Let me tell you, AUDI grapevine goes above and beyond. I didn't know how affordable leasing an Audi could be. From my first time here to just yesterday, I have been treated with the upmost respect and sincerity. Ask for Vernon. I am beyond satisfied with my experiences here. Just go already! read more

Excellent customer service Mr Joel is the best & the whole Team of Audi of Grapevine Texas the best to I got my windshield breakdown on my Audi A8L and the Fixed one day excellent job Thanks lots read more

Booked service 2 days ahead of time and Audi of Grapevine worked me in. 70000 mile service and inspection was quick and efficient. The customer lounge isn't as nice as Audi of Oklahoma City, but OKC would have taken 2 weeks to get seen. Everyone was courteous and professional. Worth the drive from Lawton! read more

We are not complaining about the service we have received, but the labor price is incredibly high at $175/hour.

Thank Mr Pedro Palenzuela for your response. I will attemp to respond to you by email, and will await your response after I do.

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle, had already started documentation, about 2hrs in, a manager comes to notify us the vehicle had already been sold. He mentioned the vehicle was sold the night before and all they had to do was pick it up. There was such a lack of communication that we test drove it, started the documentation like previously mentioned, to get turned down at the last minute. read more

I had a good experience at Audi Grapevine last month, when I purchased my A4. Dax was the first to approach me. He listened to my needs and showed me vehicles that fit the mold of what I was looking for. He was open, honest, and up front about about the car buying/trade in process and I truly appreciated that. Dax is a knowledgeable salesman and will talk straight with you. I didn't have the best experience with the service center, however, after getting a rock chip in my windshield within two weeks of getting the car. The customer service was sub par but I will give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just an off day. I called several times after 5 hours of waiting at home for my vehicle and the two people I spoke to had no idea where my car was or how long it would take and did nothing to check on it. Overall... love my car--top notch. I'd purchase another vehicle from this location, but quite confident I'll keep my car for a long time! **Also, a shoutout to Technical expert, Aspen, for basically being on call with my questions the first few weeks. She knows her stuff! read more

Buyer beware! My 20 year old grandson just bought a used A4 and everything went well until he got to the finance office. He was prepared to pay cash for the car (yes, cash. He's a hard working young man and saves his money). The finance person convinced him it would be good for his credit to finance part of the purchase. (already has a FICA score in the mid 700's). Anyway, they also would give him a 30 warranty if he financed, so he agreed. After signing all of the paperwork, and getting back home, we discovered that they hit him with a rate of 25% interest. Calling my local bank to get a rough quote, with 50% down, they said because it was an older model and over 100k miles the rate would be high--- 8-10% but would need to run the app to get me a firm rate. (far below what Grapevine Audi charged him). We were able to cancel the contract and he is paying cash for the car. Bottom line..... they were taking advantage of a young man so they could make more money! Working at a dealership in the past, I understand that they make more money in the finance office than the sales floor, but this is inexcusable! read more

I've typically enjoyed my visits to Audi of Grapevine. Not this time. I purchased a new set of 4 tires from Audi of grapevine in December and paid roughly $1000. I thought this was a little more expensive than it should've been, granted as I paid $1600 for 4 new tires plus 4 new rims on my prior vehicle which was a Ford F-150. I was told by my Audi Service provider, Joel, that a benefit of purchasing the tires from the dealership would be a 2 year warranty to where I could get the tires replaced for FREE if anything happened to them, similar to what I've experienced in the past with Discount Tire.... that is absolutely not the case. Today I went in to get a flat tire replaced and ended up paying $100, which isn't even a large sum of money but I felt like I was lied to directly to my face. I already felt like I overpaid for the tires and then after expressing my concerns to the manager regarding what I was told by the person who sold me the tires, the manager proceeds to throw the contract in my face stating that it doesn't say that "in my service contract" and basically telling me that there is no resolution for me after attempting to strong-arm me with some silly paperwork. I'm a real estate agent and deal with contracts everyday. I couldn't imagine a clients reaction if I threw a contract back at their face and told them to deal with it rather than properly addressing their concerns. I do not appreciate the way I was treated at Audi of Grapevine and I would advise anyone going there to shop around before going with them. read more

Spoke with Mo one of the general managers yesterday to discuss my concerns that I described in my previous reviews. I think the bottom line is that they are short staffed and have a tough time finding good service advisors here thus leading to a high turnover rate. I think Mo is trying to work hard to improve the experience and has said that he will talking to his team regarding this, however I do believe at this time it will take awhile for them to live up to par with the Audi name. I will look forward to seeing changes in the future. He did correct me and said that their ownership has been the same since 2015. read more

UPDATE: I was contacted by the dealer. They took my Q7 back and put on new brake pads under warranty despite, This is despite Audi not agreeing to pay for it. Audi does not want to pay for the repair because he new pads are likely made of the same material as the old pads and the issue will come back in another 5-10k miles. They have no fix for dealers to offer. Audi needs to get their act together and come up with a fix and not leave their dealers to deal with unsolvable problems. Thanks Audi Grapevine for the attempt at fixing my issue. Fingers crossed it works! read more

