My elderly immigrant mom doesn't use Yelp so I'm writing this review on her behalf. We called Antonio to fix our water-damaged bathroom ceiling. He was a pleasure to work with, and my mom was super impressed with his care and attention to detail. He was professional, responsive, neat, and organized. She has brought up Antonio in conversation to me many times since. Thank you for taking care of my parents and their home, Antonio! read more

I had an excellent experience with Grade A Handyman Services. Antonio responded quickly and arrived at my home within an hour of my service request, which was very impressive. He replaced the damaged shoe molding with excellent craftsmanship, and the finished work looks perfect. Antonio was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and cordial throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was done right. His work was clean and neat, and he left the area spotless when he finished. He was also flexible in accommodating my requests, and his pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Antonio and Grade A Handyman Services and will definitely use them again for future home repairs. read more

Although Antonio started several projects at my house he finished non of them over a 4 week period. I'm truly disappointed. Especially when we terminated our relationship he flipped off my 74 year old wife. These are facts. Not opinions. read more

Antonio did a quick and impressive job handing some warped windows and wet walls inside a mobile home. He texted us prior to his arrival so we knew when to expect him. He understood what needed to be done quickly and easily - very easy to communicate what was needed to him - and broke up all of the needs into a more manageable project. We will have him back to do the rest of the items on our punch list. Recommend! read more

Redone my shower floor within a timely manner. Overall good response time and accurate when it comes to the quote.

I contacted Antonio this morning at 9:30 to replace two smoke alarms that I couldn't put back up on my ceiling, and I needed to replace all the other batteries in the remaining alarms. I have very high ceilings, so they were not easy to get to. He was here by 12:30, and had all the work done easily and quickly! I'm so impressed by the promptness, and his overall customer service! read more

Antonio is great at communicating and he takes pride in his work. He and his father took care of some discoloration in the celling of my condo. The work looks great and they took the time to clean up before they left. read more

As another reviewer mentioned Antonio is flaky. Reached out to get a quote on a job for a client of mine who needed a simple kitchen faucet install. Instead of telling me he was busy or wasn't interested he kept saying he would get back to me and that he could do it. Then, he ghosted me for days and ignored my messages. When he finally got back to me didnt even seem to care or offer to make it right. Client was upset so I had to call another local handyman who was quick, communicated and got the job done. read more

Antonio and his team are very professional! I had a shade structure (pergola) in the front of my house that was damaged in a storm. I hired Antonio to replace it and he did a very good job. A couple people have commented to me on how good the new structure looks. Not only did he complete it in a timely manner, but he improved on the old design so that the top had better support, and he used better lumber. He also ended up doing some extra work on my gutters. His price on both jobs was reasonable and he was not hard to get a hold of when I needed to talk to him. He's very knowledgeable about many different aspects of carpentry and construction. I definitely recommend him, and hope to hire him again myself. read more

We needed the wooden bottom of our window fixed, a toilet installed, lights installed, and some drywall mudding/painting. I highly recommend this business. Antonio is easy to work with and very responsive and respectful. No job seems too hard for him to complete. Grade A is a great choice for all your handyman needs. read more

I hired Antonio to mount three TVs, two sound bars and do drywall work. His drywall texturing did not match the existing drywall on rest of the walls. there was lots of extra drywall applied so it was obvious the areas work was done. I have to hire another drywall person to redo everything. one of the mounts for the TV was not straight and the screws were put in at an angle so they are not flush with the mount. Have to hire another handyman to redo this mount. He did not hide the wires in the walls for one of the sound bars even though we spoke about it extensively. He put a hole in the drywall without checking to see if there were studs behind the drywall that would prevent the wires from being hidden. After placing the large hole, he told me he could not hide the wires because the stud was in the way. Now I have to get that area re-patched and textured. It is going to cost me over several hundred dollars to get the repairs done and now I cannot get my placed rented on time. He didn't come and finish the job on time and did not respond to my texts for days. read more

Antonio was very professional and very responsive. I had originally hired him to-re do the flooring at my moms house but we ended up wanting to paint and to do a small change within the home, we also had a pony wall that was of no use and asked to have it removed. Antonio was able to remove that wall and even out the edge which made it look like the pony wall never existed. We also needed the tv hung in a different spot and he was able to remove it, fix the old holes and hang it in the new spot. Antonio was very flexible with the additional things we wanted to get done. He has very fair and reasonable prices and did an outstanding job with everything we asked for. We are definitely going to hire him again for future jobs that we need and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs house work. 10/10 job! Thank you Antonio! read more

Called Antonio to do a project in my daughter's bedroom. He hung closet doors, replaced ceiling fan, mounted tv on the wall and hung a curtain rod. The only complaint was that his estimated time of arrival was off by more than an hour both days (the first day was just him doing a walk-through and giving an estimate). When he arrived, he did a stellar job! Very efficient, professional and knowledgeable! His prices are very fair too! I will hire him again for my next project read more
