Daniel (one of the store manager) is amazing at what he does and really good at explaining things in detail.

I'm really hesitant to rate this store, because by all accounts I had a pleasant experience. I…read morewalked in, frustrated with Verizon, and wanted to transfer service. They were not as pushy of salespeople as the Verizon store was (having just come from there). I said exactly what I wanted and the team member (Tim, I believe) was very helpful. He was laid-back and informative, tried to get me the best deal. He was honest about the Nexus 5's markup as well. Overall the transaction was fantastic and I walked out with a great working phone. T-Mobile itself is a great company. I was with them for 8 years before having to switch to Verizon for work for 2 years, then immediately switched back when I could. The coverage in this area has been fantastic. However, when filling out the application, I asked specifically if the credit check was hard or soft. I have excellent credit but recently moved, so I didn't want another hard hit. The team member assured me (more than once) that it was a soft credit check that he was performing. I agreed to it. Now I have an alert that a hard inquiry has been made. It's not bad, but it was not what I was told was happening. A hard inquiry is completely different than a soft. So, while he was honest about everything else, this was a complete lie to me. This changed my perspective of my in-store experience. So, I just wanted to make sure other consumers knew this caveat before they switched. Otherwise I recommend T-Mobile above the other companies.

Was at the store today and had a horrible experience with a young man name Ramie. I only came in…read morefor a replacement for a screen saver. Which I originally purchased when I brought my phone in January 2026. It's unlimited replacement. He was very rude and snappy saying he didn't have one for my phone, which was not true. They put a 16/17 protector on my phone originally , somehow he said they couldn't put on a 17 protector which didn't make any sense which they had in the store. I asked him could he let me see the protector that he was talking about and he told me no unless I was going to purchase it. I asked him could I talk to a manager and he said she went to lunch and he was going to lunch too. I asked him when would she return he said in 30 minutes. I said I would wait. I thought this is ridiculous. I stayed calm because I was in shock over his treatment over a phone protector I purchased unlimited replacement. I could not believe his unprofessionalism. The treatment was really unbelievable. The other guy Chris was not helpful either I ask him for help because I remembered him and he said he never helped me before. I am writing this because no customer should be treated this way. I have been coming here for over twenty years. I will never forget how they treated me today. No one should be treated in such a rude disrespectful manner. *I was fortunate that a Wonderful young lady wind up helping me name Sunny, She stepped in and helped me I explained to her the situation and she called the manager and she told her it was okay to replace my screen protector. Thank you so much Sunny for your professional and patience. You are what TMobile represents. Your kindness and helpfulness was truly appreciated. I called customer care service and I wanted them to know about you. They told me to make sure I call the manager which I will definitely do. I hope they give you a score of 10.

There is no process to make a complaint when your needs are unmet. All I need is to boost my cell…read moresignal while remaining mobile; how many first responders just sit in one place? OK, they appear to have a way to do it. My account does not qualify. I, an acknowledged FirstNet customer, am not allowed to buy that device that is advertised, right there on the Internet. Question mark? So, I asked how to escalate and file a complaint. I was told it cannot be done. I was told that the team lead would be informed, and that that lead would take it to the "internal team". But I was also informed that I should not expect to ever hear back, and that there is no process for opening a case or forming an objection and looking for resolution. Simply put, they have a solution, they will not give it to me, they are totally unapologetic about it, and I expect they will probably never fix it. This is FirstNet actually caring about a customer, which in the case of FirstNet will affect enormous numbers of people? I have 13 counties and three municipalities and I am in service 24 hours a day. This matters in a big way; and they are huge, corporate and completely disinterested. This is what happens when a company thinks they know everything already. No flexibility, not nimble, no interest in solving any but the most mundane and mediocre issues.

