Before I decided to hire Artem for my upcoming move, I called around to other moving companies that were listed with high ratings on Yelp. They all were ready to work with me but there were too many added fees for just about everything under the sun. I spoke with Artem on a Tuesday, and he helped me moved on a Wednesday. Although, I didn't need any, his truck was fully stocked with supplies. He arrived on time and was ready to work. There was a slight miscommunication with a large item, but Artem worked with me until I felt comfortable he could move it without any damage being done. He worked quickly to break down/load/unloaded and put all of my furniture back together. The truck was packed securely and unpacked with great care. Not a single item was damaged. There were no hidden fees at the end. I'll be using Artem again for any future moves and I am going to highly recommend Artem to my friends and family. I researched and contacted over 15 moving companies and chose AT due to their great reviews and rates, as well as Artem's quick responses. Two of his men arrived right on time, as promised; quickly evaluated the items I needed to be moved (mainly large items from a 2BR/2BA apartment to another one 2.5 miles away); informed me of any potential extra charges (e.g., extra secure wrapping for TV and glass table, etc); and went straight to work. My old location had no dedicated loading dock and no possibility to reserve (non-freight) elevators so the movers had to be flexible but told me up front that it would take more time which I was ok with. Luckily my new location had a great setup so they unloaded everything quickly. Before they left, they told me to go into the truck to make sure none of my items were still there. Nothing was missing or damaged and no unreasonable charges were added. I would use them again! read more

As the other ratings showcase, Artem and his team are good at what they do. I noticed the truck looking out the window one day and decided to do an inquiry. Who says daydreaming isn't productive. I moved from one high rise penthouse to another in a congested city in MD on a Saturday afternoon, and it took only 2.5 hours... And that's including an elevator fiasco at the building I was moving into. Easily could've shaved off 30 mins. But no worries, they adjusted well with no problem and we had some laughs about it along the way. We all know the horrors of trying to move a couch - the way they maneuvered the angles without touching a wall was like poetry in motion. During the reassembling of my bed, it's somehow even sturdier than it was before - can't complain about that. They even assisted me on picking up large packages I had waiting for me in the mail room. AT Movers are fantastic and dependable! The courteous, polite, and efficient movers called and arrived earlier than expected at our daughter's third floor apartment. They quickly but carefully began hauling numerous but small, packed items out to the truck. They assessed, recommended, and used taller boxes to stack in the smaller ones in order to save an hour of time. To our surprise, these taller boxes saved us a lot of space by fitting all on one side of our garage when they arrived! Artem and Marina had excellent, fast, and consistent communication with us by text and phone throughout the entire process. These owners were so personable and available to answer any questions we had. We are truly impressed with this company and will definitely keep them in mind for the future! Moving with AT Movers was such a great experience! I have moved 12 times in the last 15 years, and the team who moved me from their company was by far the best I have ever used. I ended up with awful weather the day of my move- heavy rain the full 8 hours! The guys were completely drenched but never stopped or complained once. They were super thorough wrapping all of my furniture to protect it from the rain and spent extra time on the items I told them were precious to me. There was no damage to any of my things, which is incredible! Seriously a first for me! Also, the team managed to get my Peloton Tread (much heavier than a standard treadmill) out of my old basement and into my new basement without even scuffing a wall.
