I had a small job, just moving a fridge a couple of blocks. I was quoted some really outrageous fees. Greek Movers were reasonable, so I decided to work with them. They were excellent! Very good communication, very efficient. Peter is so friendly, a pleasure to do business with. I like this moving company far better than the one I used for our huge move in June. read more

We have hired many movers in the past but Peter, Andrew, Josh, Joe and Imari were very quick, efficient, flexible, organized and extremely professional individually and as a team. They got the move down in less than 7 hours despite how long the distance, traffic and how big the move was. I'd would definitely rehire their services again to help me and my family move in the future. They are also very polite and respectful of our belongings and what's great is that it's obvious they all take great pride in customer service and in their work just to help other people in what could be such a stressful transition in their life. They all deserve a bonus and a raise!! read more

I booked a week and a half from move. Called or emailed several days before move. Confirmed the day before. Well short story they called ,Me day of move and said SORRY I can't move you. Really? Then said I found you another mover for 136 dollars more. Not cool! Peter promised me 50 dollars, well you know I didn't get that. He was sending it to my daughters venmo she never received it. I would never use these movers again. I was trying to save money and book a low budget company. Just pay the difference it will be worth it. Mikes movers were great I had 1 day notice and they came on time. read more

Had the pleasure of using the Greek Movers again. Despite the heat and difficulty of moving into the new house, Jacob and Ephraim did an incredible job. Can't recommend enough read more

I never thought moving could be so painless. On less than a days notice, Ephraim and Kevin were able to move all my belongings from city to city efficiently and honestly. I can not recommend them enough. read more

I contacted Pete and he picked up right away (didn't have to wait for a call back very rare) he said he would accommodate me no problem. he said let him know the time and he will be there.. Pete and Mike were very patient, kind, very professional and on time . Pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend there services to family and friends. Honestly, hands down the best movers I have ever experienced. The two gentleman that came to help did such a wonderful job! They were very quick and efficient! The prices are very reasonable and most importantly they are so careful! It is really hard to find movers who know what they are doing! I rarely write reviews but this team deserves the highest ranking review out there. I will be using Greek movers for all of my future moves and I will also recommend them to all of my friends and family! read more

Worst movers ever! They kept pushing back the moving time even before moving day. Started out with a 9:00 am time. A few days before the move, our family members were notified that the new time would be 12:00 noon. Annoying, but it is what it is. The night before, the confirmation email now said between Noon and 5:00. Pretty big time span. We stayed positive and hoped for the earlier end. A little after 1:00 we contacted them to see if they had a more specific time frame and were told between 4:00-5:00. This was very concerning with the amount that needed to be moved and the distance of the move. At 4:00, still no contact initiated by them about the time, so again we called and were this time told, between 5:00-6:30!! This was definitely not realistic! It was cutting it too close to the time that the storage unit closed, which they knew was the first stop. They also knew there was a second stop necessary and a 30-40 minute drive with the traffic that late on a Friday. Not to mention it would have had us moving them into a new neighborhood after 8:00 pm. What a rude and disrespectful thing to do to the new neighbors! Our family members chose Greek Movers because they were cheaper than others and more local. HUGE Mistake, but lesson learned! You get what you pay for!! Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and hire QShark!! You can read my review about our experience with them here on Yelp. read more

This company was fantastic tomorrow with. Fair priced and exceptional customer service

Crew was able to come early, I was happy about that, very professional they were able to move my bedroom furniture in 20 minutes. I highly recommend. Will use them again. Job well done. read more

These guys moved our 2 bedroom apartment. In 4 hours total they moved us from Redlands to Rancho Cucamonga. That included moving fridges and couches. I was quoted up to $200 dollars more by competitors. If you need movers you cannot beat the price or quality of service. Thanks again guys! read more

I needed a last minute mover to help transfer apartments. Greek movers took my info and I got a call the same day- a Sunday!. I got scheduled for 0800 on NYE with a quote of $267. They have a minimum of three hours work for 267 cash. 10$ extra per hour ($99!as opposed to $89) for card. My move was for a one bedroom and only took 1.5-2hrs, but I still had to pay the full price. The minimum of three hours for small moves is the only negative I have. I knew my move would take at most two hours. If I would've been able to pay for the two hours I would've given five stars. Besides this, the movers George and Nigel were VERY productive! They didn't act weird or nervous and talked to me before starting the timer which is very nice. I will definitely look into this company for moving again! You will not be disappointed. read more

GET YOUR MOVE DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! I initially hired another moving company who was not available on the day I had reserved! I was so grateful to get a quick response from Greek Movers for SAME DAY SERVICE ON A SATURDAY! Wow! They HUSTLED and unloaded my POD, moving heavy furniture and appliances AND assembled things like the bed and dining table. They SAVED THE DAY! Slow to learn a lesson, I honored the second job I had reserved with the first company, then had to call Greek Movers A SECOND TIME to pick up where the others slacked off. GREEK MOVERS saved the day ONCE AGAIN. IF YOU WANT THINGS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, you gotta hire GREEK MOVERS! read more

