I love this place! Great coffee, very friendly staff. Would it be possible to get umbrellas for the tables?

The food here is very consistent! I usually get the sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich but one…read morethey run out of the biscuits they use English muffins which are definitely not my favorite so be aware of that. The biscuits that they make are amazing and as far as every pastry I've tried so far I have thoroughly enjoyed every single one of them including the raspberry almond croissant and I don't even like raspberries so that says a lot! The service is great in the mornings but the last time I went in the afternoon I wasn't a fan of the attitude some of the workers had so I'm definitely sticking to mornings. (I chose not to tip because of how they greeted me and unfortunately this was the time the food was bad so I was very upset) Over all I love this place. I am all about an honest review. I love the decor and over all vibe of the place. I hope that one day they're able to expand a bit and have comfier seating so that people could stay longer and enjoy the atmosphere as well as continue to purchase more of their products!

They offer a variety of baked goods, beverages, and even ice cream that's all plant-based and organic. Part of the reason I've never checked Karma Cream out is due to the fact that they are 100% vegan. I am by no means a vegetarian or vegan and have typically found that vegan foods just don't taste as good. Although my preconceived notions were definitely proven wrong as I had two incredible baked goods from here! The cafe is quant and inviting. They offer plenty of seating and it looks like a great place to study. It is kept clean and organized as well. The service was super friendly and they seem to know locals well. The woman taking my order was able to help me decide on what to try, which I appreciated! Their baked goods appear to rotate, with some staple items and other seasonal/special items. The bakery case has plenty to offer between cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and more! Everything was super fresh as there were even workers bringing out freshly baked items to replenish the bakery case. I got the snickers brownie and a raspberry white chocolate macaron. I'm not going to lie, these items were a little pricey coming in at $10. I guess this should be expected when considering the ingredients going into the products. The brownie was recommended to me and it didn't disappoint. The brownie had the texture of a Betty Crocker mix, which I wasn't expecting for a all-vegan baked good. It wasn't dry and honestly had pretty good flavor. The whipped "snickers" icing on top was really amazing and complimented the brownie nicely. This wasn't an amazing brownie, but it wasn't bad either. The macaron was really good though and it was extremely reminiscent of a non-vegan macaron. I was the most impressed with this item and would recommend. The raspberry flavor was spot on and very fresh--delectable! Overall, I am glad a took a chance and checked out Karma Cream. The items I had didn't taste like they were vegan at all and were good. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere very welcoming. I really appreciated how clean it was too. I need to come back and try their coffee or matcha, along with their ice cream! I will certainly be back and look forward to trying more.

Stopped here to meet a friend for breakfast…read more A delightful quirky bakery with lots of natural ingredients. A small but eclectic selection, including fresh made pasta for sale. I had a chocolate croissant, which was excellent. Do not, however, order chocolate milk. They have milk, but they do not have chocolate. They poured a bag of fake chocolate powder that is normally added to water, to the milk. Obviously that was terrible.

I had an older lady in front of me get 2 pieces of the quiche and asked for them to be light in color because she wanted to heat them up at home. The blonde girl rolled her eyes at her. I thought wow that was rude but maybe the younger girl was having a bad day but still no reason to take it out on this older lady. I also thought I'm going to see my friend and mushroom onion quiche sounds delicious. I decided to get 2 slices of it. I asked her to please warm it up. After it was done warming up I watched her try to pull it out of the over and saw her ripping it apart and then shrugging her arms like whatever. Then she handed it to me like she had not just done that. I went out to the car looked at it and brought it right back in and told her you know the crust is all ripped off these and she told me yea that's what happens when you heat up quiche. No, that definitely is what happens when you are obviously aggravated about something else and take your aggression out on my quiche and then just shrugged your shoulders and hand it to me anyways. I even had tipped this chick because I always tip and that really makes me mad. Another very kind girl came out from the back with brown hair and refunded me my money and apologized. I don't want to come back in here now sadly because of the blond girls attitude. Sad I lost a place I liked coming to because I don't want to deal with an employees that is rude to the customers for no reason.

Ryan and Aaron…read morewere excellent hosts and baristas, focused on quality, great coffee and friendly welcoming conversation. I ordered my traditional double espresso, straight up, to test the coffee. The presentation was perfect, the taste was fantastic and there was not even a hint of bitterness. Inquiring about the coffee's origin revealed it is locally roasted, 20% Ethiopian and 80% Colombian. This yields a perfect balance of smoothness and complexity which is quite unique, wonderful and approachable. They also have an in-house baking program for all their cookies and pastries. Since I'm dairy and gluten free, I had to pass but my good friend enjoyed his cookie. The location is on a quiet street with plenty of parking across the street to the northeast. Just look for the secret parking area marked as a tow away zone. Lowbar has a unique, welcoming vibe with a comfortable environment, great air conditioning, a humble exterior, a spotless bathroom and the right amount of seating. Plus, skateboards! Life is good with unique tasty coffee, in a unique stylish shop with friendly unique hosts!

I got a vanilla latte and he got a mocha latte. Inside, the menu was very basic with only one or two specials. As someone who isn't super knowledgeable of coffee, it was a bit overwhelming since I'm used to just ordering flavored lattes that are pre-established. I personally enjoy more fun flavors so I was a little disappointed but again, I can tell this is a good place for coffee in general. The inside had some seating (around 3 tables). Lastly, the service was nice and helpful if we had any questions
