The food was delicious I got the better earth bowl. It looked colorful and it was very tasty. I went with my daughters 2 and 4 years old. They ate and enjoyed. Aubergine Kitchen provides both uniqueness and satisfaction when it comes to quick Mediterranean cuisine. POSITIVES: First off, the decor is modern and inviting. The wait wasn't very long at all, and we went during a busy lunch hour. By the time our group had made it to the counter to pay for our food, it was all ready. Granted a lot of it is prepared at the counter, but even the pizzas that had to be flash-baked were ready. The selection of Mediterranean cuisine is astoundingly diverse. Choose a bowl, a salad, a pizza, a sandwich or pita wrap, or other incredible entrees and plates. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well. I had the Tri-Tip Madeira bowl, which has steamed carrots, sweet potatoes, large chunks of beef, and a base of kale and rice (I chose to do half turmeric rice and half almond wild rice). Both types of rice were well-cooked and complimented the dish well. The entree was topped with a very interesting spice of some sort, which I can only guess were whole coriander seeds. The cheesy bread that they serve on the side is amazing! It's very similar to the Brazilian pão de queijo that you'd find at other restaurants. I would love to go back and try the chicken coconut curry! NEGATIVES: the one thing that I noticed was that the portion size wasn't as big as I had hoped. Granted, the quality was good, and I was satisfied. But for the price I paid, I would've expected to at least have leftovers. PRICE: expect to pay $10-18 per person. RECOMMENDED: Tuscany chicken pizza, Tri-Tip Madeira, coconut chicken curry. read more

Why do I love going to Aubergine's? Today is a perfect example. I had to bring our pup in for surgery this morning, and I was worried and sad. I tend to eat to deal with these kinds of emotions, and I found myself pulling into the local IHOP parking lot. I sat there for a moment, thinking how I could avoid punishing my body to "fix" my brain, when it dawned on me that just down the road was Aubergine's. I could drown my worry in food that would nourish me and love me back. I immediately drove over and ordered a bowl of overnight oats, a Morning Wake Up Call (green drink), and a Cold Chocolate Nut Milk as a healthy substitute for me wanting some kind of chocolate junk food. I had enough food to last me most of the day til I have to pick up my fur baby later this afternoon, and it wouldn't make me fat or clog my arteries, or make me feel like I now needed to go to bed and sleep off my foodie hangover. I actually feel a lot happier about making this choice, and my belly is happy too! I've written lots of restaurant reviews, but Aubergines is not only deliciously good, but this one is different because it's one of the few food places around that is good for your body & soul! We ordered the Mediterranean Bowl, Protein Avocado Salad and a build your own salad. All of the food items were great, super fresh and very tasty. There was a small delay due to an injury in the kitchen, but the manager got everything resolved quickly and we are completely satisfied and we will be back!!! read more

NO PARKING BUT 10 SLOTS, SO you have to walk a ways and park in another businesses parking lot. VERY LOUD PEOPLE, you would think it was game night, but no it was not. TOO LOUD. NO PLACE TO SIT FOR ANY COMFORT. There is an uncomfortable stools to sit on at a tiny ledge at the window I reminded me of eating in Junior High Trailers with you tray smashe up to the wall. NO SPEAKY ENGLISH/ The cashier did not know we wanted to remove the Cilantro greens from the bowl. Three times I told her it was not the cilantro dressing, it was the greens they put in the bowl. JUST AN ICK experience. I ordered a bowl with chicken, black beans and avacado and rice. i received half the bowl was bleached rice and tons of soggy tomatoes that were ick. Also I received a ton of cilantro which I asked for NONE. The dressing choices were strange. I ordered LIme garlic and it tasted like no flavor but oily olive oil, So you do not get what you pay for, It was $14.00 for absolutely no taste and bad atmosphere. read more

