Jeremiah the store manager is african american. The other woman told him I was there first. When it was my turn to be called, he called the other woman up first and made me wait longer even though i had been there for over an hour and the other woman had only been there for about 20 minutes. He obviously did not want to help me and he wanted to prioritize the other person. Treat everyone with the same level of respect and kindness.

We were helped by Jenn S. who was patient and answered all of our questions. I worked for VZW for 5 years, so I was able to use a lot of my experience to sort of break down to Jenn quickly and easily what we wanted. Jenn understood what we were asking and didn't try to upsell us - nor did she try to undersell us. She didn't dwell on the T&C or minute details that we were already aware of but she did make sure to point a few key things out, which was very helpful. We shared with her some of our concerns and she was able to address them directly. We wanted to upgrade to the unlimited everything plan and add a fourth line for my brother in NC but weren't sure how to go about it without having to come back another day. She offered to active my mom's now-old phone on a "new" line and add my brother on so he could just go into a local store and port his number back to VZW. We'll see how the bill looks but as long as everything is as it should be, I will sing this woman's praises. She was the perfect sales rep for our needs.

AT&T corporate has made getting his money back very complicated and difficult. The manager and sales associate responsible are no longer there but I was lucky enough to meet Brittney, a manager there who met with us a few times and had the same frustrations trying to navigate the situation. She was kind, concerned and put helping us over any other considerations. She made several calls to help us access my brother's account and explained what to expect. A few days later when I stopped in with more questions, she first asked about my brother's condition, and continued to help us as much as she could compared to corporate who only made things harder.
