She was awesome and provided me with the best service out of THREE AT&T locations in in one week in the Tucson area. Here's why. I've been a customer with AT&T for over 10 years. I had a iPhone 4 3G for three years. It's been a good phone with no problems. But it was slowing down and I was getting a lot of dropped calls and the charger jack built into the phone was wearing out. It was time to replace my phone. DAY ONE: I purchased my new iPhone 5s at the PARK PLACE location. Note - AT&T has "Company Stores" and "Authorized Retailers." It's better to go to the Company Stores - more products and accessories in stock I found out after the fact. The service at the PARK PLACE location was good in terms of getting a new iPhone, purchased it and was able to trade in my iPhone 4 for a $54 credit - take care of your phones as this helped a lot when purchasing a new one. However, they gipped me on the 35% discount I was supposed to get on the accessories with my corporate discount. I didn't notice it until I walked into the ORACLE location. DAY TWO: Next day went back on line and found two locations that had the charger items I wanted so I headed over to the BROADWAY AT&T to make the purchase. No such luck. The Rep tried to convince me that I needed to open a BUSINESS ACCOUNT in order to get the discount. I knew this was BS. I'm not a business I'm one person with a premier corporate account. Their review is separate on Yelp. DAY THREE: I called ORACLE AT&T and spoke with Monica and told her my dilemma getting my discount on accessories. She checked my account and assured me she could help me. I walked in and she greeted me with a smile and a handshake and was able to provide me the two exact items that I wanted, gave me the 35% discount - NO PROBLEM! These guys have absolutely no clue What they're doing. We opened a claim, and I was told I needed to take my phone all the way from Vail over to tucson Mall to drop off at a fix it shop. I get there, Place has no idea what i'm talking about.Well, turns out I needed to do more on the claim before I brought the phone in to drop it off.(was NOT made aware of this, was just told I had 14 days to drop off the phone for repair) Turns out also that that doesn't even matter, because the shop does not work on motorola phones. So when I was told no deductible, it will be repaired for free.There is no repair.Now.It's $300 deductible to get a different phone. These guys at rita ranch don't even know that the repair shop won't work on motorola phones?? SERIOUSLY....Pretty piss poor communication and customer service. I went to the AT&T store at the Tucson Mall and have nothing positive to say about them. It gets two stars because my AT&T service overall is pretty good, good reception and I've got a plan that includes HBO Max. I went for a minor feature on the phone that wasn't working. The salesperson tried to talk me into upgrading the phone. I said no, I just wanted helped with one feature on the phone. A older white male walked into the store and asked for help with something on his phone. The salesperson asked the guy if he was an AT&T customer and he said no. The salesperson said he would give me some time to think about the upgrade then assisted the older white male (who was not an AT&T customer). So the manager of the store took my phones and refused to give them back even to delete my personal information that was on Thursday that I returned the phones I was given a fake receipt with no account number they just ran my debit card. Since that day I have actively been fighting with AT&T to release my phone numbers and even though the manager has possession of them and there are charges being made and phones being answered they refuse to release my phone numbers. I have been with AT&T wireless for the past 10 years and love the service. I have been using this location for the past 5 years that we have lived here in Tucson. I am never disappointed with the service. My most recent visit was this past week. With just getting the new Iphone 5 I quickly realized that I was going to need a couple extra charging cords. I was having the worst time finding any store that had any new lighting cords. I gave this store a call and talked to Monica she was very friendly and informed me that she had a couple that were avalibe. When I arrived she came out from the back to greet me with a big smile and handshake. She then got the items that I was looking for and got me on the way. So we went in to att in oro vally on 11 18 2021 and we got att big mistake. When we got home I called to find out why our phones were not working. I call att technician support and was Instructed to get wifi so my phone will work properly that us att customers in Tucson on the river road are running on 3 gs. We were not ok with 3 g so we wanted to return all of our new 5g devices. At first att tried to make me pay a 55$ restocking fee for each phone until a nice man at att told us he would waive the restocking sent us an email and sent us to the oracle rd location to get a full refund. When we got to the store the Manger Patrick took our phones from us did care what the email from att said and even told the lady From the loyalty on my phone talking to The Manger Patrick in the store telling him to give our phones back and still refused to do so. Just a warning if you do go in to att at this location the men in sport jersey and low ball caps are the workers of the store and no I was told they are not Gangsters that in fact they work there. Now att will not give us our phone # back and Patrick the manger of theatt store is using my bank account and venmo from my phone he has at the att store. Just to qualify this review, I come from an IT background. I've had my fair share of experience when it comes to new technologies and how isp's and cell providers run there businesses and the ins and outs of their silly, so called, 'protocol'. The manager and female sales associate I was stuck with constantly confounded me. I would ask a question, they would provide an ambiguous non-answer to why it wasn't possible and why I had to do whatever they suggested or preferred for me to do. They wasted a week of my time. Do your research and double check everything they say. Read the fine print. Don't be bullied into doing something they want you to do. Because in the end, they're nothing but sales people who, in my experience, have no idea what they are talking about. read more