My recent experience (5/13/2026) with FirstNet customer service was extremely frustrating and…read moreunacceptable. During a personal phone call, my service was interrupted and redirected to complete a verification process that I had already completed less than two months ago when I upgraded my phone and watch in person at an AT&T store. I am not a new customer to FirstNet. I have been a customer for years after transitioning from AT&T specifically to utilize the secure network marketed for first responders. At the time of my upgrade, I already provided all required verification documentation in person, including: * Driver's license * Work ID * Check stub * Verification through my work-issued email address Despite this, two months later I was forced to complete another verification process even though my account is current and in good standing. What made this experience even more disappointing was the poor service recovery provided by customer service. Rather than resolving the issue professionally, the representative openly acknowledged ongoing problems with FirstNet's systems, including: * Slow and glitchy verification pages * Lack of adequately trained FirstNet representatives in stores * Frequent complaints from other customers regarding the same issue * Shortcomings in the government verification renewal process As a customer, hearing internal operational failures validated during a complaint call does not improve the experience. It only reinforces the lack of confidence in the process and customer support structure. This interruption occurred at the end of an already difficult workday. I was diverted from a time-sensitive personal phone call and ultimately spent over an hour resolving an issue that should not have existed in the first place. More importantly, it took away valuable time I should have been spending with my child. Additionally, I am responsible for department staffing at my job and must remain responsive to urgent operational matters after hours. This unnecessary interruption negatively impacted my on-call workflow and delayed important communications I was responsible for handling. The repeated verification requirements, despite recent in-person verification, demonstrate a major process failure that unfairly places the burden on loyal customers rather than on FirstNet's internal systems. As a first responder customer, I expected a more reliable and streamlined experience than what I received. I hope that meaningful improvements be made to prevent other customers from experiencing the same unnecessary disruption and frustration.

This business has relocated for unknown and unexpected reasons …read more I called in June to see if they were able to repair my Electro voice powered speaker. They said yes - Speaker brought in and 69.00 Diagnostic Fee paid - the were very efficient in determining My amplifier component was Blown -- They said I would need to pay for the replacement component up front and I authorized payment for "new amp " via credit card via textual and phone communication . I specifically told the Manager that I wanted Electrovoice OEM replacement components- They said no problem and speaker would be ready in approx 2 weeks . Segway -- 3 months later - they said delay was that they Did not have a Technician on Staff and job was on hold till they could find a replacement technician. I became somewhat suspicious when the manager kept trying to sell me on idea of getting a custom replacement speaker -- Told him , No Thank you sir-- Then he tells me That the future for investing was Cryptocurrency and they had a on site Bitcoin Vending Machine - that worked by digital payment . I told him I was Not interested and we needed to focus on the task of repairing my speaker. I had made multiple calls over the summer to check on the status . The Manager would not return my calls by text nor cellphone conversation. However, when I utilized someone else's phone with a different # , he would pick up the phone and answer promptly . I went there to see WTF was going on . He assured me that it was a labor issue . He needed more time. Long story short - he has some ? " Technician" "complete the repair" . I go to pick it up and notice that there is an aftermarket Brand Amp ... I said this was not what we agreed on . He stated when the initial tech ordered replacement OEM amp - it did not fit I said to him- that he did not order the correct Mfg OEM Why ? Because I personally called Electro voice in Greer SC and gave them the serial number and part numbers on back of matching speaker. They verified they had exact replacement and also offer a factory revamp and repair of my unit . I thought one stop connect would be a faster and effective solution I was totally Fooled by this Con artist -- I now have a speaker with incorrect bootleg part that still doesn't function properly -- I called to ask for refund and I would return the Bootleg amp . The manager has now moved the business ( He said that something unforeseen had occurred and they were in the process of relocating to Herndon). He has stood me up with more excuses beyond reasonable and professional consideration I have been more than patient - trying to give the guy a break ( that was my Mistake ) He refuses to answer my call . I would like notify the Police but this is a Civil Matter -- I would not let these people change a light bulb in my flashlight -- This Business is unethical , unprofessional and totally inept . Guess I will resume our discussions in small Claims Court -- Bottom Line : Stay Away And I do not believe Yelp and its reviews as well .

Great price and service! Fixed my cracked iPhone screen in just 20 minutes. Highly recommend.read more
