House built in 1960, with a very small and tight crawl space. It was a mess up there! His crew "got 'er done" fast--pulled all the old, rusted and leaky ducts, insulation, etc.; added ceiling access hatches where needed, thoroughly cleaned and bleached the areas, closed off any possible rodent access, reworked the whole duct system, added UV lighting for purity, finished a difficult job in only 2 days, followed up to be sure everything was in good working order, and has even scheduled another courtesy follow-up for 2 months from now. This company was so helpful! From the original meet and greet to getting the insulation taken care of! Aaron was very professional and the installer Raphael was very friendly and showed us in detail exactly what was done and went above and beyond by fixing a vent that came undone. Mounted the ceiling fan for free, but you will need to connect the ceiling fan yourself or find an electrician to do it for you. Overall a wonderful experience and definitely recommend this company! She could not have been more friendly and helpful. Then, Aaron came out on a Sunday morning to take a look at the attic and crawl space. They had given us a window of time that he'd be coming. One of the most responsive customer-centric companies I've ever hired. I needed the crawlspace on my 1200 square-foot house insulated. Aaron came out quickly met with me and went over the proposal. Within less than a week he had me on the schedule for the installation. Once they arrived, the job was completed quickly. I had scheduled an estimate on a Wednesday and a crew of 4 showed up bright and early the next morning to clean out my attic and re-insulate. On the day of the estimate, Loui and Or detailed what needed to be done and they looked for opportunities to provide me a discount or offer additional services either free or at cost. They were also very flexible with regard to scheduling, offering multiple times, including Sunday, to work around my calendar. Thursday morning when the crew arrived, their Project Manager quickly introduced himself and explained the itinerary of activities they would be undertaking. The other crew members followed quickly behind, creating a "tunnel" from the attic to the outside, to keep dust and debris from infiltrating the house. All the crew were courteous and professional, and worked with urgency. They really seemed to be a well oiled machine. I recently called Attica Green Solutions to check out a rodent infestation in my attic. Loui came out to the house, made a complete inspection, showed me in detail what was needed and explained the process completely. He was very pleasant to talk with, answered all of my questions, and he gave me a great price for the work to be done. A team of five well trained guys came out within a couple of days. They first created a tunnel of plastic sheeting from the attic entrance to the front door to assure that no part of the house would be exposed to the contaminated insulation as the brought it out. Then they removed all of the old worn and contaminated 42 year old insulation, vacumed the attic completely, air sealed, disinfected, and rodent proofed the entire attic....then re-insulated with the latest insulation product. All throughout the process they guys were pleasant, advised me, and answered all of my questions throughout the process. I told them of a small leak in my bathroom, and before they re-insulated one of the guys even sealed the leak, coming from a roof vent, with a special foam sealant. I have a 70 year old house so they even disinfected and rodent proofed through the crawl space under the entire house. They also looked over the entire house exterior and rodent proofed, even up on the roof. After all of the work was done they showed me pictures of the attic and the entire process. The whole attic and crawl space process took about six hours. They did a great job of cleaning up everything after they were finished. I received a 3 year warranty, so if, by a remote possibility I have any further rodent problems they will come back and do more rodent proofing free of charge. They did a great job. I realized I had a few mice over the years in my garage but I was dumbfounded about the mess in the attic. Before I bought the house in Oct 2016 it had been fumigated so I thought I would have no problems. I was so naive. A big dead rat only a couple of months gone and then I heard over my head in the kitchen area what I thought was them spreading pellets of poison. Noooo it was then sweeping up rat pellets. They foamed and meshed the openings. I honestly don't know how many cans they used but it was a lot. Then hit the garage too. The men and Loui were very professional. Warning thief alert!!! Arron the technician came to my home to give me a quote. I came here on Yelp and saw these guys were five stars all the way .so immediately trusted them based on their reputation!!! My mistake! My house is 2400 sf two story home which they charged me for! The problem is that my attic is only 300sf which (covers my room only )so he went in my attic for about 2o minutes tops and came down and explained to me the whole process I was happy and I knew I would hire these guys based on their reputation but this was my mistake trusting them .this guy by no way made a mistake he charged me for about 2000sf that Was never their or done I know this because I had two more inspections done to confirm this .I knew this would happen because of my age and gender people like this love taking advantage of you when you have very minimum knowledge in construction this is what a call a classy thief. Thousands of dollars was taken from me without a clue. Even the day of the actual job all I kept hearing was the workers talk about how easy of a job it was.
