There is more than one register and 3 people in line. I spent at least 5 minutes waiting in line while watching one of the employees that was behind the counter totally ignoring customers totally engrossed in his phone. The one guy that was actually working finally said "Gavin do you think you can help?" His response was "Give me a minute." I checked out and this guy was still on his phone. Pathetic. Appreciate the convenience of the warranty service on vehicle batteries. I had a bad battery and was getting it replaced at the collision center and Autozone made it simple to just swap out the bad battery for a new one without any hassle. I visit this Autozone pretty often since it is on my commute back from work. I have bought a range of items from them, and never have a problem with them being out of stock. This is really great especially if the things you need are important for car safety. I have bought bulbs for a 1989 bmw, 2010 Honda, oil filters/air filters, tons of oil, even re manufactured MAF sensor and other things. I know I can buy a lot of parts online, and I typically do when I have a project that doesn't need immediate attention, but I love visiting Autozone for fluids and everything in between. I find this location to be decently staffed, sometimes you need to go to the front to ask for help which is fine. More recently, our company box truck had a broken reflector on the top box so it would not pass inspection. Autozone had a generic piece that was the exact same size as the Ford OEM piece. Lots of small things like that make it worth my time to stop in when I have small issues. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Dale Williams just helped me more than any person has ever helped me before in any store. He was patient with me, he was kind, and he showed me everything I needed to do. He helped me clean the corrosion off the contacts of my battery. He directed me on all of the parts I needed in order to change out the connections. And then he helped me install the battery hook to keep it in place. He took his time with me, and I know that is difficult when you have so many customers. I really would like to think Dale and his store manager for all of their help today. They were gracious, they were kind, and I will recommend the store to anyone I know. Auto Zone - give these people a raise!! read more

Not only was I standing in line waiting to get check out, a person came in the store, stand in line another line, and got helped before I did. I guess no one behind the counter see me standing in line for about 5 mins. So I did the honorable thing, drop all the stuff I had in my hand on their counter and made my way to Advance Auto Parts. My first visit to this location was simply out of convenience however the staff has always been very friendly and helpful, even when you don't buy anything. They can get very busy but try and be patient, they will get to you and provide the same great customer service. Plus they at least acknowledge that you entered the store and let you know they will be with you when they finish. I've been here several times now and after my visit tonight I felt I needed to add and review this location for my fellow yelpers. I've taken 3 vehicles to get the code from the service engine light (free service), they also helped replace my windshield wipers that I had bought from a different retailer (free). Last night my Durango left me at the gas station (dead battery). I called AutoZone to make sure they had my battery in stock, which they did, so I had my car jumped and I drove straight over. As soon as I walked in Drew recognized that I was the one that had just called. He showed me the batteries/prices they had to offer and then we headed out to check my battery. Drew immediately saw that I had an AutoZone battery and suggested that it might still be under warranty. He looked up my warranty information (it's stored in their system by phone #) and thankfully it was still covered which meant FREE BATTERY for me! My new battery was installed in 10 minutes. He said they normally don't leave the store to change batteries after dark but since they were slow he would make an exception, plus there was another manager in the store. This store has been consistent with the great customer service from all the different associates and at different times of the day. read more

Overall, okay experience. I called the day before to order a part for my vehicle and paid over the phone. This was a very easy process, and I found the employee that helped me over the phone (Tonya) to be very helpful. However, when I got to the store, I waited for nearly 10 minutes for someone to come to the front of the store. Keeping in mind I was waiting by the register, to simply pick up an item which was already paid for, and another customer was waiting by a kiosk (arriving after me), the employee went to the kiosk to help the other guest first. Overall, I was in this store for 25 minutes to pick up an item that I had already purchased. The three stars were for the outstanding service provided when ordering over the phone in helping to make sure I had gotten what I needed. read more

This establishment seems to always have everything I need for the little handyman in me!! As well as having some of the best prices once compared to other establishments that compete. It's also good that the majority of the workers male or female, are very knowledgeable about the parts you buy and the pros and cons of getting what you need. With there parts I have completed putting on front brakes, Rotors, Hub and even purchased a battery operated 24 watt power torque wrench for less than any other place in the area. read more

But beware there ARE folks that will try to get you to buy more expensive items than what is needed. know what what you need and you will be good. if you're not sure, take someone with you or go to a competitor. read more

I stopped in to purchase a new battery for my wife's Mini Cooper. I was going to take it home and install it myself until Mohamed (the Assistant Manager) offered to take care of it at no charge. I had completely forgotten that they do that!! He worked diligently to get the battery out even pulling up videos on how to get the damn thing out. For those of you unfamiliar with the Mini Cooper, this task is not for the faint of heart. After struggling with it for 20 mins without a peep of frustration, I told him to reconnect and I'd take it to a shop. I can do most things myself, but this I would leave to the professionals. He recommended a shop that was across the street and off I went. The shop was fantastic! I feel that Mohamed went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get it fixed and for that I thank him. His focus was the customer's happiness and that's what I look for in a business!!! read more

Air filter for KIA Sportage not kept in stock. Ordered it on 10-11-12 and credit card was charged. Went to pick up order and manager says someone else.took my order for their order since their order was still on the shelf. So not only am I inconvenienced, but another customer has the wrong part for their vehicle. I was asked, "are you sure someone didn't pick it up for you without you knowing". ??? Really? I ordered a part via phone on Friday. This simple procedure took 45 minutes because they had difficulty running a card over the phone. I came in today (Tuesday) to pick up the part and was handed 2 identical parts. The employee acted like it was a complete hassle to return the part that they had incorrectly ordered. Why would I need 2 of the exact same part? He suggested I "keep one as a backup". Why would I want a backup of a $40 structural piece that should never break to begin with?! He reluctantly processed the return, then sighed heavily and rudely as I was walking out. That is the LAST time I buy anything from Autozone. There are too many auto parts stores to choose from and customer service is not a priority to them. read more

This AutoZone has helped me on more than one occasion, and every time, they have gone WAY above and beyond to be kind and helpful. This week, the manager of the store, Tonya, bent over backward to help me out. I'm an older, single lady with an old car and I also had a worn out battery. I had to no way to install that battery. Tonya made sure the battery was properly installed in my car and sent me on my way. Wow....unbelievable customer service. A 5-star rating is not high enough for the employees of this AutoZone!
