Staff and bagels were both great. Very reasonable prices and tasted yummy. I even bought two extra 6 packs to take home to Knoxville for the next couple weeks. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Bristol.

This bakery is awesome! It's so cute with so many amazing food options. They have a plethora of bagels, lunch sandwich options, and other goodies to choose from. There is ample seating inside and two bistro tables out front for outdoor seating. Staff was friendly and serves everything quickly.

Food was great, we loved the bagels, and the coffee was great. We loved the atmosphere and the area was great. We arrived in the morning before church and we found service to be friendly but not as fast as we desired. We would gladly return.

Delicious! The bagels were really good. I especially liked the blueberry pancake bagel with the vanilla bean cream cheese. The banana nut bagel was overpowered by the cream cheese. Service was good, they were helpful, quick, and kind.

Bagel was good! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Nice crunch when you bit into it. I liked all the bagel options. They go light on the cream cheese if you're big into cream cheese.

First of all GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Friendliest and most helpful employees. First time coming here and glad I did!! Must try the olive pimento cream cheese yum!! Bagels are fresh and soft. So good. Opens at 730am which is convenient if you have work early and you can park right in front on State Street and at that time in morning you can find parking. If you never been you must check it out!! Shop local small business!!

We were here on a Saturday morning... Didn't seem that crowded but took 30 minutes to get a bagel sandwich.

The bagels may taste good. We didn't give them a chance. Because of the gnats in the display case, we turned around and left.

The bagels (I got an egg everything) were still somehow flavorless. An everything MUST have salt- it's non negotiable. In lieu of that- adding a touch of salt to the cream cheese would have helped. Salt is not meant to make things salty but to bring out the flavors of the food. Without it- it's one note bland. Pancakes were decent but for a bagel place please make the bagels more edible. Had a decent cream cheese ratio though but because it was all flavorless it didn't really matter. Simple tweak but can probably make this place really solid

The service seemed a bit slow for what we ordered, but it looked like a ton of people were waiting in the lobby, so they may get a lot of to-go orders that backed up the kitchen. The ladies working inside were extremely friendly and helpful, which was a great start. Their menu is incredibly unique and fun, featuring a wide variety of amazing burgers. As a fan of spicy food, I was pleased to see several options that catered to my taste. My server took the time to explain how they roast hot peppers to create their own unique blend, which I found very impressive. I decided to go with the Cold, Cold Heart burger, primarily because it included jalapeños. Although tempted by the Fire God Burger, the combination of scorpion and ghost peppers seemed a bit too intense for me. My burger was prepared quickly while I watched from the counter, which was a nice touch. The fries that accompanied it were excellent--slightly thicker than regular fries with a delightful seasoning. They were served piping hot and crispy. The highlight was definitely the burger itself. It was outstanding! The jalapeños added a lovely flavor without being overly spicy, and the bun was exceptional--soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together without falling apart. The meat was substantial and perfectly cooked. For condiments, they offer squeeze bottles from the fridge upon request. I opted for mayo on my burger and experimented with ketchup and mustard separately to see which I preferred. Honestly, the burger was delicious with or without the additional condiments. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend stopping in. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

We received our order and the first thing out of the bag was the fruit bowl. The pictures showed strawberries, cantaloupe, and blueberries. Picture will be posted. No strawberries and very thinly sliced cantaloupe. Then I pull out the bbq 1/2 sandwich. There is only a very tiny amount of chicken on the middle of the half sandwich. Hey they put a good amount of bbq on there. Pictures posted on this as well. If this is the amount of food you get on the sandwiches there will be one less Panera bread customer. So I called thinking surely there was a mistake. Manage says we have measuring cups for the food and it was indeed correct. They didn't have strawberries for the fruit cup so they couldn't give any. No apologies, no added other fruit or more of one of the other fruits. When I stated the chicken was only in the middle part of the sandwich she stated once again they have measuring cups for that. I surely hope Panera is not that stingy with their food that comes at premium prices.. I'm telling you if I could give it a zero I would. I ate bbq bread, thin slices of cantaloupe and a few blueberries. Soup cups 1/2 full, I can only imagine they use measuring cups for that as well.. What little circle of chicken I did eat was ok. The 1/2 cup (bowl according to them) was warm and Thank Goodness my daughter was sick because the half "bowl/cup" would not have been enough otherwise. Absolutely do not recommend and won't be back.
