When you really think about it, you'd be surprised how much we really need/use batteries and bulbs…read morein our everyday lives. Sure we can run to the big box stores for basic light bulbs, but thus place carries those and more. We need bulbs for everything that produces light, not just our favorite lamp at home. And what if you want to get fancy with a colored bulb? Get it here! And when I think of batteries, I typically think basic batteries that goes in the TV remote or the smoke detector. But who thought they really go far beyond that? Cell phones, calculators, cameras, cars, watches... do people still wear watches since we always have the time on our phones? I didn't go in for any of that. I went to replace the battery in my car key! I was surprised when my car dashboard flashed low key battery. I didn't even realize my car keys had a battery. LOL This store is low-key essential. One visit and you'll see why. It's support for all the little conveniences in life! We're trained to automatically go to big box stores but this place is better. It's specialized, less crowded, and the prices are comparable, if not less expensive. It's a great store for all you Battery and Bulb needs!!! btw, did you know DURACELL makes Car Batteries? Me neither until I came here. Who knew they made more than AA and AAA batteries. I was wondering how they stayed in business after all these years LOl

I could not find a replacement online, or from the toy manufacturer. I stopped into Batteries Plus, and the employee told me he had the battery, but not one with a unique plastic top with the terminal wires. He then said he could make one up for me. Since the top was super glued on. He broke off the side pieces on this cover and re-glued the top to the new battery. The employee was knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced in doing this. He also went above and beyond in giving me great customer service.

I went to pick up and instead of just scanning my ID and giving me my purchase they started questioning me about what I'm doing with the phone and demanded the trade in device and I had to tell them multiple times I just want to pick up my order. They asked me what I'm doing with the device and assumed that I was going to ship it overseas asking me where am I shipping it to saying "oh I thought you were shipping it to someone somewhere overseas". I said it's my account and I purchased the phone for me. I don't understand why it's any of their concern because I did my upgrade and paid for it online I was simply there to pick it up. I watched him scroll through my account for a few minutes which he wasn't supposed to do. While questioning me they still did not give me my purchase. Then asked again "you don't want me to activate your phone?" I said no then asked again "do you know how to do it yourself" I was now fed up and said I've been with t-mobile for over 20 years I know how to activate and ship back a device. It was the most uncomfortable experience. They treated me like a scammer.

AT&T CORPORATE IS NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES! PERIOD! I…read morerecently attempted to set up an account for my group psychotherapy practice. Went to the AT$T Store in Derby, CT. Got everything set up very capably and professional by the store manager Angel. Once set up and made my start up payment he called another department..not sure exactly who they were. I had to answer some questions about my business website. Out of nowhere I was advised my account was canceled as AT&T assessed my 7 year established business to be a fraud. Tried speaking with that AT&T departmental manager (Maria?). Angel and the Regional Manager tried speaking to her as well. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO ALL OF US. She refused to inform any of us how my business was considered by AT&T a fraud. Told by the managers in the store AT&T corporate has been dong the same thing to other small business applicants. They were bewildered as to why. I asked Maria to refund my money. Dismissively she instructed me to get it through my own bank. Store Manager Angel was able to refund my money. I called AT&T Corporate Offices in Texas. Make a formal complaint specifying all these events. Told "a case will be opened" and "a representative will be in contact with (me)". That was a month ago. No communication at all. Kudos to the Derby, CT AT&T store for trying everything they could after 4 visits on my part to work out my problems. If I could, I would leave the absolute worst rating for AT&T Corporate. To be very clear: AT&T CORPORATE HAS NO INTEREST IN WORKING WITH LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS. I ADVISE ALL LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS TO USE ANOTHER CARRIER.

This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had in years…read more On 12/23, I upgraded my phone at this AT&T location and was told, very clearly, that I qualified for a 1-for-1 trade-in: my iPhone 14 Pro for a $1,099 credit toward an iPhone 17 Pro. The rep inspected my phone, confirmed eligibility, and checked with his manager. Both said I would receive the full credit. My receipt reflects this. When the new phone arrived, I went to an AT&T store in NYC to complete the trade-in and was told the credit would only be $830. Completely different from what I was told and what my receipt states. I called the Milford store to resolve it and spoke with Jim, who was dismissive, cut me off repeatedly, refused to escalate to a manager, wouldn't give his last name, and eventually hung up on me. We've been AT&T customers for over 20 years, and the combination of being misled and then treated so poorly when trying to fix it is unacceptable. This situation should never have happened, and AT&T should honor the trade-in credit that was promised and documented.
