales guy told me they had 13 in entire state but luckily 3 in Grapevine all hardtops. So I call and schedule the appointment to test drive the car at 2 pm. They have a call center to confirm the appointment. CONFIRMED looking forward to test driving the car. Get to the dealership wearing my jeans, t-shirt and tennis shoes(yes I think this played a factor) and sales guy says no we can't let you test drive the car as we do not want to put miles on the cars. The car has 50 miles on it so someone has been driving the car. He goes I can't let you test drive as we do not want to put miles on the car BUT you can test drive a used one. I say ok that is fine. Sales rep then states unfortunately we don't have a used one to test drive. I am like OK I give up and state HOW CAN YOU BUY A CAR AND NOT BE ABLE TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR. I get back in my car and Mercedes my number 3 choice sends me a text with a picture of their vehicle with a red bow on it asking when I would like to pick up the car. So who gets my business Mercedes. Audi there is a reason you have 3 200k cars sitting in your dealership when there are only 13 in the state. read more

I bought a brand new 2019 Audi Q3 in September of 2019. The car had 0 miles on it when I bought it and has a little over 12,000 miles on it now. I recently had a tire blow out on I-35 due to a foreign object in the road. After putting my spare tire on, I was able to get my car to Discount Tire the next morning. Discount Tire informed me that I needed to replace all 4 of my tires because they were completely bald. Audi's tires on my car when I bought it were completely bald after ONLY 12,000 miles. The GM at Discount Tire said there is no reasonable explanation for why that should be happening after 12,000 miles; he said it was utterly unheard of. It cost me $1400 to replace all 4 of the tires on my car. An expense I should not have had to encounter for at least another 20,000 miles. I have tried countless times to contact the GM of the dealership to sort this out. It has been over two weeks, and not a single one of my calls have been taken or returned. In addition to that, I have been intentionally hung-up on by the staff multiple times. For what reason? For trying to get in contact with the dealership GM? To discuss the fact that I just had to spend almost $1.5K on replacing tires that Audi put on my car? Yes, I do believe I should receive some compensation for this. Audi Grapevine should not have sold me a car with tires that would be bald in the first 10,000 miles. I am outraged by how Audi Grapevine is treating me. Before this, I was a loyal and referring customer. Just this past September, I got my mom to purchase her car through Audi Grapevine. So for someone that has gone out of her way to help this dealership, I feel disgusted. This dealership's low quality of service and their unwillingness to listen to their client's issues and develop a solution are indefensible.
