We always plan to stop here during our 600 mile road trip. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very pleant and comfortable atmosphere[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], great service, broad menu, good food

This was our first time eating at Aubrey's and we were so glad we decided to eat here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was lunch time and the restaurant was clam and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lots of great menu items and daily specials. I got the potato soup and 1/2 turkey club. It was soo good! Definitely would order again. Our service was time appropriate and all staff was very nice! High recommended!

Aubrey's is a smaller chain in the East TN area! The thick cut potato chips are a local favorite with the special sauce. The spinach con queso is a fun mix of creamy spinach artichoke dip. The chicken tender platter has crispiness that compliments well with the mac and cheese! They also have great honey mustard. A good choice for American or bar food! Both times I've gone the service has been great, they are very nice and efficient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This restaurant hosts many different events, including trivia and karaoke![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Aubrey's is great choice for both friends and family[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Aubrey's is an excellent restaurant and bar. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everything from good modern, well maintained, clean facility with very good menu selection and spot on waitstaff staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Only complaint is their menu selection is good, but limited on a variety of steak items with ribeye as their only option except prime rib on Fridays. Bar pours excellent mixers and has sufficient wine selection. This is really a 4.5 star for those opinions which comfortably rounds to a 5 star rating. Highly recommend Aubrey's!

Friendly service and a good selection of food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean and reasonably priced.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]TV' to view sport games and separate dinner area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Bristol is the halfway point on our frequent trek from Alabama to Pennsylvania and it's a good place to stop for the night. This trip, we arrived at dinnertime and remembered a local restaurant that we enjoyed in the past. We described it to the hotel clerk and she came up with Aubrey's. When we arrived, we confirmed that this was the restaurant that we had visited. Unfortunately, this visit wasn't memorable like the last. We had about a ten minute wait to be seated - not bad for a Saturday night. While we waited, we had time to peruse the menu so when we were greeted by our server, we were ready to order. I ordered the 4 side plate. I got the baked potato soup, Parmesan spinach, squash casserole and a baked potato. My dinner came out quickly while we had to wait a little longer for my husband's meal. My meal, unfortunately, was not worth even the short wait. The potatoes in the baked potato soup were overwhelmed by rosemary (or thyme maybe?) either way, it was too much. The Parmesan spinach was more spinach dip than vegetable. In fact, I ate a little on the bread and it wasn't bad - I just couldn't eat too much it. (The loaf of bread was cut in half and the cut side was hard - it was a crostini want-to-be anyway). The squash casserole was awful. If my husband couldn't eat it, that says something. At least the baked potato was good and the side plate was only $10. The hubby had the strawberry salad with salmon. He said it was very good - it should have been for $23. One of the Saturday specials was 1/2 price bottles of wine. The bottle we chose was the same price as retail - quite a good deal. You are also able to take your partial bottle with you. Often my husband and I discuss my Yelp rating before posting. We had decided on a 4 star until we paid our check. We paid with a card. As we were getting up from the table, my husband pulled out his wallet and realized that he didn't have his card. We searched pockets, my purse and the floor. Finally, we tracked down our server. She reached in and pulled it out of her pocket apologizing profusely as she said it must have slipped out of the portfolio. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt but it definitely soured our visit. We'll be back through the area in August. Aubrey's will not be our dinner stop.

First time eating at this restaurant. Isaac H was our waiter and he was outstanding. The food came out quickly. We tried the pimento cheese and sausage appetizer and it was good. My wife and daughter split the strawberry salad and they liked it. I got the 10 ounce steak with smashed potatoes with a side of white gravy. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great. They do provide a military discount which is much appreciated. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Aubrey's at the Pinnacle was a waste of my time and money. The food is way over priced and the staff was less than friendly.

The teriyaki bowl was pretty good though with various flavors of the sauces and food components. Unfortunately, as i left I used the men's room and while it was clean neither of the automatic soap squirt dispensers could be coaxed into operating with any amount of prestidigitation. A particularly disturbing experience as I had followed a kitchen crew member into the men's room who had apparently gone to to take a dump. So I guess the best he will be able to do is to maybe rinse his hands prior to returning to the kitchen??? DOUBLE YUCK. I did let the bar manager know on the way out and she did leave to go look into the soap issue. It appears to be a light, fun, and trendy place reminiscent of the Fridays restaurants but with an updated and current atmosphere inside. Probably a good place to bring a group gathering.

Since it's located inside the casino, it's not a quiet or intimate dining experience, but that fit the mood of our evening just fine. Our server, Kansas, was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal. Service was prompt, and we felt well taken care of. I ordered the Caesar salad with salmon, and my husband had the Caesar salad with steak. Both entrées were outstanding. One thing I appreciate about Hard Rock Cafe is the consistency of the food and the generous portion sizes, and this visit was no exception. A fun part of the experience was watching the band warm up for the evening. There's also a bar area where guests can order from the menu while enjoying the live music. Combined with the casino, it offers more than just a restaurant meal if you're looking for a night out. The only minor drawback is that the casino that surrounds the Cafe is a smoking area. However, we didn't notice it permeating the Cafe. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would gladly return.

We're hoping to see the Arizona / Houston basketball game but it wasn't on any screen. Asked the bartender and he quickly got the huge TV in front of switched! He definitely gets points for this. For dinner we split the nachos and though I would have loved to have some ground beef on it didn't have that option and didn't want steak. Having said that, the portion was huge and plenty for two people. There is a stage and the bar is well positioned to enjoy the band that was playing.
