The store manager is racist. I, a hispanic, was in line first. But he completely ignored me and went right up to another woman who walked in after me who was also african american like him. Jeremiah the store manager is african american. The other woman told him I was there first. When it was my turn to be called, he called the other woman up first and made me wait longer even though i had been there for over an hour and the other woman had only been there for about 20 minutes. He obviously did not want to help me and he wanted to prioritize the other person. Treat everyone with the same level of respect and kindness. read more

This was the worst experience in a retail setting. There were four people working there and they didnt want to be bothered. No professionalism what so ever. They were not speaking english and they were more interested in singing then they were in helping me. The girl that helped me did not want to be bothered. Will never return to this store. read more

This location is very racist and gives preferential treatment to Hispanics, the rest of us wait until they're done. When someone walks in and looks like they may be Hispanic, the evening manager gets so antsy and begins to rush so he can start assisting them. I've been here three times and it was the same every single time. I had some billing issues, for a few months I wasn't able to reach my payments. It was due to a health condition I explained my personal situation, to Angel Ríos and Christian Mondragon and they were more than helpful. They went the extra mile and managed to help me find the right solution to my problem. I appreciate the understanding they had with me. We came to TMobile on Monday, in search for a new wireless provider. We happened in about 5:30, and it was relatively calm, and net with a staff member named Nina O. Nina was fast, knowledgable, courteous, and knew exactly how to help us with our requests. It seemed-as well-that the staff was as pleasant as she was. It was a nerve-wracking decision for us to switch from version to another provider and a Nina O, made all the fear go away within the first 5 minutes. Verizon has been a disgrace to work with for the past 10 plus years, everything was difficult with them, especially the lying and manipulation to get a sale. They lied to us on several occasions which after the fact ended up costing us hundreds of dollars ,and then when confronted denied everything. So far everything Nina said was spot on! TMobile has really stepped up in the cellular business and it showed last night. Thank you for everything g Nina O, you were, and will be a pleasure to work with! read more

I saw they close at 8pm but once I got to the area they lock the doors and lower the lights at 7pm There was other customers waiting outside in the cold , they didn't let anyone in even though it clearly said on the website at 8 PM T-Mobile closest , I will not be coming back here read more

On Tuesday my fiancé and I wanted to upgrade our phones so we went to the store and found a sign that said 'sorry for the inconvenience we will be back at 4pm' at 3:45 pm so we decided to come back later. Because of Covid they have adjusted their hours to close at 6 PM on the weekdays and we arrived around 5:45 PM and there was still no one there. Went to the store to upgrade my phone. I arrived at 2:15 and had to wait over an hour to get service. While the manager that was was in the back doing nothing. After more then an hour wait, I finally was able to be seen by Victor. He was amazing and was able to answer all of my questions. Then the manager came out from the back of the store to serve other customers with his pants hanging down with his boxer showing and the crack of his ass hanging out of his pants when he bent over. I felt extremely disrespected and disgusted by this while I was being helped by Victor and he was doing the best he could which I truly appreciated. read more

I truly HATE T-Mobile, mostly because I have been with them for over 12 years, and have had a lot of technological issues (i.e. bad phones, horrible signal). Now that I have WIFI calling and can use WIFI at the house, T-Mobile hasn't been quite as bad as the most recent years. I upgraded my phone to the Galaxy 5 about a month ago and was very happy with the in-store service I received. The young girl who helped me was very knowledgeable, engaged me in some small talk about life in general, and was a very good salesperson. She explained various phones, (didn't need a better plan..already on it for 5+ yrs) and which phones were most popular. This is a convenience location and staff was friendly. I would go back if I had any technological issues. read more
