Told that they cannot help me make an appointment at a corporate store but that I must go to a corporate store. Went to a corporate store. Told they cannot accept equipment because I was returning it for my girl friend. Each time I had an appointment. Each time I was forced to wait over 15 minutes. This firm is just no no no no. There is no winning with this firm. NEVER do business with verizon!! They overcharge and will not let you out of their phone plans. Went to tracfone and changed over, no problem. Purchased the byop card and 30 day plan for walmart (cost $20 for both). Got the phone switched over the same day. Good riddence to the $175/mo plan What a rip off!!

Once the phone was activated there was an issue with the hardware and I kept getting a white and black screen that looked like the matrix. I went into the store and they immediately rectified the issue by ordering me a new phone and had it delivered to the store. It's a little frustrating that I have to spend so much time at the store but that's at no fault of the workers. Both Cristal and Jeff are great and their customer service absoultly exceeds any expectations and experiences I've had at previous verizon stores.

The photos already posted do not reflect the actual appearance, it is way smaller. During my phone purchase, I asked for the mall but apparently you can only ship to freestanding stores. I had to wait an unnecessary long time for the customers to finish before me with their very long transactions, it would have been even longer but Dennis was kind enough to multitask. I thought Verizon's wait time was horrible before, now it's excruciating with only 2 staff members. I was told by the phone rep I could trade in the phone here, that is not true. Tip: ship trade ins to Kings Highway instead if you want a one stop shop.

While fixing my my nightmare plus an old billing issue that had crossed with my prepaid phone. They gave me a phone and set it up. I never saw such amazing service and team effort on one phone problem and I want to tell you. I can fix almost any phone issue. So if I can't make something work..... I'm impressed watching someone out do me. And the team effrts to make a phone work for work purposes was endless and absolutely incredible. It was the efforts in the team that kept me there and the unity. But most of all it was the hard work in making something work because I have also been a Verizon client for many years and plan to be a client of theirs for many years to come. At store level, that is what keeps me coming back to Verizon. lol I'm not just an employee, I'm a client! Smiling.

Alex and Everton were absolutely AMAZING!! They went above and beyond to determine the hardware issue, and to understand what needed to be done regarding activation. They ran interference with the online customer service team and found a number for me to use on a Sunday when the regular customer service office was closed. They texted me for several hours until my wi-fi was working again. Honestly, if it wasn't for Alex and Everton I would have left Optimum because I was so frustrated with the difficulty I experienced in trying to reach someone over the phone.