I'm new to Texas and my car wouldn't start and couldn't be jumped. Not knowing anyone here, I had to turn to google to find a dealership, and I consider myself extremely lucky that I randomly picked Audi of Grapevine! They were fabulous! We had my car towed in and they made everything super simple for me. I am grateful for the care and attention to making a stressful situation delightful for me. read more

My car wouldn't start, after being in the shop 9 days prior for a check engine light. Rene received my car by tow, didn't look up my service history, told me there were 16 cars ahead of me and didn't know when my car would be serviced. After that I only received texts. When I picked up my car, I wasn't greeted by name only handed off to Rene who just said, "yea it was a failed battery so it was replaced." I have only had my car serviced here for 5 years, and had a excellent service using a Joel. I would never work with Rene who only sees you as a number. I felt disrespected and unappreciated. read more

What an amazing experience! From the time I walked into the Audi Grapevine dealership to the time I drove off, the experience was beyond extraordinary. It is almost impossible to express the ethical value the Pre Owned Director, Chris Stiles, displayed. He got me the perfect vehicle, perfect color at an unbelievable price!! At times I became so comfortable, I forgot about my intended purpose. The team is honest and transparent which is an excellent skill to have especially in customer service. My praise can go on and on. I was extremely gratified overall, with every part and person of Audi Grapevine. I will be a lifelong customer! read more

Had a really bad and aweful experience at this locationon on 06/16/18 (#audigrapevine). Towards the end we were verbally harassed and pressured by their manager named RICK to make the deal. The whole experience was so disturbing, its a shame that a renowned brand like Audi is doing this! will explain in detail what happened that day, but in short the only suggestion i would give anyone is to STAY AWAY from this place, better off finding good people to do business with. Drove a new Q5 in Austin and liked it - so got a quote for leasing from this dealer in Austin, but wanted to look around to check for other offers so went back home and posted on Truecar.com. received few calls and jeff - sales manager from audigrapevine, offered a huge discount on MSRP for a Q5 that fitted my requirement to lease. was spectacle initially, but after receiving repeated calls from this location, i asked my brother who lives in dallas to check out the car (before i drove from ausitn to grapevine). my brother checked the car out and confirmed it was good. on the follow up call, i asked them for leasing numbers but they insisted i come down there personally to get the correct numbers since i have a trade-in, they even insisted that i block the car by a downpayment and emailed me a creditcard form. i dint pay to block but instead got an appointment on saturday. Got a carmax evaluation for my trade-in and drove to audigrapevine along with my brother. on the paper jeff the sales manager honored the discount on MSRP he promised and upon request he even honored my trade-in a little higher than the carmax value. now everything looked fine, but am asking for the leasing numbers which the sales guy has not provided yet. the only option he provided was for financing and insisted that to get the leasing numbers it needs to go through the finance department and they will run my credit check. now we waited (for like 2 hours). finally the finance guy shows up and starts congratulating me for buying a new Q5, am like - hold on i still dint get the leasing numbers! he acts confused and tells me that am financing the car and the sales person dint inform him! when i spoke to the sales guy he blamed the guy who run my credit should have provided the numbers! am like OK whatever - give me the numbers for leasing! here comes the surprise! the numbers are way above expectation and the math doesn't add up!!! (my credit score is 734) now me and my brother are confused with the numbers, so asked him to break it down and explain. he shows his screen and the first mistake he does is with the trade-in value and after pointing that out, he gives out the new numbers which are still toooo high. the Q5 i drove in Austin was at a higher MSRP than the one we are looking here (without the discounts!!) yet the lease number was way less than what this guy is offering! at this point am totally confused so i told him about the offer from Austin dealer. he does something on his computer and goes "OK i will match it"!! - am like WTH!!! just a minute ago you said you cant go any lower and how are you able to match it now??? also i dint drive all the way from Austin to get the same number!! we dint like it so decided to walk away, then he asks what number would make me do business? we give him a number just a little below what he just matched - and he goes he needs to ask the finance manager RICK. now enters RICK head - with a big personality walks into the room saying "who's the buyer, who's the buyer, who' the buyer"!!! - i shake his hand, he goes "whats the problem?" - me and my brother just started to expalin, he rudes cuts off my brother saying - "i only deal with the buyer"!!. i told him the numbers are not meeting my expectations, he says he already gave a lot of discounts on the car and am asking for more! now am trying to explain the discounts he is talking about doesn't seem to reflect here and my brother tried to back me up, at which point RICK literally very rudely tells my brother to shut up as he is spoiling the deal!!!! its an AUDI dealership!! who behaves like that! - we walked away immediately its a big scam they are running. offering discounts on MSRP, making you wait till you get exhausted, cornering you to a position where you end up doing business! STAY AWAY! read more

