I was positive that I was totally wasting my limited time and would end up having to buy an entire new tow hitch, but what do you know... not only did they have clips, they were cheaper than the clips for sale on Amazon. I was so relieved. The staff member who helped me was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The inside of the store is bright, clean, organized, and easy to get in/out. It's conveniently located on Preston Rd. with lots of parking space. I Highly recommend this Auto Zone Location.

He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues. I reached out to Carmon and he explained what was happening and helped my family get home safely. Furthermore, he then educated us on how to prevent it in the future. His knowledge is wide-ranging but more than that he is happy to educate his clients which is invaluable. Lastly, he is so kind he always puts us at ease (my husband and I have talked about we want to have dinner with him and his wife - we like him so much!) which is such a blessing if you're stressed about a car issue or budget.  Thank you Carmon!!!!
