I first came across this place when I cracked my iPhone screen and was looking for a repair shop in this area. They were not only cheaper than the other local place, but he took my repair right away and was able to get me in and out quickly! We've all been there...the dreaded moment when your screen breaks is annoying as it is, let alone having to waste time waiting for it to get fixed! Their prices were actually way cheaper than any other places I've been to when I was living out of state. My phone worked perfectly after the repairs as well. While I was waiting, I was asking the guy about computers as my own dinosaur laptop was getting slower and slower, and I was afraid I was going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new one soon. He had me Bring my laptop in and did some updates and a bunch of cleanup, and now its running Like practically new!! $100 bucks for a repair vs. $1000 for a new Mac? Thank you!! The two guys who work here were always very friendly and helpful the few times I was back in after my phone for my laptop. I have since recommend here to my mother-in-law when she broke her phone and she was very happy with them as well! I would definitely use them again!

We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. Go on their website and enter your email prior to coming, you can get 10% off an iPhone repair with it. If we have any issues with either of our phones in the future, we will totally be back.

I have very mixed feelings about this location. The first…read moretime I came here (back in September), I was told that if I dropped my phone off before 3pm it would be fixed the same day. I arrived a little after that, and my phone was repaired and ready the next day with no issues -- so my first experience was positive. Four months later, my screen started malfunctioning with no physical damage, which should have been covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment online for Monday, drove 30 minutes, and when I arrived the store was closed, even though both the website and phone system still said they were open. There was no notice or update. I called the next day before driving there again and was met with attitude about them not notifying anyone they had been closed. When I arrived later that afternoon around 4:15pm to drop off my phone, the entrance still wasn't shoveled. I had to climb through snow just to get inside. The next day, I was charged $99 by my insurance because the claim was automatically changed from "warranty" to "accidental damage," even though the repair was not accidental. (This was done by the insurance company, not the store.) When I went to pick up my phone, I was told my SIM card tray was missing -- which was not true, as it was in the phone when I handed it over. It was inside an OtterBox-style case that snaps together, so it couldn't have just fallen out. The employee I originally gave the phone to claimed it was never there, while the employee helping me at pickup (who was much kinder) offered to order a replacement. I ended up ordering one myself because either way I would have had to wait two days -- but if the store ordered it, I would have had to drive 30 minutes back to pick it up. It made more sense to just pay the $6 and have it delivered to my house. That said, I want to give huge credit to the second employee who helped me with the insurance issue. He spent nearly an hour on the phone fighting with the insurance company, dealing with dropped calls and transfers, all while still helping other customers, just to make sure I wasn't wrongly charged. He didn't have to do that, and I truly appreciate him for going above and beyond. Because of him, my experience went from incredibly frustrating to being handled with genuine care and effort. I just wish the overall process, scheduling, and communication, was more consistent and professional.

I was told, in a dismissive tone, I needed to go to Manchester (about 30 min away) as they did not have a tech on staff to fix a Xbox. I asked why no one had called me to let me know they would be unable to fix my xbox at this location, before I drove 45 minutes to get there. I was told by the worker that he has hundreds of appointments and can't look at all of them. I told him a quick look would have shown an Xbox repair that they would be unable to service. His overall tone was dismissive and showed a complete lack of customer service. I went out to the parking lot and set up an appointment at the Manchester location, and was pleasantly surprised when someone called me from there within minutes to verify my repair request. Again, in my mind, disproving the claim from the worker at the Newington location being unable to keep track of what appointments are upcoming. I would like to add that, weirdly, the floor was covered with small bits of old food. Very disgusting. Overall, the customer service and cleanliness of this location is lacking. I will definitely be going to the other location and will not return here. I do not recommend using this location.