Worst experience, I have contacted Peter the owner 10 texts messages, 2 emails and 1 certified letter of all the damage to my personal items and also a broken water main from his worker David. He hasn't responded at all. I feel he has had ample time to make this right. Just to add there was other damage to my items, they dropped and broke my China cabinet, scratched my dresser that had just been painted, dints in my washer, two holes in my new couch that I just bought. I moved from Redlands to a senior community you would think they would have better customer service. read more

I would recommend this service. They were very professional, careful with my furniture, and kept in touch because they were running late on the previous job before mine. I would definitely use their service again. read more

The Greek Mover in Redlands California, moved me on November 30, 2021. When they arrived the truck broke down. They had another truck sent to my location from Uhaul. The person that brought the truck started helping the other three guys pack the Uhaul. They tried to charge me for the fourth guy. However because thing got so bad during the move they decided not to charge me. I never asked for the 4th person. No one took the time to wrap anything. They tired to move my bed without taking it apart. They also was dragging it across the floor with no wrapping. My bed is cloth so I asked them not drag it. They didn't have the tool to disassemble it. I borrowed tools from my neighbor to disassemble the bed. Next they spent over 45 minutes trying to mover my treadmill which never got mover by the way. They need tools to disassemble the treadmill. I had to go back and asks my neighbor for tools. The Uhaul truck they had couldn't contain everything that I need moved. Once the truck was full they left everything else and didn't finish moving the rest of my things because they wanted more money if they did return for the rest of my things. The truck that broke down sat in my neighbor for 3 days. I call the company and told that they had tickets on the truck for the post office. To some up everything they broke my table leg also. I have been calling Peter leaving messages to call me but he has not return my calls. I did express to him initially that i would like to resolve this at the lowest. He stated that if I had insurance on the table he would pay the deductible. I don't have insurance on the furniture. I have never deal with a company like this before. I do not recommend this company to any one. Sincerely Unhappy Move read more

I have used the Greek Movers three times in the last couple years, most of the time for quick heavy lifting for refrigerators and washers and dryers and most recently to move my entire home. Not only were they professional, they handled my items with care! Will always choose Greek Movers for all my moving needs!! read more

We were very happy with Peter and his crew on our interstate move. It was an arduous journey and the guys did great. It included a move out of a second story apartment AND the emptying of TWO storage units, including over-size items. Amazingly, they got it all on one 26 foot truck. There was a long drive over mountain passes, and then off-loading into an average size home. No items were damaged. None. Not even antiques. The crew worked fast and hard. They were courteous and efficient and had superb esprit de corps. They were fun. They did no complaining and I had no complaints, either! **We had used Greek Movers for simpler, cross-city moves on 3 other occasions and we were also satisfied with these much shorter moves.** We recommend Greek Movers without reservation. We would use them, again. There are significant advantages over the "professional" big-name interstate moving companies: 1. No combining of our stuff with 3-5 other families living in different areas or states, all put on the same gigantic semi-truck. 2. It took 2.5 days rather than 6 to 12 days. Greek Movers is a nimble firm. And you don't have to stay in a hotel for multiple days or a week or more, waiting for the "pros" to get to your place and off-load. 3. The price will likely be less be less with Greek Movers for most folks, as compared to using the pro movers. Moreover, Peter is willing to negotiate. Don't even try that with the corporate firms. read more

They never showed up!! I had scheduled a small move, short distance that would have been their minimum fee. Received 2 emails confirming the job. On the day of the move I called when they were a half hour late and was told that since I never replied to their calls & text messages the day before they canceled the job. I never received a call or text from them!! Verified that they had the correct phone number. He said when they called it went to voicemail. When I asked why he didn't leave a message he got flustered so I knew he was lying and hung up. So beware - if they get a better paying job they might not show up! Wow! Queen of England!!?? That's professional! You KNOW you never texted me or left voice messages (they come through even IF a phone is on silent by the way). But make the customer look like the bad guy so your Yelp reviews can look good. read more

They are the best! Very professional even with an annoying landlord on their back. I'll message them at 8 AM and got them by 11 AM. And they worked for almost 6 hours for a good price too. I will definitely call them again. Thanks guys! read more

I have moved many times in my life and have had good, bad, and the occasional great experience. This was a great one. Peter, DJ, and Xanthe moved us yesterday and brought amazing energy, excellent care for our items, and terrific attitudes! They wrapped everything carefully and not a single item was broken. Moving itself isn't necessarily fun... but they made it seem like fun for the time they were with us. I highly, highly recommend them for your move. read more

Fantastic movers! Junior and Jesse did such a great job moving me out of my apartment. Totally thankful, happy, and impressed on how great of a job they did. From the moment I chose Greek Movers nothing but ease. They were on time right as Peter had said when I booked. They kept me updated and informed. Very professional! They took great care of all my stuff and wrapped and secured everything. Jesse and Junior made my day and my move stress free. They are amazing! I can't thank them both enough. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Greek Movers for everything! Hands down the best move I've ever had! read more