Honestly this might have been a mistake on my part, but the guy didn't explain very well about the bills while I was planning on upgrading to a new phone, and I thought I would be paying the same amount, I asked him multiple times to show me calculations of my monthly bill and he fails to do so because it seems like he was just trying to get me to buy and get me out the door not being able to ask any more questions. It was terrible. Now I looked at my first bill and I'm so confused to what I had signed up for and I try to call the billing support and the wait time is like forever. read more

Still no news about iPhone 5. It's not their fault but it is so frustrating. The staff must be bored out of their minds. There were 3 employees just standing around without one customer to be seen! I walked in and they all jumped like I was so unusual. Anyhow, I am one of those customers that think they can get the skinny on the iPhone 5. I am sure they are tired of explaining that they too, don't know when the phone will come in. I should just turn to the android and not worry about the timing for the iphone 5. As long as I remember, I've always ordered my phones online to avoid the long waiting line and confrontation with all sleazy sale rep. Low and be hold, I drop my phone and need one ASAP. I have no choice but have to go in person. The sale rep, Mike, worked with me and my confusing situation with returning my phone, and changing my phone number. I ended up getting my number changed for free and got a rebate on my phone. Also he helped me find exactly what I wanted, I couldn't really decide on a phone, but he was attentive and had patience with my indecision. Word to the wise, we cancelled our service with AT&T 11/12/16 went with Verizon. Verizon was setting up our phones not new phones just new SIM cards, they found that AT&T still had our phones locked. When we called AT&T to unlock out phones they told us it would take 3 to 5 days and more like 5 because they are so backed logged. So if your cell phone is your only communication be prepared. I my opinion that is poor business, guess they never thought to ask IT to run a batch job on all those numbers they can't seem to unlock and be a professionally ran corporation. This rating is not only for the store location but by and large AT&T as a whole. This location in particular was not only the worst customer experience I've ever had, but to this day still makes me upset. I've had several issues with my service and still don't consider myself having being helped with any of my issues. Everything from charging me two months later without informing me for changing my number, to literally half of my data being allocated to unknown usage (meaning out of nowhere I was going over my data when I was generally a full gig under with rollover)... I could write a book but I'll just say I went into the store location to alleviate some stress and walked out of there literally furious. By the way it was the current manager at the time who gave me the worst service I've ever received so I suggest any other location than the Oracle location if you have issues you are obliged to go to the store to have handled. read more

This store is pointless. After spending $850 on an iPhone at the AT&T store my charger stopped working after less than 2 months. I have paid the additional for apple care and is under warranty for a year. I ask if they can replace the charger which they have done in the past at the mall and they say "no sorry we don't carry THAT charger" as I am STARING at iPhone chargers. They claim since its their brand they can't swap it out and when I tell them they did it in the past at the same store he says they are not a corporate AT&T store and I need to go to the Apple Store (even farther north) or the at& t store across the street. I drive across the street to a CLOSED AT&T store therefore having to wait until the next day to charge my phone. It's a little pathetic when you have paid so much money to this company and they can't even replace a charger that in the warranty says is covered for a year. Bought the Galaxy S6 Active from AT&T on Oracle by Tucson Mall. 9 days later it malfunctions. Go back to the store and after 30 min of back and forth with rep and manager, they acuse me of damaging the charging port even though all I've done is charge it with their charger. I get heated and slam my hand on the table and get kicked out (I remember the days when if you bought something under warranty they would replace it). Called AT&T cust svc and they told me to contact Samsung (So much for being a customer for over 11 years!). After an 1hr and 20 min on the phone with Samsung they tell me they cant replace it because of water damage (Phone was in water less than 30 seconds). It's the S6 Active that's supposed to be water proof?? Hmm, commercials shows the phone under water and in a bowl of ice cream?? Samsung's website brags about how the phone withstands being under water for 30 minutes up to 1.5 meters.. So now I'm stuck with a $700 phone that malfunctions. Awesome! read more
