We always plan to stop here during our 600 mile road trip. Very pleant and comfortable atmosphere, great service, broad menu, good food

Baked Potato Soup and 1/2 turkey club

This was our first time eating at Aubrey's and we were so glad we decided to eat here. It was lunch time and the restaurant was clam and clean. Lots of great menu items and daily specials. I got the potato soup and 1/2 turkey club. It was soo good! Definitely would order again. Our service was time appropriate and all staff was very nice! High recommended!

The food was absolutely INCREDIBLE! It came out so hot and fresh, our waiter was very kind and thorough, it was very clean, the bathrooms were clean, I cannot brag enough on this place. The tobacco onions and their homemade pimiento on the Thunder Road Burger were so incredible. I'm not big on burgers, but this was one of the best.

Chicken Finger Platter with Macaroni & Cheese

Aubrey's is a smaller chain in the East TN area! The thick cut potato chips are a local favorite with the special sauce. The spinach con queso is a fun mix of creamy spinach artichoke dip. The chicken tender platter has crispiness that compliments well with the mac and cheese! They also have great honey mustard. A good choice for American or bar food! Both times I've gone the service has been great, they are very nice and efficient. This restaurant hosts many different events, including trivia and karaoke! Aubrey's is great choice for both friends and family

Aubrey's is an excellent restaurant and bar. Everything from good modern, well maintained, clean facility with very good menu selection and spot on waitstaff staff. Only complaint is their menu selection is good, but limited on a variety of steak items with ribeye as their only option except prime rib on Fridays. Bar pours excellent mixers and has sufficient wine selection. This is really a 4.5 star for those opinions which comfortably rounds to a 5 star rating. Highly recommend Aubrey's!

Friendly service and a good selection of food. Clean and reasonably priced. TV' to view sport games and separate dinner area.

10 ounce steak, smashed potatoes and white gravy.

First time eating at this restaurant. Isaac H was our waiter and he was outstanding. The food came out quickly. We tried the pimento cheese and sausage appetizer and it was good. My wife and daughter split the strawberry salad and they liked it. I got the 10 ounce steak with smashed potatoes with a side of white gravy. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great. They do provide a military discount which is much appreciated. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

We stopped at Aubrey's while traveling through Tennessee. It did not disappoint. We opted to sit in the bar area which was off to the side of the main dining room. It was a cute space. They had a great selection of bourbons and beer. We happened to be there for happy hour which meant that some drinks are a dollar off! The drink were priced fairly and even better with the discount but we decided to get the mimosa special that was $14 for a bottle of Prosecco and two juices! We had chicken fingers for an appetizer. They were hot, fresh, and crispy. So good. They came with an assortment of dipping sauce. The buffalo sauce was delicious. It was smoky and mildly spicy. We both got the thunder road burger. I was delicious and cooked perfectly to order. The server was attentive and the food came out quickly. Overall, we had a great experience and will stop by on our next trip to Tennessee.

Bristol is the halfway point on our frequent trek from Alabama to Pennsylvania and it's a good place to stop for the night. This trip, we arrived at dinnertime and remembered a local restaurant that we enjoyed in the past. We described it to the hotel clerk and she came up with Aubrey's. When we arrived, we confirmed that this was the restaurant that we had visited. Unfortunately, this visit wasn't memorable like the last. We had about a ten minute wait to be seated - not bad for a Saturday night. While we waited, we had time to peruse the menu so when we were greeted by our server, we were ready to order. I ordered the 4 side plate. I got the baked potato soup, Parmesan spinach, squash casserole and a baked potato. My dinner came out quickly while we had to wait a little longer for my husband's meal. My meal, unfortunately, was not worth even the short wait. The potatoes in the baked potato soup were overwhelmed by rosemary (or thyme maybe?) either way, it was too much. The Parmesan spinach was more spinach dip than vegetable. In fact, I ate a little on the bread and it wasn't bad - I just couldn't eat too much it. (The loaf of bread was cut in half and the cut side was hard - it was a crostini want-to-be anyway). The squash casserole was awful. If my husband couldn't eat it, that says something. At least the baked potato was good and the side plate was only $10. The hubby had the strawberry salad with salmon. He said it was very good - it should have been for $23. One of the Saturday specials was 1/2 price bottles of wine. The bottle we chose was the same price as retail - quite a good deal. You are also able to take your partial bottle with you. Often my husband and I discuss my Yelp rating before posting. We had decided on a 4 star until we paid our check. We paid with a card. As we were getting up from the table, my husband pulled out his wallet and realized that he didn't have his card. We searched pockets, my purse and the floor. Finally, we tracked down our server. She reached in and pulled it out of her pocket apologizing profusely as she said it must have slipped out of the portfolio. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt but it definitely soured our visit. We'll be back through the area in August. Aubrey's will not be our dinner stop.