I brought my car to Audi of Grapevine for 55K maintenance service on a Thursday, at the end of the day I received a generic text informing me that my vehicle has a problem that need repair. I called up the advisor, Jared Makeska and inquire about the repair and agreed to have it done. Up to the time I picked up my car the following Tuesday, Thursday was the last time I spoke to him. He NEVER call, text or email to keep me updated on the progress of my car from Friday to Tuesday !! I followed up on my car on Saturday ( he was gone for the day) and on Tuesday, I was told he was off and the car had already been ready on Monday. Jared is supposed to be an assistant manager of the service dept.. Seriously? read more

My experience at this location was very unpleasing, I felt like I wasn't a priority. The salesman showed no interest in selling me a car, he couldn't even tell me about the car i was interested in. I asked him to tell me about the Q8 while we where test driving it, explain it's features and he said it's pretty self explanatory and proceeded to talk about something else irrelevant. He literally didn't show me anything about the car. When we got back to talk about the prices he wasn't trying to sale me car he had something more important to deal with in the back and asked me to wait for about 15mins. I wasn't offered a beverage or anything. After about 7mins I got up and left. He called and apologized but I was over it. I found a SQ8 somewhere else and although I live not far from the grapevine location I probably won't even come there for service. read more

Very courteous reception by Eric who took great care of me. Not 5 star as original agent was busy for long time with another customer

The entire team really took excellent care of my car, and pride in what they do and it shows. I have been sold a lemon, a QA5. I have literally been to Audi Grapevine at least 15 times for similar issues. I had it there last Wednesday saying it needed oil and now Monday it wouldn't start and would only go 25 MPH. My car is a 2022 so not too old. I tried to meet with the manager Pedro, he never answered my phone calls and one time when I went in person, he ducked out of the office through a different door. Always get the same thing from service folks. I even have evidence I've been there more times than my service records reflect because of the Alto texts I got from the shuttle service. My repairs have even involved leaking oil from the engine! No help just hype. I tried to get this car declared a lemon and they gave me to a guy named Eddie who just tried to sell me a car, but only half way. Never called me back and then said oh Audi won't help us I thought I called you back. Nope. The only thing I can do is warn everyone of my experiences and to make your own decision about whether you want to deal with these folks. I'm selling my car and buying something else, it's not worth the pain of having an unreliable car and taking it to the dealership so many times with no fix. I could try to declare it a lemon but that takes time, too. I would caution people about the Q5s because they are actually put together in Mexico and I've heard that some are OK but others are NOT! This car is not assembled in Germany. read more

Bill Whitlock thanks for a great experience and a great vehicle. Audi Grapevine is a step above the others.

I wish I could give zero stars. We bought our Audi prior to moving to Texas. Since moving here this dealership has always been the closest to our home, even before they moved to grapevine. The customer service in the service department is terrible. They never have appointments available , they are very hestitant to give customer loaner cars and they don't honor appointment times. This is why when I purchased my last two cars I would not buy with them. Since my husband has an Audi we still have to visit this place and we are tired of the poor service. Today my husband had a 8 am appointment and an hour later he is at the dealership waiting to speak to a manager. Other Audi owners I know travel to Sewell in Mckinny and now we will too. read more

The sales manager, finance manager and Rutger were all excellent! I would recommend Audi Grapevine to anyone!!

Terrible experience Went in and worked out deal for Q7 2018 3 months ago . Unfortunately the vehicle I drove was sold . No problem the interior colour I wanted was not available until 2018 came out. You would think that rep would keep eye on Houston ( import) location to notify me .... didn't bother . I d check web site every 2-3 days and text rep . Rep did reply eventually and obviously not done any internal research. After 2-3 attempts with rep I m done thus walked into Audi dallas and made deal. Making deal meant discount was agreed , trade value agreed to and trim and features agreed to. Rep kept eye on import location in Houston and when car available walked in and finalized deal . I have to admit Audi Dallas small location and no room to grow thus waiting area is not as glamorous as New a grapevine location BUT from a sales standpoint very very disappointment at Grapevine Audi . read more

If you want a dealership that doesn't value the consumers time and complete lack of accountability this is the place for you!! Chris Fields showed me a car so new to inventory not detailed. I took if for a test drive said I'd be back later that day with my partner. He texted to ask if I had questions I did not. Came back at 6p with the car sold?? I understand but where is the communication? Then when I asked him why no text.. completely defensive!! Any salesman worth his salt would be apologetic or even try to upsell me into a different car.. NOPE! Not Chris. Here is what I got instead "You didn't reply to my text"--What?? I had no questions?? and "how did I know you were coming back"--What?? I told you clearly. You said it would be off to detail for my return. Then proceeds to tell me about the buyer of the car--What?? why do I care.. Ahh then it makes sense he likely sold the car himself. I'm a serious woman and I'm going to be taking this up to the highest levels I can to make my dissatisfaction known. GO TO ANY OTHER AUDI DEALERSHIP!! read more
