Even called ahead of time and asked rep to hold in front as we were driving from Sacramento. The entire time my husband was walking/trying the shoes on we had a bunch of what appeared to be loss prevention folks near us and following us all the way to the paying line. Didn't they feel dumb that we were NEVER going to steal anything and were in fact paying for the shoes. Truly unacceptable, unnecessary, and even felt racist. No further comment.

I would never recommend using them. They are horribly overpriced! You might as well use another local business or go through an online store like Custom Ink or Teespring.

I set up an appointment with a stylist online and she called to ask what I was looking for, my sizes, color preferences etc. I was very specific- I needed an interview suit for my conservative industry, as well as day to day office pieces and shoes. I also said I was open to jewelry (costume - Nordstrom is one of the best stores for costume jewelry that is still high quality IMO). We set an appt and I cane in and she had reserved a large fitting room and had it filled with suits and separates. Everything in row sizes (I'm a 4 or a 6 based on the designer). Nice job of bringing in both high end and more reasonable prices. No shoes, no jewelry, no outfit suggestions. That was the "style" part I really wanted. Basically for a free service it's a nice time saver to have clothes pulled and ready for you to try on. But that's it. I was prepared to spend a lot of money because I hadn't shopped much in a long time and I ended up with a single suit, a blouse, and a random t shirt I later texted the same stylist to ask if she could pull some options for an upcoming wedding I had to go to. Never heard back.

I'm not a member (I used to be), and I didn't feel like signing up. But I used my husband's military discount and got a little money off. The cost of these scrubs are pretty comparable to other popular scrub brands out there, maybe a little cheaper at that. But the quality of the scrubs is great! I avidly shopped at fabletics for their leggings in the past, and have really loved the quality of their workout clothes. Happy to report that they've lovingly made scrubs with the same great quality! Fabletics is a nice choice if you're looking for scrubs or workout wear that are a little friendlier to your budget! I was helped by a friendly sales girl, HOWEVER, she was so eager to sign me up for an Athleta credit card that she told me I would get a $25 reward and when I asked if I could use it same day, she said yes. Of course she raced to do the transaction and when it was complete told me it was actually a $20 reward and I would not get it for 6 weeks. I told her I did not want the card, but she said it was too late. Of course she will enjoy the commission on this while I left feeling 'conned'. I just had to let you know. Even if you are buying 10 items, please be sure to insist the sales people ring up 5 separate transactions of 2 items at a time so you get the best deal, otherwise, they will ring them all up together and only give you the 4 very lowest prices. It is unfortunate that the sales people don't tell customers this information in advance, but at least when you realize it, you can usually return everything and have them re-ring it so you get the deal. But, it is absolutely scammy when they don't tell you and it's a "final sale". I saw a lady in this store today buy multiple items only to find out that she did not get the deal she thought she was getting because of the way the transaction was rung up. Because it was a "final" sale, the man ringing her up said he couldn't help her and it was too late. The sale was final. Whether that was really true or not doesn't matter as much as how the sales person treated this customer. He had no empathy and really was not a nice person about it. After the lady left, he said "why do I care what happens, the stores closing and I'm not going to be here anyway." It's such a commentary on how some people just can't be kind. How hard would it be to tell customers ahead how best to have their transactions rung up to get the deal or at least be kind when the customer feels very wronged? I really don't know what is wrong with people these days. I hope this lady disputes this transaction with her credit card company because I'm sure she will be given the accurate amount she would have gotten with a proper checkout process, but with everything happening in the world today, it so sad to see that a young man couldn't have been a nicer human.