The avocado cashew Melt was fairly good. Not too spicy, but also not bland. (It does get pretty messy though since everything has a tendency to slide out.) Was surprised to find they were out of certain items with no indicators that they were out of that until you asked. No fish. No nice milkshake. Terrible service. Ordered curbside. Used the app. No one updated the order to say when it was ready. It was raining and no one brought it to the car so I was left waiting forever and then when I went in my food was cold and there was no fork or napkin even though the bag was sealed as if for door dash. I really love this place! Every time I've gone the food has been quick and delicious, not to mention healthy. Sometimes they forget to give me the cheese bread, so I have to be on top of them. But a word of warning: DON'T attempt to order from the link on Google! I did this two days ago. Searched for the nearest location and clicked "order pickup". I showed up at the correct time, correct location (this one) for my pickup and they simply didn't have it. They said they never got it. Yet I got charged for it by Postmates, which was apparently the service used to order online. Unfortunately I didn't have time to stay and sort out the issue, because I had to pick my daughter up from school (which is the reason I ordered online in the first place). I contacted Postmates about it and so far they have charged me for the order and not responded to my emails - which is the only way I can find to contact them. So I paid for an entire meal I have gone through a ton of hassle for and never got. Stay away from Postmates!!! read more

The food is always delicious, but every location always has super dirty tables. They don't actually lean them when they run a rag over them. I clean with a baby wipe every time and it always comes up filthy so don't eat anything that touches the table. Also this location always has around 6 employees and yet it takes a while to get your order taken and service is slower than any other location. read more

I might enjoy this place if I were a rabbit or a sloth, but unfortunately I am a human. They were out of açaí so I ordered some monkey smoothie that was on the "favorites" list on the menu. I didn't get it until 10 minutes AFTER my husband finished his entire meal, and it tasted like water with a hint of cinnamon. Everything is extremely overpriced for how basic and flavorless it is. But don't blame the restaurant, blame the consumers who are continuing to keep open an establishment that has no business being in business. read more

I ordered a pita sandwich because I love tatziki sauce. I was disappointed that after making the entire sandwich, they told me that they didn't have tatziki sauce and that they were out. I told them I wished they would've said that before making my sandwich and they simply said sorry. I would've rather had something else than have a Greek pita sandwich with no tatziki sauce. So this location has to be an anomaly in the Aubergine franchise, because I have been to three other locations and had none of these issues. So this is my cautionary tale with this specific location. First off there is very limited seating at this particular Aubergine Kitchen. When we arrived there was a bit of a winter storm outside, and I was with my mother my two kids(toddlers) and my sister's two kids(toddlers). We had a full party, there was not a ton of room, however there were odd things happening in the restaurant like teenagers taking up multiple tables with 4 or more seats and no ordering table numbers. There were random seats at their bar, but overall it looked to be open but it wasn't very open. We were meeting my sister and her husband who hadn't arrive yet so we ordered our food and then ended up realizing there was not one single place for us to sit. We went outside in the storm, sat for a few minutes and everyone was freezing. So in desperation for warmth we pulled our car up and ended up sitting in our car till our food came. I went inside to grab our food when it was done with my sister. Mean time I saw that the teenage girls saved a seat for just two other friends and didn't need all that seating. Next when we got our food we asked them if we could get it to go we were met with hostility and distain. They forgot multiple things from our order. The communication was very confusing for both parties. For the amount of money you spend on a decent lunch there ( $110) and then have to spend time sitting in a storm and then in your car, then you don't even get all the food you paid for was a very disturbing experience. I understand that Aubergine is more of a laid back, healthful food vibe, however customers are spending a pretty penny for good ingredient dishes and the least the staff can do is make sure the guest had a decent experience. If you understand that there are no seats for a large family whom you just saw sit outside in a storm with their young kids, then yes it is very acceptable for them to ask for their meal to go. Please be better and more perceptive next time. I will never be going to this location again. read more

The food is great.. My only complaint is the fact that they give you baby portions of protein in whatever meal you get. If you want to pay $15 for 1/4 of a chicken breast, then come to this location. Orem aubergine does a way better job at portion control. read more