We needed mover to help us with a 2 hour move and they were the worst. We added on packing to which the guys didn't even know we had and then had to wait extra time. They did not know how to break down and put the beds back up and claimed they didn't have the tools for it! Packing job was bad they literally threw things in boxes not a care ans broke some of our items. They were not supposed to empty the dresser drawers abd they did and threw the clothes wherever they could, they didn't move stuff into the right room. I could go on and on. When I call now they send me straight to the answering service. I have left 12 messages with no call back, and when I got through to someone he hung up on me. Would never recommend snd am reported to bbb and chamber of commerce read more

SO SO happy with my experience with Greek Movers about a week ago. We moved from the Inland Empire to Santa Clarita (from a four bedroom house to a five bedroom house) and they did a phenomenal job. It was a LONG day but they got it all done. We got the full service move. So we had NOTHING packed. They arrived at 8 AM (exactly when they said they would) and got started immediately. They had three guys for packing and then had five guys to load and unload. Their packing services are a flat rate, regardless of how long it takes. And then you pay hourly for the loading, unloading and double drive time. I looked up about 8 different movers on Yelp (all with great reviews), and Greek Movers ended up being the most cost efficient. I had messaged Peter on Yelp to ask some questions and he was SO nice and patient even with my thousand questions. Thank you so much Greek Movers! I hate moving but if I have to move again, we will call you for sure! read more

These guys were so awesome!! I had to move on a moments notice and they were able to find a time frame that worked for me. They were fast but efficient! They took great care of all of my things, not one single thing got scratched lost or broken. Super nice guys, very professional. They took Venmo which was very convenient for me! I am using these guys next year when I move again read more

They were nice guys and easy to work with. However, they had a whole in the top of the truck. It rained and messed some of our items up. They said oh well and they can't do anything about it. Terrible at responding and feel like they are just hoping to go away. Saying insurance doesn't cover it, but I feel they should compensate for the issue. It's not my job to climb to the top of their truck and make sure there is no hole. Called and messaged many times. Still no response. If you use them. Be sure to check truck for holes, tires, engine etc because if anything happens to the truck that affects your items, they won't help ya out. read more

These 3 guys were great....I had tons of "stuff" (my daughter calls me an organized hoarder) and they were quick and careful! I hope I never have to move again but if so, I would definitely use them! This is the 4th time I've used movers to move and they have been the cheapest! They even went to our storage units and dropped stuff off and picked stuff up! Thank you Thank you! read more

Would highly recommend! They were fast and had great attitudes! Made moving day enjoyable for us. Would use again if I ever had to move

Messaged Peter in search for pricing. Peter was very helpful and accommodating towards my plethora of concerns. Dj and his crew came and assisted in our move, the guys were very upbeat and very hard working. Me being a left arm amputee and my husband just getting out of knee surgery were unable to accomplish this move on our own. These guys worked hard from start to finish lifting our variety of heavy equipment to helping me with the clothing boxes. Highly recommended read more

I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. The movers did not have a dolly that worked so they had to use mine. They did not bring the boxes to pack with which caused me to have to go to home depot to buy them so they could pack. They took their time and had their cigarette breaks every 45 minutes. They did not know how to pack the truck well which caused me to have to hire another truck from another company to get my garage full of belongings. I reached out to Peter the owner and he offered a discount but did not relay information to the movers therefore I had to pay full price..then Peter has avoided all my calls since. They are not professional and gauged me on the costs. Do yourself a favor and hire a u-haul...you'll have better luck! read more

DO NOT hire this company! My husband and I booked them to move from San Bernardino to Beaumont two weeks in advance. They gave us an arrival window between 12 and 5pm. The day of the move they called to let us know they may be closer to 5 pm but would keep us updated. They did not keep us updated. 5pm came and when my husband finally got a hold of someone they said they couldn't tell him if they were going to come move us because they were busy working on moving a million dollar mansion. Very unreliable and downright unethical!!! read more

I encouraged my partner to arrange our movers through Greek because I use them twice before in the past and is very happy and impressed. This time we were given a 12 noon through 5 PM time frame and you guys showed up at 5 PM. When they showed up at 5 PM they came and looked at our apartment and went to talk amongst themselves and came back in and stated they may need a third person because at this point they are exhausted from their previous jobs. They were on the phone for 30 minutes and we expressed our frustration and that we were expecting to get started. 30 minutes goes by and then they start not knowing they start at the clock at 5 PM. The night was a nightmare. They were dragging, took their time, made many phone calls to their supervisor asking questions, they took multiple breaks, and one of the movers was bringing in one box at a time to our new apartment So they're running up the clock. They struggle to get a dresser upstairs and stated they weren't tall enough or strong enough between the two of them so they left it downstairs in our living room after damaging the wall in the hallway. In addition to the wall damage they broke a $90 lamp. They spent so much time on the phone talking to their supervisor about possible strategies and taking breaks that it took up the majority of the time. We were so disappointed and the supervisor should have apologized to us and refunded us the majority of our money and sent help to cover them. That was the hardest $500 We have ever spent because the service received was absolutely horrible. And now we are left with a large dresser in our living room and hallway damage and we were told that they could possibly send a few other people out today if we arrange it and pay. I regret the decision of hiring them as our movers. And this is the first time we've ever gone without tipping anyone that's how bad it was. read more