Table that was reserved for 10 people for 6pm. Only 3 people sat there until the rest showed up at 7 pm

Absolutely disgusted with what went down tonight. Reservations for 10 at the big table in the bar for 6 pm to eat, drink and play singo. These are people who come in at least 2 times a month. They arrive to a table that has been given away to 2 people...which became 3 people and the rest arrived around 7pm. We are regulars who come here almost once a week and often hang out with the people this happened to...and we are very angry at how this situation was handled. I approached the manager, Jacob and told him that was pretty shitty how that happened...he asked if we were part of that party...to which I replied "no" but we have been in here 40 to 50 times and he has never even said one word to us, although he has talked to other "regulars" You lost a lot of regulars tonight, including us. No excuse for what happened tonight. The food is usually good and the bartenders have always been exceptional but management needs some serious customer service training.

No…read morematter how busy she is, she is friendly and always does a great job while being genuinely concerned that we are happy with everything. They have 2 large bars so you are pretty much guaranteed a spot at one of them if you prefer that over sitting in one of the dining rooms. The burgers are good and the crinkle cut fries are great, when they are hot. My only complaint about the burgers, is that they are smash burgers, so they are always cooked well done instead of medium, which I prefer. Nonetheless, they are always tasty. I had the surf and turf sushi on my last visit and it was delicious! Also, $5 for a flight of 4 beers is very reasonable and they have a large selection. Jordan only works on Sundays, so that's when we go. She is honestly one of the best bartenders out of any restaurant I have ever been to.

The teriyaki bowl was pretty good though with various flavors of the sauces and food components. Unfortunately, as i left I used the men's room and while it was clean neither of the automatic soap squirt dispensers could be coaxed into operating with any amount of prestidigitation. A particularly disturbing experience as I had followed a kitchen crew member into the men's room who had apparently gone to to take a dump. So I guess the best he will be able to do is to maybe rinse his hands prior to returning to the kitchen??? DOUBLE YUCK. I did let the bar manager know on the way out and she did leave to go look into the soap issue. It appears to be a light, fun, and trendy place reminiscent of the Fridays restaurants but with an updated and current atmosphere inside. Probably a good place to bring a group gathering.

We were told there was going to be a 15 min wait, but we're seated with five minutes. We got crab Rangoon, which was delicious. The portion was fairly small for the price. But, fortunately main courses followed soon after. I got the pad thai and it was really tasty. I chose tofu as the protein, and they went fairly light on the tofu. Also, I'm used to my pod Thai having a few more bells and whistles, like more greens, sprouts, and more than one lime wedge. But, it's on me for not requesting extras of those things. I ate all of my food. The portion was just right for a sit down meal and that worked well for me because as a tourist who was bopping around town, I did not want to have a to go box. Service was friendly and attentive. The place was pretty big and fairly loud, but the tables were spaced well between each other so we weren't impacted by the noise on either side. If you're trying to find a place that multiple people will agree on, this isn't a bad choice because they have a variety of different cuisines. Overall, I would definitely stop back at some point, though I might not seek it out as my top choice for a place to eat in the area.

Was told they ran out and wouldn't be restocking it, so I ordered a Sam lager. Ordered a crock of French onion soup...pretty good but a little too salty. I also ordered a wedge salad with no onions, because when I got it before it was loaded with onions. Before the bartender brought out the salad, he showed the kitchen "no onions" so they had to remade it, but for some very odd reason, whoever made it, loaded it with salt. What's up with that? Whoever is making the salads should probably be trained how to read a slip before just randomly making something. There is salt and pepper grinders at the bar and on the tables, so it's absolutely ridiculous that they would choose to put salt on it to begin with...a ridiculous amount of salt. The bartender, Jeremiah, who was good, asked how everything was and I let him know I couldn't eat the salad. He apologized and a manager came out to check on things and I explained that I have dined here many times and ordered this salad several times before and it never had salt on it. He said something to the effect that it's been prepared this way for a while but was happy to have them make another one or remove it from the bill. I chose to not get another salad. I also choose to never go back to Outback again. Sorry to say, this will be my last time dining here. I was torn between 1 star or 2 stars
